Imaginez-vous assis sur le pont arrière, surplombant la rivière, regardant le soleil dans la distance. Si vous êtes chanceux, vous pouvez repérer un dauphin !!! Peut-être nagez-vous dans la piscine, surplombant la rivière, ou faites un vélo sur les nombreux sentiers et frappez la plage! Vous ne serez pas à court de choses à faire dans et autour de la région de Palm Coast. Voici quelques-uns:

1. Prenez un court trajet en voiture ou en vélo jusqu'à la plage, le long des nombreuses pistes cyclables!

2. Profitez de manger à certains des restaurants locaux, tels que JT's Seafood Shack, à quelques minutes à pied. Visitez le village européen, à environ 3 miles. Le village européen est une destination unique pour manger, se prélasser, faire du shopping et se divertir au cœur de Palm Coast.

3. Visitez Bing's Landing - Un endroit idéal pour pêcher, faire du bateau et profiter de la vue sur le bord de la nature. (Environ 2 miles)

4. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park conserve - 425 acres de paysage côtier le long de State Road A1A à Palm Coast, en Floride. La limite orientale du parc détient l'un des plus grands affleurements de la roche de coquina sur l'océan Atlantique, créant une pittoresque plage de rochers.

5. Visitez Marineland Dolphin Adventure (environ 6 miles)

6. La ville historique de St. Augustine est à environ 45 minutes en voiture du Nord. Visitez le parc archéologique de la fontaine de la jeunesse de Ponce de Leon, visitez les nombreux restaurants et les points de shopping. Aussi, situé à St. Augustine est un centre commercial Factory Outlet!

7. Daytona Beach est à environ 30 à 40 minutes en voiture du sud. Visitez la plage la plus célèbre du monde ou peut-être le parcours international Daytona Beach, et bien sûr, des tonnes de magasins et de restaurants.

Cette maison se compose de (2) chambres. La chambre des maîtres a un lit king, avec le côté droit du lit composé d'un matelas réglable. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans la chambre principale. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec un lit complet et une télévision. La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec des appareils, y compris un réfrigérateur à vin compact. N'oublions pas l'extérieur qui a un pont pour se reposer, une piscine et une salle de jeux (table de billard et table de cartes).

Glorious relaxing 5-day stay while attending my annual conference at Hammock Beach; so glad we opted for this VRBO over a small hotel room; lovely deck overlooking the innercoastal, didn’t use the pool but looked very inviting. Super comfy king bed, great water pressure, all the essentials and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Loved the large deck which we basically lived on every day, watched dolphins go by every morning. We had a blast here. Excellent host, very communicative.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! We enjoyed being right on the water! Kids had a lot of fun swimming and playing in the play room! In the evenings we enjoyed the sunset over the river and the kids fishing! The beach was a close drive! Looking forward to next time!

My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience! We had never been to this area of florida and it was amazing. The property was magical w all the natural beauty. We spent every single day on the water fishing in the backyard catching a huge variety from flounder, snapper, catfish, puffer and and eel and blue crab all day every day. We watched dolphins come by everyday and so many different species of beautiful birds. We honestly felt like we were in paradise. The house is well equipped w everything you could need. And anything else you could need or want is well within walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants to the ocean and beautiful parks. We would definitely return! And Randy the owner was great! 10 out 10

Waterfront gem

Our stay was fantastic. A calm cabin vibe with a ton of outdoor space, right on the water. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk or bike to multiple restaurants and Publix, and the beach was a short drive. I would highly recommend and we will likely be back.

Restful and relaxing

Stayed a few nights for some quiet and relaxation. Did not disappoint. Did hear a bit of chatter from the downstairs folks but nothing too disturbing. House is quaint and clean, enjoyed the view of the river and dolphins swimming very much.

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and relaxing place. Owner of the property is very professional and helpful. We love the view. Kids enjoyed the pool. I recommend to our friends and some of them already booked it. Thank you!!

Quiet and cozy

My husband and I came alone this time. The second bedroom is tight and would have been great for a child, but probably not another couple. The kitchen is completely outfitted. The yard and river are perfect for relaxing, fishing and birding. Love the quiet neighborhood. The owner was accommodating and available.

We enjoyed sitting by the river

The place was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We had everything we needed. Our biggest complaint was that it was very dark. Even with every light on at night, the house was uncomfortably dim while cooking and dining and way too dark to comfortably read a book. This could probably be fixed with brighter light bulbs. Our second complaint was the grandfather clock which was loud and woke us up multiple times at night. Also an easy fix. Some other items needed attention - like the screen door which kept popping off track, no propane in the gas fire pit, and a refrigerator that made strange noises. The property was also advertised as having a pool table, which is did not. From inside the home, the view of the river is blocked due to the large bird of paradise plants. Beautiful plants, but blocked the beautiful view. The very best part of the property was sitting down on the edge of the water and watching the boats go by and the dolphins playing. With a little bit of love, this place could be a true gem.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, warm, and incredibly inviting, with gorgeous views of the river. One of our favorite parts was watching all of the wildlife right from the property.Randy was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The home is exceptionally well-equipped with anything you could possibly need, and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. We also appreciated the great water pressure, the cleanliness, and the beautiful antique décor that gave the home so much character and charm.The location couldn’t have been better. There is so much to do nearby, with restaurants within walking distance (Randy gave great recommendations for places with live music and good food), and even the drive to the house is stunning with the moss-draped oak trees creating a true Old Florida feel.We also loved spending time at Malacompra Park Beach. It was absolutely perfect for us—we had the entire beach to ourselves! If you’re visiting with small children, you may want to continue past the rocky area to another section of the beach, but for a couple looking to relax and stroll along the shoreline, it was ideal.Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is worth a visit. Go see local artists work you can purchase in the park store. This was one of those places that truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Nice location

Perfect spot for a stay in Palm Coast. House is hidden in the woods right on the river off the main road. Walking distance to JTs Seafood Shack...good food, drinks n fun. House has all you need. Pool was a nice addition even though we didn't use much. Hammock Beach is great!! We hadn't been in a few years so gave Flagler a try, never again Hammock is much nicer all around. Only note worthy on the property was a lack of space to unpack clothes & food. The place is full and not the typical vrbo feel. That said we settled in and enjoyed. The owner was nice and responsive.

Location, Location, Location

This property has amazing views and is very quaint. We enjoyed ourselves and seeing our ‘local’ friends. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the furniture super comfy. The view from the master was also amazing and the bed comfy but there are no dressers in the room and the closet is full of extra linens. The game room and laundry is shared with 2 other tenants on the property and the washer is coin operated.

Awesome deck

On the plus side the property was clean, well equipped, comfortable, had an awesome deck to sit out on and enjoy the waterway. Location was good. On the downside most of the cups were cracked or crackled glazed, we could only find two giant sized cups to use. Some what bizarrely the washing machine was chargeable but to be fair to our host when challenged about this did offer to come over and compensate us. As to the acid test, would we stay there again then sad to say no, despite all the 5 stars above the decor and ambience was not to our personal style.

Nice place in a great location

We had a great time in Palm Coast. The house is in a secluded area away from the hustle. Plenty of room to hang out and watch the boats go by. Great food and entertainment is close by in town or Flagler or St Augustine. Crescent beach was our favorite beach to sit and read a book.

Wonderful River Home

LOVED the open floor set up with views to river from kitchen, as well as the bedroom. Loved the sliding glass doors for that view. Relaxing back porch with river traffic, which we enjoyed beginning and ending our days with. Calm and soothing location! Kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you might need to cook with. Owner was wonderful! Available if needed. Never even saw the tenant that lives on bottom floor:) So it totally felt very private and like we were the only ones on the property. Would absolutely choose this location in the future!

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed the canal and the privacy of neighbors. We saw many boats and jetskies. We enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon on the wrap around deck and pool side.. Poor lighting or lack of on the deck and pool, was too dark to enjoy the evenings. it was almost all positive, but unfortunately, the owner told us about the tenants on the property, and we were fine with that, but I wasn't expecting to find them using the pool, coming back from a day at the beach. I texted the owner about the incident, and he apologized. But it happened again. We were told at booking the place have no access to the pool or game room. But apparently the tenants missed the memo. Overall the location was great and an easy drive to the beaches and 30 minutes to St Augustine. I would say, the owner was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and reconsider going back. Only if the tenants would have respected our privacy.
