Cet appartement d'une chambre a une vue fantastique sur la mer car il est situé au premier étage. Il est très bien situé dans une partie calme de la vieille ville de Puerto del Carmen. C'est dans le complexe de Portonovo qui a une grande piscine communale. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové. La rénovation comprenait l'installation d'une nouvelle porte d'entrée, l'installation d'une double porte patio (qui donne une vue imprenable sur le port et la mer) et l'installation d'une nouvelle cuisine. Commerces, restaurants et bars sont facilement accessibles à pied. Chaque niveau d'activité est disponible à partir de promenades détendues, golf, pêche, karting et sports nautiques.
L'appartement comprend un balcon orienté au sud avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, un salon ouvert / cuisine avec comptoir de petit-déjeuner, une chambre avec placards et une salle de bains. Il y a un coffre-fort contenu dans les armoires encastrées. Également stockés dans les armoires sont des couvertures de soleil pour votre usage au bord de la piscine des chaises longues. Un sèche-cheveux et du matériel de repassage sont à votre disposition.
L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec deux lits simples dans la chambre et un lit gigogne dans le salon. Il est entièrement équipé avec cuisinière, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et tous les ustensiles de cuisine
Il ya une télévision à écran plat dans le salon avec des chaînes anglophones, des chaînes hispanophones et des chaînes de langue allemande tous disponibles. Il y a un lecteur DVD et un lecteur CD / radio disponible. Il y a une sélection de DVD disponibles pour votre usage lorsque vous séjournez dans notre appartement. Il y a aussi une bonne sélection de livres disponibles si vous cherchez un séjour totalement économe en énergie.

Had an amazing stay in this 1st floor apartment.in the old town ..easy self check in ...the view is absolutely georgis ...has everything you need it in including towels , beach towels their is even sunbed mats for when you are at lying at the pool which was a kindle readers paradise (so quiet) host was so lovely and very easy to deal with checking everything was ok with me ect i would definitely recommend staying here and when I am back in lanzarote I will be looking it up ..

Absolutely perfect apartment. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Close to many shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Plays Chica. To top it all off the view from the balcony is quite spectacular.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Escape! The home is gorgeous and the amenities are perfect. My kids really enjoyed the lily pad and the game room. I loved the kitchen (with everything you need!) and the sun room. We enjoyed lounging on the dock and watching the sunset. The kayaks were also such a great addition, with all the various sizes of life jackets available as well. It was such a great vacation escape and we will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous 8 night stay at this wonderful property.Excellent communication with the lovely owner, Mary.The property has everything you could need from beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer, iron to lots of books and DVD's to keep everyone entertained.We absolutely loved the location and the views. Minutes away from the beautiful marina and the lovely bars and restaurants of the old town and a steady 10-15 minute walk into PDC centre. Can't fault the place and wouldn't hesitate to book again

Had a lovely fortnight in the apartment, felt right at home and comfortable right from the moment we walked in, pleasant accommodation with everything that we needed, packed far too much this time as we didn't need everything we usually take with us, the washing machine was truly a marvel for us.The hosts were lovely and friendly but not intrusive and if we had needed them we felt sure they would be most helpful with whatever we wanted, but, for us, the icing of this particular cake was the setting, fantastic balcony with the sun on it all day, great for the sunrises/sunsets overlooking the harbour in a quiet very clean calm complex, fantastic for chilling out and we will be back i hope in the near future. Fabulous 2 weeks

My wife and I had a fabulous 2 weeks in the apartment, which has everything you would need - a real home from home. The location is very secure in the quieter old town of Puerto del Carmen, and the area feels very safe. The view from the balcony is stunning and a good spot to watch the activity around the harbour and out at sea. Highly recommended!

This flat was looking quite tired. The towels and bedding seemed as though they needed a good airing. The kitchen surfaces and walls had these tiny mites running around so i had to keep everything in the fridge. I will not list any further things just to say, with more effort this could be a holiday letting worthy of repeat visits from a person as myself. The fridge was nice and clean with the welcoming bottle of water being a nice touch. Free use of the safe was welcome, but having to pay extra for the air con not so much.

I booked this apartment based on location and previous reviews. Mary was extremely helpful and I appreciated the early check-in. It is a small compact apartment as described with beautiful views across the old harbour. Sun all day long ! A good sized pool which was cleaned every morning as were the surrounding areas. However, I experienced the same issues as the reviewer before me.I opened the door to the apartment and was hit with a stale fusty smell. So I thought well it’s probably been shut up for a few weeks maybe, so I opened the doors and bedroom window and gave it a good airing and the smell did disappear after a couple of days however the bed linen and the towels had the same smell to them, which was very unpleasant.. in my opinion the bedlinen could do with replacing altogether. There were also little mites running across the worksurface and breakfast bar. I just felt it was a little tired and needed a bit of TLC.

Hi Lynne, thank you very much for your feedback on your recent stay in our apartment. You will be pleased to know that we have just spent a week there and gave it a whole pile of TLC. As we had planned, we replaced the entire bed linen and towels and some fittings. We gave it a deep clean as we do every time we are there. Small mites are part and parcel of life in these warm countries and we all do our best to police them. We would be delighted to have you return as most of our guests do and enjoy the sunshine and wonderful views from our balcony.
