Great central location to access La Jolla and nearby places. Walkable to some bars and cafes. Great, clean, cute apartment with some space to be comfortable. Would stay again. Host was very responsive and caring.

Cute Property and Convenient Location

Property itself was well decorated and very clean. Easy check in and check out process. Conveniently located which made it easy to explore most of San Diego. Surrounding area is fine but the neighborhood itself is cute. Would recommend for a nice weekend trip. Will be booking this property again!

Great location

This is a great location. The farthest i had to travel to get to all the fun things was 5 miles. The studio was very nice and i was able to watch the sea world fireworks show sitting on the front porch. Highly recommend this property!!!!

The property was exactly as advertised and was actually bigger than we thought! Although it was a pet friendly location it was very clean as well. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very friendly and quick to respond to any messages.

Perfect location

The property is at very perfect location. Just 6-8 min away from airport. Very clean. And kitchen has all the utensils that we need. Owner is easy to Reach and he responds very quick. If we are back in San Diego, I ll come back here for my stay. Thank you for making our stay such a breeze.

Cute, cozy condo in cool neighborhood

The pictures on the listing are accurate and the condo was clean, cozy, and ready for our arrival. Two adults and two teens were easily accommodated for 5 nights. We did not spend days inside the condo- we were out exploring SD. Great location close to downtown, but not too close. With an amazing coffee place (Bird Rock) and dive bar (Sidecar) in walking distance. Because it’s a neighborhood and unknown to us, we really appreciated the exterior and interior doors with deadbolts. Thank you for the added safety feature! We would stay again when visiting SD. (Extra bonus in the summer, you get a fantastic fireworks show courtesy of Sea World every night visible from the front porch!)

Great Location but Poorly Maintained

The location is what really stands out here - you are staying close to the I-5 and I-8 which really take you anywhere you want to go in San Diego within close proximity. Also, you get to view the Sea World fireworks every night from the front stoop which is an added bonus. However, this place was very poorly kept. Upon arriving, within 10 minutes our feet/socks were covered in dirt and animal hair. I did bring this up to the managing person and they offered a discount and to have it cleaned the next day but still left a poor first impression; that floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months!!! Moreover, during our stay the bathtub and toilet wouldn't drain properly and the bed was very rickety; upon any movement it would creak. I would expect this from a cheap motel but for the price we paid for this place, this is highly unacceptable.

There are a few of a favorite spots that are more local to the neighborhood and walking distance!

The highlight - walking distance to Mission Bay and Fiesta Island! Or take a stroll up Dorcas street to one of the best-kept secret lookouts in all of San Diego - jaw-dropping views of Sea World, Mission Bay, Downtown, Coronado, Point Loma, and La Jolla all from this one lookout!

Our favorite bar, Cordova, is a only a few blocks away!

For your breakfast burrito just walk to to JV's -a very well known spot!
Follow this with some Bird Rock Coffee!

Tio Leo's is always a good time with live bands and Salsa dancing.

There's a few more eating spots we love that are walking distance or you can drive at night; J&T Thai, Buta Ramen, Urban kitchen, and Jamba Juice,
If you're looking more for a brewery, Coronado, and Ballast Point are also walking distance!

Now for some fun! We are in the perfect location between to major interstates- The I-8, and I-5. These will take you anywhere in 8-15min!
We are also a stone throw away from Sea World. At night we get a great view of Sea World's Fireworks.
