Appartement 2 Chambres Paces de la place Garibaldi, à la lisière de la vieille ville.

Un appartement parfaitement situé, entièrement rénové avec la climatisation complète. Il est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, mais l'escalier est large et peu profond car il y a des demi-paliers, ce qui le rend très facile à négocier. L'appartement a deux, de taille égale, des chambres doubles, un lit pour une 5ème personne peut être fourni avec un matelas pneumatique. L'appartement dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'une télévision haute définition de 107 cm, d'un lecteur Blue Ray avec une grande sélection de disques et de CD. Cuisine américaine entièrement équipée avec plaque de cuisson, four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, laveuse sécheuse, réfrigérateur et petit compartiment congélateur. Table à manger en chêne et des sièges pour 6 personnes. Anglais possédé et c'est notre deuxième maison. Vaste espace de rangement pour les vêtements et les valises. Dans la salle de bain il y a ses lavabos, une cabine de douche, wc et baignoire d'angle (inhabituel pour les appartements français). Il y a aussi un wc séparé, pratique pour 2 mais essentiel pour 4 personnes ou plus. Les chambres sont à l'arrière de l'appartement face à une cour intérieure qui est très calme donc un sommeil paisible avec les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit est possible. De l'une des fenêtres du salon, vous pouvez voir l'entrée de la Coulee Verte récemment ouverte. Place Garibaldi est la plaque tournante du centre pour les cafés, les transports, les bus et les tramways vers l'aéroport, la gare, Monaco et bien d'autres endroits en route. L'emplacement a l'avantage d'être proche de la vieille ville sans le bruit de la fin de soirée des fêtards. Si vous aimez les fruits de mer frais, alors le célèbre Café de Turin est dans le prochain bâtiment, réservez tôt pour éviter toute déception. Les fenêtres à double vitrage sont très efficaces pour bloquer le bruit de l'extérieur, afin que vous puissiez profiter de l'appartement en toute tranquillité.

The location was excellent. Right off Garibaldi Square and old town Nice. Also close to public transportation including all the tram lines. A park with lots of play equipment was nearby and a nice walk through the park or old town to the beach. The air conditioning worked well. (Relatives were staying in a hotel nearby and the air conditioning was not turned on until later in the spring and they were hot. )The kitchen didn't have an oven but had a microwave, stovetop and lots of dishes, glasses and cook ware. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Location in central Nice close to bus stops is excellent and easily accessible by tram from the airport. Apartment is quite small but has everything required for a short stay in Nice. Although the apartment had been cleaned we found that much of the crockery and cutlery had been put back dirty into the cupboards and needed washing before use. This should be checked prior to arrival, which would make for a much better stay.

A very well situated apartment in the heart of the old city and away from the craze of rue Saint Francois de Paule. We were able to walk and tram to many attractions from this nicely appointed apartment. The apartment featured walls two-foot thick meaning no noise from the bustle of the city. Our hosts provided all that’s need to feel at home and cook meals if you desire. We loved Nice and the surrounding towns - when we return we will rent the apartment again. Oh! And very responsive hosts. Thanks for a great stay.

Pleasant Stay in Nice

We enjoyed our stay. A couple of issues with the TV and DVD player but the host made good by obtaining a subscription to Netflix which we enjoyed. He also threw in a free mid-stay apartment cleaning. Overall, no complaints and we would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Nice.

Nice vacation

The apartment is in an excellent location. Just on the edge of old town and a 5 minute walk to the sea and all the beautiful sites of Nice. The owner, Brin, was very communicative and his assistant Roxana made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this quiet excellently located apartment for your stay in Nice.

This is a wonderful apartment. Location is very convenient to public transportation, which helps you navigate the city with ease. The apartment itself is quite spacious. It is clean and comfortable. Variety of restaurants is all around as well as the grocery story, if needed. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Retired ex builder, absolutely love the South of France, Nice especially. So many excellent restaurants and a lovely place to explore especially the Old Town and the surrounding villages. So close to the mountains for winter skiing and plenty to see and do in the town itself. It took me a long time to find my apartment and it was worth the wait. I bought two 1 bed places and created a one 2 Bed apartment. As it was refurbished by a Marchand du Bien French builder the quality was assured and I had a lot of my own designs incorporated in the rebuild. The location was paramount as I wanted peace and quiet to sleep at night but be close enough to the action when I wanted it. Place Garibaldi is the center hub for tram and bus transport for the Airport, Railway Station, Cannes and Monaco.
Belle, as we call it, ticked all the boxes and the name suits the apartment, Beautiful.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Is perfectly located on the edge of the Old Town away from the noisy late night street revelers but close enough to enjoy and explore the narrow streets with many shops and restaurants. It is only paces from Place Garibaldi which, in my opinion is the coolest square in Nice.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment is dual aspect so the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment facing a private courtyard, so it is very quiet at night and possible to sleep undisturbed with the windows open. The bathroom, as well as a separate shower, has a corner bath, quite unique for french apartments.
