The area is newly built homes, quiet, and secure. Quiet townhouse and 17 miles away from the heart of San Francisco. The house is close to the Richmond Ferry that takes you to San Francisco. There are lots of local amenities, new restaurants, a brewery, and Starbucks.

The area is perfect for trips to San Francisco, sailing school, graduation for Berkeley students, Napa wine tasting, and visiting the Bay Area overall.

From the Richmond Marina Ferry (Please check operation schedule) to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes. A faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF.

The property is three floors and will require going up and down stairs.

Very nice home, as advertised.

Me and my family stayed 4 nights in this home and we were very satisfied. The home met everyone of our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and showed pride of ownership. It has beautiful hardwood floors and a modern kitchen that was well stocked. The location was great and was a short drive to Berkeley where we have family. I recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

SF Weekend

Nicely appointed and comfortable. A very quiet neighborhood which is a nice change from the bustling City! The Richmond neighborhood didn’t offer much for us but it served as a great base for launching our travels throughout the Bay Area. Our host, Charles, was very responsive and communicated timely. All in all, a great value accomodation for the money. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and really enjoyed the property. Location was safe and quiet. The place itself was even nicer than it appeared in the online listing. The great room/kitchen/dining area was spacious & beautiful. Private bathroom for each bedroom nice too. Clean comfortable master bed. Loved the beautiful shutters over windows. Got lots of exercise on the stairs with the 3 levels. I would stay there again.
