High End Beach House sur l'île de Long Beach dans les Harvey Cedars exclusifs

La luxueuse plage se trouve à quelques pas de la plage via votre chemin de terre privé bordé d'arbres. Des vues à 360 degrés depuis le toit, afin que vous puissiez attraper le lever du soleil à l'est avec votre café et le coucher de soleil de l'Ouest avec vos cocktails. Deux étages de niveau supérieur supplémentaires avec des meubles et un grand gril à gaz. La cuisine de chef haut de gamme avec des appareils impeccables, un réfrigérateur à vin, des sièges d'îles, des tables intérieures et extérieures, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine modernes dont on aurait besoin. Il y a une cheminée à 2 côtés pour des soirées hors-saison plus fraîches qui s'ouvrent sur la cuisine et le salon. À l'extérieur, il y a une belle piscine chauffée, un patio couvert et une douche extérieure complète avec une ligne de vêtements pour les maillots de bain. Un réfrigérateur supplémentaire et un congélateur au niveau du sol avec un vélo d'exercice, 5 vélos, 5 planches de surf, des tonnes de chaises de plage, des radiateurs, etc., tout pour votre plaisir.

C'est une maison de plage privée dans un quartier exclusif à l'extrémité nord de LBI. Si les foules sont votre chose, ce n'est pas l'endroit pour vous. Toute l'année, vous serez l'une des seules familles de la plage.

A fabulous week in Harvey Cedars!

Location was great .. just a short stroll to the beach! The house comes complete with everything you could possibly need. Lots of toys to play with! Alex was great to work with!

Great week

We had a great week at Alex's house. The pool was perfect for the kids when it was too windy on the beach. The house is well equipped and well set up for a large family. Bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Alex responds almost immediately when you text him. Overall, our vacation was an A+

Fantastic Location

This property’s location was excellent! Close to beach, restaurants, park, produce market, etc. Bikes and water gear were great. Easy to access property and owner contact was prompt. The pool was everyone’s favorite. The property is dated and mattresses are awful. The bed setup is awkward, so be sure to look at the details in the listing closely. Location made it all worthwhile.

Something for Everyone

Our extended family felt right at home from the start in this comfortable, well-located and appointed house. A pleasure to be able to both walk a short path to the beach and step out the door to the pool. And a short walk to the Bay Beach was a bonus for our two young grandsons. We loved the quiet and convenience for everything we needed to make our two weeks a pleasure. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. to augment what we brought ourselves. Alex was friendly and easy to deal with, and it was nice to have had a neighbor available to check/clean the pool and be of service if needed (which it wasn’t). Other than some minor cleaning issues when we arrived and an imperfect bedroom layout (which in fairness we knew about when we rented), this is a fabulous beach house!

An oasis at the Jersey shore

We've always loved LBI and Harvey Cedars, but this property was by far the best ever! The property had amazing places to gather, hideaway, relax and have incredible fun at the pool or beach. The owner is a great partner and makes you feel like you're staying at a friend or family's home. We could walk to the small town center of Harvey Cedars, bike to-from Barnegat Lighthouse, enjoy the bay or ocean and easily get down to the busier parts of LBI. The check-in and check-out were extraordinarily easy and we've got nothing but great memories of the trip. If you're looking for a great place for a large family or a friends and family gathering, this one is it. If you have a family member with mobility issues, you will probably want to talk with the owner first to understand the house layout and stairs. We had this information ahead of time and everything worked out beautifully.

Great Beach House

We spent a week here recently and had a great time. The owner Alex was a great point of contact and really attentive and easy to communicate with. He and his wife met us there on the first day and gave us a tour of the house. And when i texted for some food recommendations, or house questions, Alex responded right away! The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it has a nice pool. The kids spent more time in the pool than they did the ocean;) The ocean access is easy and you basically end up with a private section of beach all to yourself. The lifeguard stands are down the beach a bit, so swimming is easy and safe. The house is on a very quiet street, and we hardly heard or saw any of the neighbors the entire time. No loud parties to keep you up at night;) The house comes fully stocked with beach chairs and SUPs and surfboards and bikes and a basketball hoop, so that's cool. The house is well stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked for any type of cooking, including a really nice Weber BBQ just outside of the kitchen. The owners are definitely foodies;) Overall, the house itself is showing its age, and definitely needs some general updating and maintenance, hence my 4 star review. For the price, I would expect a house that feels more modern and luxurious. But what it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in location and beach access and the pool! It is definitely a great spot to spend a quiet week on the beach.

Like staying at a friend’s place!

We have rented many properties in LBI (and other locations) as a family. This felt like staying with friends. We developed a rapport with the family from before booking, which I appreciated because it illustrated their care for their own space. Alex and his family were there to greet us upon check-in which added the human element of staying somewhere. The house was well-stocked, comfortable, and convenient to all the things we love about LBI.

family vacation success story

lovely property, with an amazing location and pool. Five kids in the extended family, ages 6-16, all had a wonderful time. owner was incredibly kind and helpful through the entire rental and check in process. The beach and surrounding area was quiet (which was exactly what we were looking for), however the drive to busier areas with traditional vacation activities (mini golf , shopping, etc) was quick and easy. Highly recommend for families looking for some quality time with each other.

Wonderful location

We had a great week at this property. The location is wonderful, especially for a family with young kids. The walk to the beach is quick and the pool is a nice bonus. The house could use some overall updating and maintenance, but location makes up for it.

Everything and more

Could the house really be as nice as the pictures?absolutely yes Could renting it be this easy? Absolutely yes We were looking for a house close to the beach, with a pool, for a family vacation- well this house was that and so much more-beautiful house, beautiful views, and beautiful weather- the house was so welcoming with plenty of linens, beach toys, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and supplies-it actually felt like we were staying at our friends house -the kitchen is a chef’s dream - it has anything and everything and all in working order and all are top notch - we especially loved the gas grill connected to a gas line, so we never had to deal with running out of gas and dealing with tanks -there was plenty of space for dining -inside or out - talking to Alex and working with Alex was wonderful and I knew he would be there if I had any issues- thank you for sharing your home with us-this house was everything and more Mary McCarthy

Beach House Stay

This beach house if ideally located in a quiet area very close to the beach. There is no need to cross a road to walk to the beach which is important when bringing small children. The house has a nice sized and well maintained pool which was ideal when the beach was crowed or windy. The amenities are very nice and the owner is available by phone at any time to answer questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Did not disappoint !

We just returned from a week in this lovely home. For the first few days we unfortunately had constant rain and unbelievable winds...most likely related to Hurricane Florence The house was very comfortable and we did manage to have several rain free days and were able to enjoy all of the amenities the house has to offer. Alex was very hospitable, and was quick to answer any questions we had. He even offered to let us stay longer knowing how the weather was for the first few days! Perfect Location!

I enjoyed a blissful week with my daughters at this lovely home. A short stroll to the beach, and much privacy due to the street configuration. The kitchen is fully stocked, as Alex’s family spends most of the summer here. Also plenty of towels, linens, beach chairs, bicycles, etc. The pool was a big bonus, as some days were too humid for long stays on the beach. We had a terrific vacation!

A Spectacular Week - 6/16 - 6/23 2018

Our family enjoyed a spectacular week in your immaculate home! It was a pleasure to cook in such a well stocked kitchen. The pool was great for fun and therapy (I injured my knee - a torn meniscus on the second day of our stay, and being in the pool was the only place I could be pain free).
