L'espace
Le chalet est l'unité arriÚre d'une magnifique maison Victoria. Il est mis à jour et décoré sur le thÚme du pays français, avec une cour privée et un coin repas et salon extérieur. Le quartier est calme, sûr et accueillant. Le chalet est équipé d'Internet haut débit (wifi gratuit), d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lave-linge / sÚche-linge.

Vous aurez accĂšs Ă  l'ensemble du cottage et au jardin.
Interaction avec les invités
Je suis une personne trĂšs facile Ă  vivre. Chaque invitĂ© sera respectĂ© et soignĂ© pendant son sĂ©jour. Absolument aucun problĂšme si vous cassez un plat, un verre, ou rayez accidentellement une table ou renversez quelque chose sur le tapis. Les objets sont destinĂ©s Ă  ĂȘtre utilisĂ©s et les invitĂ©s doivent vivre librement pendant leur visite.
J'habite à Santa Clara, à 45 minutes au sud d'Alameda. Pas sur place la plupart du temps, mais toujours disponible par téléphone ou par SMS, et accordera une attention immédiate aux clients. Mes aimables voisins Dean et Stacy ont offert leur aide dans les situations d'urgence. Mon fils adulte, Sean (25 ans), qui vit à 800 mÚtres de l'Airbnb, peut également aider.

We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay is provided. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen items. The towels and paper products were arranged in a very thoughtful and decorative way, and the cottage also has a lovely private backyard. The beds were also very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This property is overrated. There was a small dog barking at night and starting at 6:30 in the morning during my time at this cottage. Most the time someone was starting their car approximately 10 feet away from the bedroom window and leaving.For ice in the freezer, there was a used bag of crushed ice with no ice maker or trays.The air conditioner/heater stopped working after the second day. I reported all of this to the host.

Perfect Stay

Love this rental for numerous reasons! Location is ideal. (Short walk to Lazy Bird coffee for those who enjoy that!) Wonderful neighborhood with gorgeous homes and gardens. The cottage feels large for a one bedroom. Kitchen is beautiful and well appointed! Bed was so comfy! TV with plenty of offerings, WIFI was fast, shower great, (living room furniture is adequate but not "comfy" per se). Overall, a wonderful stay and a darling rental that met our needs extremely well! Love Alameda!

Fun times in Alameda

Cottage was bigger than expected. So cute! Very pretty and walkable neighborhood, close to coffee shops and cafes. Easy Uber ride to the ferry for some day trips to SF. Our host answered immediately anytime I texted. Will look forward to staying here again.

The Little Cottage that Could

Very nice little house and was great for our large dog. The dog park was within walking distance. Standard size frig and oven were great along with a kitchen table that comfortably seated four. Host was very responsive!! Would easily stay again!

Delightful Alameda!

We had never visited Alameda before and were thankful to find a lovely spot to explore the area. If the weather had cooperated we would have enjoyed the lovely outdoor spaces at the cottage. The cottage itself was great for 2 adults (the bathroom was accessed through the bedroom). The kitchen is large and updated. The living room is also large, but could use more comfortable seating.

Recommendation

I really enjoyed the cottage. Property manager is great and responded quickly when I needed assistance. I loved the area it’s in and Alameda is great. It reminds me of my hometown of Oak Park, IL. The bed was very comfy eatable. I do recommend upgrading the living room furniture. The couch is very uncomfortable and the whole living room could be arranged to be much more usable. However, again I really enjoyed the cottage. The patio is fabulous. I’ll be back!! đŸ€—

Charming Alameda Cottage

This is a sweet cottage in a very nice neighborhood. It was even larger than I expected, and was well appointed in a sort of “shabby chic“ fun & comfortable way. The bed was cozy and the outdoor area was beautiful and idyllic with lovely plants and landscaping. As a woman alone, I felt very safe there. The one disappointment I had was that items you expect to be in a VRBO were not there. There were no measuring cups, measuring spoons, paper coffee filters or baking/muffin tins, and the supply of dishwasher soap, paper towels, Reynolds, wrap, and other things were low enough to last just one day. I believe that if I had taken the time to notify management, they probably would have purchased these items for me, but I decided to just go out and buy them along with groceries. Since I left what had been missing there, anyone staying at this cottage should find it well stocked. I really enjoyed this out-of-the-way cottage!

Lovely Cottage in a Lovely Neighborhood

If you are visiting the bay area but want to stay in a beautiful cottage away from the hustle and bustle, this cute cottage in Alameda is the perfect place. Good price, dog friendly, comfortable, and they don't require a 2-3 night stay. Close to the beach and Webster St. I'll be staying there again in a few weeks.
