Lovely tidy apartment in a very secure location. I travelled solo and felt completely safe throughout my stay. The check in process was easy and everything I needed was provided. Especially appreciated the water & milk in the fridge on arrival. The pool & seaview from the balcony is fantastic The apartment complex was very quiet making it a perfect place to relax. I would happily stay again.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The check-in instructions were clear and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment has absolutely everything you could need and more, so perfect for those of us who travel light. The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. And finally, the location is great, right in the old town, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Easily 10/10 - I hope to visit again.

Great apartment, fantastic stay lovely sea views. Very clean and tidy, kitchen well equipped. On arrival we met Sally the caretaker who was very friendly and helpful with information about the shops in the area. Communication with the host Mary was excellent all through our stay. Had an amazing stay in this 1st floor apartment.in the old town ..easy self check in ...the view is absolutely georgis ...has everything you need it in including towels , beach towels their is even sunbed mats for when you are at lying at the pool which was a kindle readers paradise (so quiet) host was so lovely and very easy to deal with checking everything was ok with me ect i would definitely recommend staying here and when I am back in lanzarote I will be looking it up ..

perfect last minute getaway

stayed at this lovely apartment for a week, and it was everything we could have asked for! the host is wonderful and we were extremely lucky to have stayed there with such short notice. great location, nice quiet area that is still close enough to the hub of the city.

Absolutely perfect apartment. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Close to many shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Plays Chica. To top it all off the view from the balcony is quite spectacular.

Lovely Apartment

Nice quiet location but shops, bars & restaurants all within easy walking distance. Fabulous balcony overlooking the harbour with sun all day. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you need if self catering. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Old Town Property

We had a fabulous 8 night stay at this wonderful property.Excellent communication with the lovely owner, Mary.The property has everything you could need from beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer, iron to lots of books and DVD's to keep everyone entertained.We absolutely loved the location and the views. Minutes away from the beautiful marina and the lovely bars and restaurants of the old town and a steady 10-15 minute walk into PDC centre. Can't fault the place and wouldn't hesitate to book again

Fabulous 2 weeks

My wife and I had a fabulous 2 weeks in the apartment, which has everything you would need - a real home from home. The location is very secure in the quieter old town of Puerto del Carmen, and the area feels very safe. The view from the balcony is stunning and a good spot to watch the activity around the harbour and out at sea. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely fortnight in the apartment, felt right at home and comfortable right from the moment we walked in, pleasant accommodation with everything that we needed, packed far too much this time as we didn't need everything we usually take with us, the washing machine was truly a marvel for us.The hosts were lovely and friendly but not intrusive and if we had needed them we felt sure they would be most helpful with whatever we wanted, but, for us, the icing of this particular cake was the setting, fantastic balcony with the sun on it all day, great for the sunrises/sunsets overlooking the harbour in a quiet very clean calm complex, fantastic for chilling out and we will be back i hope in the near future. This flat was looking quite tired. The towels and bedding seemed as though they needed a good airing. The kitchen surfaces and walls had these tiny mites running around so i had to keep everything in the fridge. I will not list any further things just to say, with more effort this could be a holiday letting worthy of repeat visits from a person as myself. The fridge was nice and clean with the welcoming bottle of water being a nice touch. Free use of the safe was welcome, but having to pay extra for the air con not so much.
