Bienvenue à la Highland House! Nouveau dans le programme de location de vacances, cette belle maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains est située dans un quartier calme à l'extrémité sud de l'île et à seulement 1 mile de la plage et de la rue St. Secteur du village de Simons Pier. Dès l'instant où vous franchissez la porte d'entrée, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous loin de chez vous. La suite principale dispose d'un lit queen-size avec une salle de bain principale pittoresque et une merveilleuse douche à l'italienne. Les deux chambres d'hôtes qui ont un lit queen dans une chambre et deux lits jumeaux dans l'autre chambre partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire. Derrière la porte arrière, les clients trouveront un porche arrière surdimensionné avec des tonnes d'espace pour griller sur le nouveau gril à gaz, prendre des repas à la table à manger pour six ou simplement se détendre après une longue journée à la plage. La cour arrière entièrement clôturée offre des tonnes d'intimité. Cette magnifique maison est sûre de rendre votre visite à St. L'île de Simons est un souvenir inoubliable et vous laisse envie de revenir!

Tous les rassemblements et événements de groupe dans cet établissement sont limités au nombre d'occupants (7 personnes). Les événements tels que les mariages, les dîners de répétition, etc. ne sont pas autorisés.

Great house - great location.

This vacation rental was impeccably clean and had lots of room for me and my two friends. The shower in the master bath was very nice and so was the kitchen. Would stay here again

Great location, very comfortable accommodations!

This house had everything you need for a great beach visit. It is an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked to do any cooking you'd like. It is very clean and comfortable. I hope to stay again soon!

Saint Simon vacation

This house is great for a family vacation. It has everything you need and the house is well kept. Definitely worth the money. This was our 2nd stay here and we will be booking it again next year!

Perfect Getaway

Myself and some family met up here to surprise my mom with a little birthday getaway. The house was perfect! It was very clean and in a quiet tucked away neighborhood, but it wasn’t far to any of the spots on the island. Can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing Place! Great Location

The pictures don't do the house justice which is unusual. Great floorplan, large fenced yard, updated appliances and really nice updated Smart TV's, came in handy for using apps like Disney Plus for the kids! Also very quiet street! We loved our stay!

Spring Break

The house suited our needs very well. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the large refrigerator with the ice maker, the new washer and dryer, and the beautiful large walk-in shower in the main bedroom suite. Our vacation was very enjoyable!
