Vous êtes si près de vos pieds étant sablonneux avec du sable de sucre de nos plages incroyables dans cette maison. Cette location de vacances surélevée offre toutes les commodités modernes tout en insufflant une touche insulaire tranquille.
Situé à Holmes Beach sur l'île Anna Maria, cette maison est une maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Décorée avec goût dans un décor de plage avec du parquet et du carrelage partout, la cuisine est entièrement équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit. Les autres commodités comprennent une télévision HD à écran plat dans la chambre principale et le salon, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, un accès Internet sans fil, ainsi qu'un coin repas extérieur.
Niché au milieu de palmiers tropicaux luxuriants et juste devant votre porte, se trouve votre propre piscine privée chauffée. Un patio couvert avec des meubles confortables, un gril à gaz, un mini-réfrigérateur, une télévision à écran plat et une douche extérieure vous attirera au bord de la piscine. Assurez-vous de vérifier la Cabana Room qui stocke les chaises de plage et le parasol essentiels, et la glacière pour la plage - qui est à seulement un pâté de maisons. Explorez l'île dans le kayak inclus pour une pagaie dans la baie parmi les dauphins et les lamantins! Portez le gilet de sauvetage fourni pour votre sécurité!

Perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean, updated, well maintained property! Location is perfect to get to the beach and only a little walk down Gulf to everything. Great spot for our little kids to hang!

I would stay here again. It was very clean. Had everything you would need. Only one block from the beach. Easy check in and out with great communication. The pool was great to have. Very cute place.

Very nice and quiet location

The home is located off the beaten path and was exactly what we were looking for. Beach was a short walk and very nice as well. Trolley pick up and drop off is very close and very convenient to take advantage of the restaurants and shops. The island is still recovering from the hurricane damage, but seems to be recovering very nicely.

It felt like a house in Key West

We loved the house and also the tropical pool which provided a lot of shade that we liked when it was really hot and humid outside. The location was perfect and everything was clean. We really felt comfortable and did not want to leave but of course we had to. We will come back!

Great Little Place

Location is outstanding, real short walk to the beach and easy stroll into Anna Maria. The place is a little cramped as the main living area and kitchen are smaller than they look. It was outfitted OK and other than the property management company using a stained sheet, the place was nice and clean. Great little pool area that is perfect for the summer because it is so shaded and private but in the winter you may want the sun.

Best vacay ever

We had the most amazing time!! The sweet little house had the most light and airy feel to it! The pool was perfect for the kids and my husband and I loved grilling/watching the tv/eating breakfast outside while they played and played. The walk to the beach was about 8 houses long and gorgeous. There is nothing comparable to the beaches on AMI- and the sunsets were absolutely phenomenal. We will be back this fall and would LOVE to stay in an AMI Locals home, too bad this one is already booked for the week we have off!!!

Awesome Beach House very well appointed

We love the salt water pool and all of the floats that came with the house. Our kids spent a lot of their time there. The house was perfect for a family of 4. The bedrooms were spacious and not too crowded. Many nights we spent sipping drinks on the front balcony. Its a very short walk to a beautiful white sand beach and the warm waters of the gulf. The only minus for this house was the bed in the master bedroom was kinda hard for North American standards. I would book this place again.

Love this place!

This is perfect for our family of four! So close to the beach. The landscaping around the pool is incredible and while the pool is small, it is perfect! We loved to eat outside by the pool and my kids loved having a TV there. The living room space is cramped and while that wouldn’t be a problem, the furniture used in that space could use a change. The couches feel like they could fall apart at any moment! But the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice and clean. We would definitely return to this rental!

Awesome family vacation

We loved staying at Sea Grape Escape. The property itself is a duplex and each side has its own pool separated by a fence. It was clean, cute, a great value for the price, and a short walk to the beach. Check in and out was easy. They had a beach cart, beach chairs and towels, and some pool toys. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the pool was so cold for the beginning of November. I did call at the beginning of our stay and asked if they could send a pool person out to make sure the heater was working. Unfortunately, it wasn't warm until the day we check out so I never got the chance to swim in it.

Nice place to stay that is close to the beach!!

This was a very nice location to the beach very short walk. Their were a few disappointments. The white fan on the wall outside near the pool did not work. The water dispenser on the fridge did not work. The garage door going into the house had the lock on the wrong side of the door so we were unable to lock that. We didn’t want to bother with property manager. Regardless we had a great time staying here. This home seem to have been pet friendly and we regret not finding this out, as we would have loved to have brought our fur baby with us. Overall we really enjoyed relaxing here.
