Sentez-vous reposé après avoir dormi sur notre Tempurpedic king size. La maison est près de l'aéroport et de la route à péage, donc facile d'entrer et de sortir de South Bend. Quartier très confortable avec des voisins frais / détendus. Près de Notre Dame. 3000 pieds carrés pour que vous et votre famille ayez beaucoup d'espace pour profiter. La maison a de nombreux équipements dont vous pourrez profiter, notamment des jeux, un jeu de fléchettes, un patio, un grill, une mancave avec une télévision de 65 pouces, etc. Si vous visitez South Bend, venez profiter de notre maison pendant que vous le faites! Nous avons un garçon de 4 ans et de nombreux jouets avec lesquels jouer pour les jeunes enfants / les tout-petits. Excellent find for Graduation weekend! Lovely home with multiple big gathering spaces for our group to enjoy meals together and chat and relax. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The real winner was all the bathrooms for all of us getting ready for multiple on campus functions. We literally were on time for everything each day and got great seats for Mass and Graduation. The BBQ and deck were great, and we will have to go back sometime when we have more time to enjoy the backyard! Thank you from 3 generations to our very responsive and kind hosts!

This house was excellent. Adam the host was great. He was very communicative and quick to respond to messages and questions . The house is very clean and comfortably accommodated our group. The house is extremely convenient to ND and was perfect for our game weekend. This is a must stay if you have kids or more than 4 people. We will look to stay here again.

Notre Dame Game Weekend

We stayed here for a football weekend - the home was clean and comfortable for our group of three adults and five children. The only disappointment was that the deck was not safe for use for children and a large portion of it was under construction. I wish I had known about that prior to booking the property/showing up as that might have altered our plans slightly. Adam was quick to communicate and address any questions that we had. Overall, it met our needs.

Overall the property was great for the time we were there and what we needed it for. Adam was great with his responses in always responded in a timely fashion. The house was very clean and basically had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The location was great and in a beautiful neighborhood. Overall no complaints here

Great Place To Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The house was very cute and clean with plenty of room for 10 adults to spread out comfortably. The backyard is amazing. There is a large fire pit with plenty of seating and a pool that is extremely refreshing. We brought our own towels, but there were plenty of towels for guests to use if needed. Adam was responsive and answered all our questions, and check in/check out was a breeze. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home! Would definitely recommend it to any group looking for a nice, relaxing getaway!

Everything we needed

We are so grateful to this family for opening their home to us for the week. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We felt comfortable and welcomed. The pool is glorious!! Lots of towels and things to float on. We were able to totally relax. Loved the decor and the layout. Thank you Adam and family for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home.

Nice, but seemed to be a primary residence, filled personal items.

This was a lovely home with a nice big swimming pool. Large enough to accommodate myself and my 8 sisters, all of us over 60, which I shared with the host when I booked his property. The large table and chairs were nice as we spend most of our time playing games. I had booked it in February for a July stay. A week prior to our stay I received a message from the host that the deck around the pool wouldn't be finished due to supply chain issues and offered a full refund. This was way too close to our stay for us to back out and find another place that could accommodate our group. I asked him to send me photos of the pool area so we could assess the situation and be sure we could navigate our way to the pool safely. He sent that right out and we decided we could work with that and that turned out to be fine. What we did have issue with was, that this seemed to be their primary residence, filled with their personal belongings, family photos at every turn, even the medicine cabinets were full, but what got us the most was they had two refrigerators and they were both completely full of their own food! We always purchase our groceries for the duration of our stay on the first day, so we don't have to go back out, but we had nowhere to put them, this is groceries for 9 women for four days, that is a lot of food! I texted the host and after some back and forth, and me calling VRBO, they finally came over to empty the one in the kitchen, leaving us to wipe it down so we could fill it with our food and still had move some of their frozen food to the freezer in the basement to make room for our bags of ice because he would only empty one small shelf for our ice cream. Then Friday he texted at 7:58 a.m. to ask to roll his garbage bin out to the street for trash day! This was full of their trash, nothing of ours. Lastly on VRBO it said the sleeping arrangements were 3 single and1 double in the basement, leading us to believe these were beds. They were actually cots and a futon! These might work for kids but extremely uncomfortable for those of us over 60. That should be changed on the VRBO site to state they: are NOT actual beds. We' been renting a house every summer for the past 6 years and all of our past rentals were set up like a vacation place for us to come in and set up for our time there. I've never seen anything like this, we felt uncomfortable in that it seemed like we were intruders in someone's house.

Family trip

The house was great for our family getaway to southbend for a Notre dame game! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was it’s not truly 6 bedrooms, there was 4 full bedrooms and the other 2 were beds in the open basement. It worked for us for the short trip but if people were expecting 2 more actual bedrooms i would not quite call it that.

Great house for a family to stay for an ND game

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is large and had plenty of space to accommodate our party of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) and give everyone their own privacy. Lots of toys and games for the kids, large finished basement with bedroom areas and a big TV area to watch a game or a movie. Nice size backyard for the kids to run as well, in a quiet calm neighborhood.

Great Stay for Game Day

This property was perfect for my family of 11 to stay for the weekend. Adam was very responsive and helpful leading up to the weekend. The pool was great and the house was very clean. We will consider staying here again in the future.

A great house

The house was very nice. A big house that fit all 8 of us. The hot tub and the pool were great. The pool was nice and big. The owner was great and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend staying there!

Great house!

We were able to comfortably fit our whole who party here. There were 11 of us in total. The pool was really nice, house was clean, and had a really nice seating area that accommodated all of us to be able to hang out. Really close to big stores and Michigan!

Family getaway

Located in a good neighborhood, large enough for everyone. Pool was great for kids and adults to cool off. Needed larger coffee pot, was not working correctly. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a working Keurig machine and a ninja brewing machine. Unfortunately when we got back into our home, the ninja was broken along with some other household items. We are replacing the ninja with another great machine and will be back to full order! Thanks for staying with us.

Family reunion after 14 months of covid

Accuracy of on-line listing: Everything inside was as stated. But..... The house details did not do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the back yard. It was lovely. And the icing on the cake, was the pool we found in the backyard when we arrived. Fabulous! Adam is a very gracious host. Thanks Adam

Flexible multi-Family arrangements

Multiple levels with multiple sleeping options - it is perfect for small family groupings. Big fenced in backyard for four legged family members! Didn’t read the house directions to NOT touch the dimmers - until AFTER I touched all the dimmers - which gave “Alexa” the smart home a wee bit of a headache challenge. Had all the great technology amenities - from TV, Music, to always a solid WIFI! Water was smoking hot - had the hottest shower I’ve had in decades - loved it!
