Situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied du Panthéon d'un côté et à 2 minutes de la place Navone de l'autre, il enveloppe les clients dans l'atmosphère authentique du quartier historique de Navona.



Appartement orné d'une série d'œuvres d'art uniques, de décorations anciennes et de poutres en bois.

Salon spacieux combinant salon et salle à manger, avec un canapé confortable où les clients peuvent profiter du divertissement sur la télévision intelligente à écran plat et une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La cuisine, avec de splendides plans de travail en marbre et des équipements modernes, dont un four micro-ondes, une machine à café Nespresso, une bouilloire et un grille-pain, bénéficie de la lumière naturelle à travers ses grandes fenêtres.

La première chambre, caractérisée par des dessins faits à la main, dispose d'un confortable lit double, de grands placards et d'une salle de bains privative avec baignoire.

Tant le salon que la première chambre donnent sur Largo Toniolo, d'où l'on peut admirer les façades des bâtiments historiques.

La deuxième chambre est dotée d'un lit double et a un accès direct à la terrasse de l'appartement, offrant un endroit paisible pour se détendre.

La troisième chambre dispose de deux lits simples qui peuvent également être combinés pour former un confortable lit double, entouré de meubles vintage et de l'atmosphère artistique qui caractérise chaque coin de l'appartement. Une spacieuse deuxième salle de bains avec douche complète les chambres, assurant confort et commodité pour tous les clients.

The apartment is cheery and relaxing even though it is steps away from the Pantheon and other sites. The neighborhood is vibrant with many places to enjoy a drink or a meal. We were not bothered by street noise and enjoyed being able to conveniently and comfortably take a break from sightseeing.

The location of this property is wonderful. We had great communication and instructions and the arrangement for the driver was helpful. If you do arrange a driver, ensure that there is time allowed for clearing EU entry requirements. Ours was booked without ample time and it was a bit stressful trying to get out of the airport. The apartment is extremely well situated to explore all the Rome highlights. The amenities likes washer, iron, coffee maker were appreciated. 4 vs 5 stars as the beds are extremely hard, the walk up (approx 75 steps was a lot) and the street noise from vehicles and pedestrians is significant. However overall a wonderful stay!

Regarding the noise, we would just like to mention that two of the three bedrooms overlook the quiet internal courtyard, while only one faces the street. As the apartment is located in the heart of Rome, some city sounds are naturally part of the experience, but we hope the courtyard-facing rooms can provide a quieter and more relaxing option for our guests. We also understand that mattress comfort is very personal. While you found the beds quite firm, many guests do enjoy and prefer a firmer mattress. Thank you again for staying with us. Excellent location near Piazza Navona. Friendly and responsive host. Unit is on the FOURTH level of a walkup building-not easy with luggage. Well appointed and coffee was left for us. A lot of noise at night in a great location. One shower was not operable.

What a beautiful home and amazing location. The walk up to the 4th floor is no joke if you're not accustomed to stairs! We loved being so close to the piazza navona on one side and the pantheon in the other direction. amazing coffee shop a block away. Waking up to the smell of fresh baked bread. Wish we never left!

Location was just fantastic! Roll out of bed and around the corner you’re at breakfast at a nice cafe looking out on a piazza or the same for dinner. Turn another way and you’re looking at arguably the most beautiful and impressive religious spaces on the planet, the Pantheon. Aside from the location, which had easy access to so much, the apartment did the trick for our family of 6 adults. Be prepared for a bit of street sound in the front bedroom. Also note there’s no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Not a terrible thing to help work off the pasta and gelato though!

Great location! Within walking distance of Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and high-end shopping. Host was very communicative - (upon request) arranged a private taxi for us from the airport for our group and had a representative greet us at the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment is exactly as listed with ample space. Loved how quiet it was considering how close the apartment is to major landmarks. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful visit to Rome staying here. Very centrally located. A lot of steps to get to apartment so be ready for that if that’s an issue. We had one issue with hot water and they repaired the water heater immediately. Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay here. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We were able to stretch out and relax after long days of sightseeing. There are definitely a lot of steps going up to the apartment, but that was clear in the posting so it wasn’t a surprise or problem for us at all.

This property is wonderfully located — just a short walk from the Pantheon and perfectly situated for exploring Rome. The space itself is well appointed, thoughtfully designed, and a genuinely great place to stay. During our stay, we encountered an unexpected pest issue that required us to vacate the property so it could be addressed. While the situation was unfortunate, we were truly impressed by how it was handled. Maria communicated with us promptly and professionally throughout, and issued a full refund without hesitation, something we greatly appreciated. VRBO's support team also went above and beyond, stepping in quickly to find us alternative accommodations for our remaining two nights in Rome. It was reassuring to see both Maria and the platform respond so effectively in an unexpected situation. Despite the disruption, we came away with a positive impression of both Maria and VRBO. The property itself has a lot going for it — great space, great location, and a host who clearly takes guest satisfaction seriously. Amazing location- great apartment

This apartment is in the perfect location. We walked everywhere. There were amazing sites in every direction. The apartment is beautiful. Spectacular wooden ceilings and big rooms. Maria was so helpful. She arranged a ride to and from the airport. A great place to explore Rome.

Amazing Property

The Artistic Gem was just that. A gem with some great art inside. It is a large apartment with two great bathrooms and a well appointed Kitchen. It served our family of 4 well. Check in and out was very easy. The location could not be topped as it was just steps from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and importantly a taxi stand. It is super safe as is right next to the Italian Senate. Would recommend without reservation.

Merci pour l’accueil, les prompts réponses à tous les messages, la mise à disposition de tout dans l’appartement, précieux lorsqu’on arrive dans un pays étranger…Merci pour les bonnes petites adresses de restaurant et de glaces aussi ! Sans parler de l’Emplacement exceptionnel !
