Welcome home to Seaside Villas! We are an Ocean Front luxury villa located on Coligny Beach with AMAZING views off your private balcony!
Completely renovated first floor Ocean View Villa! Enjoy brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz counter tops, white subway tile throughout, new waterproof LVT flooring, luxury furniture & high-end decor. The main bedroom has a new queen bed and is privately closed off from the two bunk beds across the hall. Each bunk area has a brand-new mattress and individual TV's for personalized entertainment. New large screen TV's are also located in the main bedroom and living room.

Seaside is a completely secure gated complex. Enjoy a recently renovated ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs as well as a BBQ and picnic area available for your use. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. You have direct access to the beach on a beautiful boardwalk with outdoor showers available. There are also elevators throughout the complex as well as laundry facilities on each level.
Take your pick of 5 star rated restaurants, family friendly attractions, custom boutique shopping, bike & golf cart rentals and amazing local beach bars all within a mile.
Your home for the week is in walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park and many beach side venues including Pool Bar Jim's, Loggerhead Landing and Tiki Hut which will be beautifully renovated by May 2024 for beach seaside drinks, fine dining and weddings. (pictures included).

Great Location!

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach, shops and dining. The condo was clean and just enough room with a good view of the ocean. The host made everything easy and was very helpful and quick to answer questions. We would definitely book again.

Best of HHI at Seaside Villas

We have been to HHI every year for past 12 years. Always stayed at Seaside and noticed this condo had been renovated. We walked in to a wonderful condo! Newly renovated, clean and you can’t beat the location. Owner was very accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend!

This is a very nice property and worthy of a stay. It has an ocean view from the balcony and is just steps away from the beach! Parking was easy and ample. The location is a short walk to Coligny which has plenty to see and do and is one of the best beach spots on the island. The pool is not “beachside” so be prepared for it not too have much ambiance - stay on the beach, swim in the ocean! A reminder that one of the bed locations is a top bunk so be sure someone is ready, willing, and able to sleep there. This property is a good spot to call “home” while visiting the island!

A Fabulous Stay

This is a stunning gated, quiet rental with great ocean views! The space has recently been remodeled and is exactly as the pictures show. The couch lays almost flat and is comfortable to sleep on while the 2 bunks have their own individual TV's for a peaceful stay with kids! The walk to the beach is quick and easy with so much to do close by. The property owner, Ryan, made this stay even more memorable after a slight hiccup at check in. He quickly responded and went over and above with the best customer service I've ever experienced with a property! Definitely will stay here again!! Thanks, Ryan for the love and care you've put into this place!!

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice, clean and very close to the beach. The owner did a great job of communicating. The location is very good, and we were close to most things we wanted to do. It is ideal for a small family can comfortably sleep 4 if you have kids that like bunk beds.
