Dear Marko, Thank you for your feedback; we will take it into account to further improve our guests' experience. However, I would like to highlight a few points: Electricity is a separate charge—as clearly stated in the listing—due to our green policy (it wasn't originally a paid extra, but guests used to leave the air conditioning, pool lights, garden lights, etc., running 24/7, even when they were away from the house). Regarding the tableware: unfortunately, the water (which comes from a well) is high in limescale; in fact, the cleaning staff hand-clean every single glass. As for the automatic lawnmower robot: as explained in the check-in information, it can be turned off at will using a button. However, please understand that with a garden of over 4,000 square meters, turning it off would require me to send a gardener to mow the lawn with the ride-on mower (which is kept on the property), inevitably causing more disruption to the guests' peace and privacy. The same applies to the pool robot—again, as explained at check-in: it can be removed whenever you like, but when the maintenance technician arrives, they would have to spend an hour and a half manually vacuuming the floor and walls instead of just 15 minutes. Regarding the wardrobes, we found absolutely nothing broken; if you could contact me privately to let me know which one you are referring to, I would appreciate it so I can fix it (please note that these are valuable period pieces—not new, but certainly restored with great care). The railway is a small regional line with infrequent trains, located 300 meters away and clearly visible on the listing's map. No one has ever complained about it (as evidenced by the reviews). It is a large property requiring significant maintenance; automated systems like the pool and lawn robots were major investments specifically designed to protect the guests' privacy and tranquility.
