We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment - it was well set-up, beautifully clean and our hosts made the check-in very straightforward. We'd come into our little corner from the bustling streets to compete quiet. The location, local shops - all so easy. We'd stay here again whenever visiting Florence.

Comfortable 3-BR apartment in the heart of Florence. Great location. Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Duomo, and Piazzale Michaelangelo are all an easy walk. And a great sandwich shop just around the corner. The hosts were responsive and clear in their communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located. Terrific donuts (Bombolo) and Gelato on Neri. Very attractive, clean and fresh interiors. Well supplied kitchen. Appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine. More towels would have been helpful.

The host communicated very well and the apartment was incredibly clean! The room sizes were really perfect for what we needed.The only big issue was the underperforming a/c unit in the master bedroom. It blew the same amount of weak level 1 air no matter if it was on Level 2 or 3 fan speeds. The other bedrooms were really great so much so that my daughter needed to turn hers off and ask for a blanket. For the price, I would expect the master bedroom to be the best room in the house. It was a struggle for my wife and I to sleep in a hot room. The host did quickly reply and tried to troubleshoot electronically, but a technician would have needed to come check the next day.All in all, still a good location and quiet neighborhood.

This property was in very good condition and photos are accurate. Communication with Michelle by text was easy and responses were quick. The only downside is the location of the front door is down an alley. However, the upside was how quiet it was, day and night.

Fabulous place to stay!!! Better than the photos. Great location walkable everywhere. The hosts were so helpful arranging an early morning taxi and dinner reservations. Very very spacious and comfortable.

We were very comfortable in this apartment that was walking distance to everything! It was well equipped and clean. We are fully environmentally conscious people but the lack of dish towels and hand towels for the bathroom was difficult for 5 people. We needed to buy both extra toilet paper and paper towels to use as napkins since extra linen wasn’t provided. We were very happy with the amenities and the beds were cozy.

All the comforts of home!

Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and all the amenities you need! Could not ask for a better location - quiet but close to all of the main attractions. We loved it and would recommend to our friends and family.

The apartment was very nice; mostly newer. The location was very good but had a significant amount of street noise. We only stayed for one night. We tried to do an early check-in, but was unable to. We tried to do a late checkout, but were unable to. The communication from the host was slower than expected, which meant that we couldn’t make plans for our very short stay. It feels unfortunate that we had to spend the last hour of our stay taking out the trash.

We always agree with late check-outs and early check-ins when possible and with pleasure but if it's not possible, I don't think it should be somenthing that affects our hospitality and care. Beautiful House in a Fabulous Location

The house was lovely, it accommodated the six of us perfectly! The space was clean and had great common space to be in. The location was absolutely amazing, just a few steps from the Ufitzi, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and more. Would highly recommend this property!!

Beautifully updated apartment in the heart of Santa Croce

We LOVED our stay! The apartment was very well appointed, beautifully updated, and a wonderful location for all that Florence has to offer. Situated off of a quiet Piazza with a wine window, Santa Croce church and Piazza is just minutes away. We slept 2 children and 4 adults comfortably and would stay again.

Hideaway

The location was near to all the major attractions. It is tucked away so is a little secluded. The only issue we had was a renovation across the lane started very early in the morning. This wasn't something the host had any control over so once it is finished, it will be a very quiet location. Host was very responsive and the apartment was lovely, no complaints.

An absolute gem of an apartment in a fantastic location!

Wow, what a great apartment! Absolutely exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, felt like it was brand new, and had the most perfect layout for our family of three, with each of us having our own bedrooms that were just off of the central living room. It was extremely comfortable, had great beds, plenty of supplies, full kitchen, and includes a washing machine. The location was absolutely fantastic - literally 50 steps around the corner the main street leading to Palazzo Vecchio in one direction and Santa Croce the other, the perfect location to walk to all the major sights in Florence with tons of restaurants and shopping all around. The apartment faces a quiet, beautiful residential street, so you hear absolutely nothing in the apartment and it's dead-quiet. Check in could not have been easier with a self check in code. The next time I'm in Florence this will be the first apartment I check for availability! Grazie mille!!

Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Florence

This apartment was lovely, super clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and attentive. The location was fantastic!Warning to those arriving to Florence by car... we did with a plan to return the car to the Airport. We wanted to drop the luggage at the apartment and asked for a location outside of the limited driving area (ZTL) to do so. Our host was helpful and offered a location however the GPS may have guided us onto a road we weren't supposed to drive on. I will patiently wait to see if the rental car company reports a charge in the next 6-12 months. This was totally my fault and hopefully we won't get a ticket but the ZTL is confusing with different zones and allowed times and this place is best accessed via taxi as they can drive in the ZTL. We were warned by our host so have a solid plan and be very careful where you drive. It is the price you pay to have the great location like this one!The walk to the train station took us about 15 minutes, the roads are bumpy and the crowds can be something in the middle of the day. We had a lot of luggage and gear so this was a bit for us. This is the case in all apartments in the heart of Florence. Ask the host for suggestions if you need them.We discovered for our day trip to Cinqua Terre that there is an alternative train station almost the same distance as Novella by foot that may have more direct lines to your destination to consider.Thank you for an amazing visit!

L'appartement est idéalement situé près de Santa Croce où se trouvent nombre d'établissements pour se restaurer ou prendre un café. Il est dans une petite rue calme. Toutes les chambres et le salon sont climatisés. Il est en parfait état. Il ne dispose en revanche que d'une sdb avec douche, un petit lavabo se trouvant dans les toilettes. Nous étions 5 et cela oblige à bien s'organiser. Ce qui nous a induits en erreur est que l'annonce indique 4 sdb, et les photos laissent à penser qu'il en est ainsi. Cela nous a un peu embarrassés mais nous avons pu faire avec (càd sans) pendant une semaine néanmoins. La communication avec notre hôte a été très bonne pendant notre séjour quand il a fallu régler quelques détails. Au final, avec le bémol des sdb, je recommande cette location pour visiter cette ville à l'incroyable patrimoine.

You can’t beat this location, right in the heart of everything we were looking for in Florence. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay: AC, laundry, easy access. It was clean and comfortable. But the real gem is stepping out into the historic city with all of the sites we wanted to see within a short walk from our home base.
