Charmant cottage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, il suffit de descendre un chemin privé menant à une belle plage portuaire. Petit loft supplémentaire offre un espace supplémentaire pour les jeunes enfants (via matelas pneumatique) Entièrement mis à jour en 2016, ce cottage de style Nantucket offre une vue sur le port au premier étage. Grand salon / salle à manger avec télévision par câble à écran plat mural. La salle à manger dispose d'une table de style fermier pouvant accueillir six personnes. La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée et est équipée de nouveaux appareils de grande taille, notamment un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes. Great stay

Would highly recommend this property. Great location with beach access. Home was clean, kitchen is updated and living on one floor made life easy for our family. Looking forward to staying here again!

Fantastic Place

As someone who has been to Nantucket many times, I couldn’t recommend a place to stay more strongly. The place had everything for a great vacation: it is very private and just steps from a very cool, private beach. The location was perfect as well — close enough to town and all the natural beauty of the east side of the island. We’ll definitely be back!

Spent a fabulous weekend with our three children. Room to run outside, a few steps to harbor beach, and short trip to most beaches and town. We biked everywhere we needed to go. Hope to return to same spot soon.

Classic Nantucket Summer Home

Super comfortable, nicely appointed, fun Nantucket summer home. Gave the feeling of staying in a family home, not a rental. Very private location, with easy access to a harbor beach and the bike trail. We ventured out on the 2-person sea kayak several times (wearing the life jackets that were also provided). Many essentials for cooking were in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.), and Jed offered super helpful local advice on restaurants and beaches which contributed to a great family vacation!

Secluded Location With Easy Access to a Private Neighborhood Beach

This rambling waterside cottage has been lovingly maintained and was super clean and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed the open floor plan, comfy sofas, and modern kitchen with new appliances. There was plenty of cooking tools, dinnerware, linens, paper products, and cleaning supplies. A quick stroll down a fairy tale path leads to a sandy beach where you can catch the awesome sunsets. Close to a bike path and a quick drive into town. The owner Jed was pleasant and responsive. We would definitely rent again!

Literal paradise

This cottage is so perfect in every way, I wish I could keep it a secret. It is a throwback to the old Nantucket of my childhood, luxurious because of it’s location, decor and charm. The house is incredibly well appointed and provisioned, lovely bedding towels, kitchen supplies - you will want for nothing. The vibe is coastal charm with beautiful water views and a wonderful grassy yard, where I did yoga on a blanket under a beautiful tree. The beach is stunning, shallow clear water, gorgeous sand and almost nobody there. Adirondack chairs on the patio, a wonderful outdoor shower and comfy beds - we never wanted to leave and only went to town to shop one day - although town is not far. The owner is super responsive and very helpful and easy to deal with. We cannot wait to go back!

Lovely home, quiet location, responsive owner

We had a wonderful stay, and found the property to be just as described: well appointed but not stuffy, with nice ocean access in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the nice cleaning products and paper products so we didnt have to run to the grocery on first day as often happens. Owner was responsive and great to work with. Would not change a thing.

Just what we were looking for!

This home is terrific! It is well cared for and the host provided some very nice amenities such as quality shampoo and nice towels. The sheets were also very nice and the home was very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. There was a great outdoor shower! And there were Adirondack chairs overlooking a large backyard. There is also a private beach that you can walk to and the beach itself is long enough for decent walks.We had terrific weather and beautiful sunsets. It is also close to the bike path and town is just a short bike ride away. Overall this was just a fabulous place to stay. Jared was very responsive and helpful. If we can afford it we will definitely come back next year!

Perfect getaway for our family

Our family of 3 enjoyed a wonderful week here. The house was spotless when we arrived, and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. We have a 15 month old daughter and we loved the easy, open layout of the space (she could have free reign of the house without us having to worry at all!). The beach is accessible through a short, magical path and is the perfect beach for small children to explore. We also loved the quiet, secluded neighborhood. While you’re close to everything on the island in this location - when you’re at the house, you feel very tucked away. Highly recommend this property. Jared was great to coordinate with throughout as well.

Idyllic location; charming home

We rented this wonderful property for July 4th week, and our stay couldn’t have been better. The home is spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with new furniture and appliances in the living and dining spaces. The kitchen has everything you could need - lots of dishes, pots and pans, glassware, etc, a Kureig (think I spelled that wrong) coffee maker, and new appliances. Even a garlic press! The private beach is just a two minute stroll away down a path straight out of a Beatrix Potter storybook. Wonderful privacy, a large yard with beautiful waterfront views and lots of birds, and just the perfect location for a family with young kids or anybody looking to have easy access to a calm sandy beach. It is also a very quick drive to town from this location. I highly recommend this property after renting many houses all over Nantucket. The owners are wonderful and extremely responsive. We loved it!
