The host, Alex, was wonderful. He messaged us when we arrived and told us that he was close by and asked us to reach out if we needed anything. He stopped by quickly when there was a problem with the TV log in. He was super nice and personable. The space is perfect. We had 3 adults in our party and it was just right with the two bedrooms and one bath. The weather was a bit cool and the pool heater did not appear to be working. The pool furniture has also seen better days. However these were the only negatives. Everything else was completely as advertised and spot on the previous reviews. We had a rental car and drove to Palm Beach, Singer Island and Jupiter. With the local parking app and finding some free parking times, we walked on the beach every day. We were looking for relaxation in a clean, safe VRBO rental and we got it. We loved that Alex is a lovely person and not a management agency!

The condo was nicely furnished. The bed was super comfy and the bedroom was great for sleeping in with the blackout curtains. Alex was a super host. Quick to respond and very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and stocked with all the necessities one would find at home. The owner of the unit was very polite and responsive to any queries that we had. The complex contained the amenities that had been advertised and were in good working order and condition. We especially enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, Thank you Alex for a great experience.

Wonderful Florida get away!

Everything was exactly as noted on the listing. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. It is a 15-20 min drive from many desirable locations.

Clean and easy

Clean and has all the basics. Really appreciated the washer/dryer. Couldn't figure out the TV, tho. Only other minor complaint was the chemical smell in the living room. Couldn't figure out why. Left windows open when possible.

Just as advertised!

A first gate snafu was resolved in short order, and then things were terrific. The grounds are well maintained; the pool is always clean; the unit is tidy and in good order. Our host was immediately available to respond to any quirky question. We’re planning to return!

Fun place to stay

We enjoyed the property very much.It’s 1 mile walking distance from a mall with grocery store, restaurants, etc.Pool and hot tub were heated and very clean.Short driving distance to all the activities downtown West Palm Beach.

Great holiday in West Palm Beach

Very cosy and well equipped apartment in a secure gated community. Perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved going to the pool & jacuzzi and playing tennis. The hosts were really flexible and accommodating, nothing seemed too much of a problem for them, which was amazing and really appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spot for exploring West Palm Beach

The apartment was a great base to explore from - plenty to do nearby in Palm Beach. The on-site swimming pool was also great - we found visiting early during the week meant we had the pool to ourselves. Overall very happy.

Great Place To Stay

This is our second rental from Alex, he is a great host . The location is great and the condo is very clean and has everything you need . Plenty of towels , sheets and beach chairs . We’re always sitting out on the balcony. It’s a nice gated community . During the week your practically have the pool to yourself . We go for our walk up to Publix which is a mile . There’s a variety of places to eat there . We left a lot of menus from the area. We really enjoy the palm beach area . There’s plenty of beaches around the area . We go to Singer island /Riveria Beach where there’s a few restaurants and shops . We go to Mulligan's for there happy hr. Weather was great just about 80”s every day . No complaints at all . Alex was a very attentive host. This location was great for quick access to many of our venues. The condo had everything we needed to feel like we were home away from home. The complex had a well maintained pool and the gym served our needs. We were here for 38 days

Great place to stay!

Most of the time it was me myself staying here and everything was great! I am a cook and baker; although it’s not home, Alex the owner, provided good supply of 90% of what you need to bake and make dinners for all four of us. Nice and quiet place. Beds were comfortable and all and all, I really enjoyed my stay. Alex was very responsive owner which made our stay wonderful for holidays get together. Thank you! Definitely would stay again.

Very nice location!

First off Alex and Jovana are wonderful hosts! Alex was so friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions promptly and in detail. Check in was a breeze. Everything was as pictured, a beautiful place and a gorgeous pool! Getting to the beach was super convenient only being a short drive. Also grocery shopping was really easy considering the store is litterly right down the street! Lots of good restaurants and fun things to do around the area! Will be back!
