Points forts : Arrivée, communication et emplacement.
Points faibles : Propreté
The rugs in both bedrooms & living room were filthy. Management sent someone over to vacuum the carpets when I complained, the vacuum should be either repaired or replaced, there was little to no improvement. The bedside lamp was broken, the curtain rod in one bedroom broke when closing the curtain. This place should be deep cleaned with good cleaning products and repairs done before renting again. Until this happens I would not recommend renting there. The management company was excellent, tried their best to make things right. The property is in a very good location, everything is in walking distance.
