On the first level we find two large double bedrooms and a private bathroom.
On the second level, reached by a wooden staircase, you will find the living area with dining table and sofa and the kitchen equipped with everything you need even for long stays.
The comfortable and homely atmosphere provides rest and tranquility after a long day of sightseeing.
The small balcony offers a view over the rooftops of the city skyline.


Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
