Wonderful location is just a 10 minute stroll into town, bike to the beach or hop on the bike path and go anywhere on this magical island! A cozy and charming townhouse in the heart of Nantucket provides the perfect spot to relax and experience all the charm of the island. Leave your car at home as this little gem is centrally located on upper Main Street intersecting Barnabas Lane-a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Beach lovers are just 1 mile from world famous Steps Beach and 1.2 miles from Jetties Beach. Rent bikes and hop on the Madaket bike path, one of many that are conveniently accessible.

This quaint townhouse includes air conditioning & heat, comfortable new interiors, well appointed cozy kitchen with counter seating for five and small bistro table, newly fenced private back patio with teak furniture and gas grill. Cute patio has comfortable seating perfect for casual al fresco dining and grilling. 2025 New Fridge, oven, flat screen, washer and dryer and new outdoor shower. Serena & Lily beds are new for 2026, bedding, towels, furniture, dishes, glasses pots & pans and utensils all new! First floor consists of cozy living room, eat in kitchen with sliding glass door to back brick patio and bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two bright and comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with shower/tub combination. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen bed and both have AC. Lower level offers comfortable seating and/or sleeping (pull out sofa) plus sleeping alcove with full bed, large flat screen tv, perfect for teens or young adult children.

Prefer multiple weeks, can provide flexible travel days and help with ferry tickets!! This little gem has everything you need to enjoy Nantucket!! Few reviews on other sites because it was rented for entirety of last summer by one family via broker! Pics don't reflect new beds as they just arrived Jan 2026!
