Magnifique appartement au premier étage, avec trois chambres (une double, une avec deux lits simples pouvant être réunis en un lit double et une autre avec deux lits simples), deux salles de bains, cuisine complète, grande salle à manger avec deux canapés confortables.
Convient pour accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Il dispose de la climatisation dans chaque chambre, d'une télévision intelligente dans chaque chambre et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.
L'appartement est au premier étage avec seulement 15 marches !
Il bénéficie d'une position stratégique : il est très proche de la Piazzale Roma et de la seule gare de Venise (Santa Lucia).
Près de Campo Santa Margherita, un quartier animé avec de nombreux lieux caractéristiques.
Il y a 3 supermarchés et autres magasins d'alimentation à proximité.

Staying at Elisabetta's home was was a very nice experience. She was very helpful with the arrival process and having her niece meet us at the dock and walk us to the property. She arranged our private water taxi for us upon arrival and departure. She was always reaching out to see if she could help in anyway and also suggested restaurants in the area. The neighborhood for us was a perfect location and allowed us to stroll to wherever we choose to go. Not in the middle of the busiest tourist spots and that is exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend a stay at her place!

Amazing host that responded promptly to my many questions. Her daughter met us at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. Host reserved our transportation from the airport and to the cruise bus pickup. Location quiet but close for walking to St Marks Square and anywhere else we wanted to go. Great space for 5 people and will definitely return when back to Venice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Venice! Elisabetta and her daughter, Camilla, were exceptional hosts from beginning to end. They were incredibly communicative before and during our stay, making everything easy and stress-free.One of the highlights was being personally greeted at the water taxi and escorted to the apartment while they shared interesting history and stories about the surrounding area. It was such a warm welcome and a wonderful introduction to Venice. They also went above and beyond by arranging a private water taxi for our departure, which made leaving just as seamless as our arrival.The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—and the location was absolutely fantastic. It was close to everything we wanted to see while still feeling peaceful and authentic.We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and personal touches that made our stay so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Elisabetta and Camilla’s apartment to anyone visiting Venice!

Large apartment with 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 baths, which was perfect for 3 couples. Great communication with the host. Really appreciated being met at the Alilaguna stop and being led to the apt. Located in a less busy part of Venice, but only a short (20-30 min) walk to San Marco Square, Rialto bridge. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this charming apartment. It was centrally located and easy walking distance to many of the Venice attractions. Elisabetta and her daughter Camilla were a joy to deal with. Aways prompt with responses to questions and always willing to help out with whatever our needs were. Whether it was a restaurant recommendation or booking a water taxi, they were always there when needed. We were only there for 3 nights, but we left feeling like we had made new friends in addition to finding a great place to stay. I would highly recommend Elisabetta's place if you're looking for a very nice and convenient place to stay as well as wonderful people to deal with.

Truly an amazing experience from arriving at Venice until our departure. The owners not only picked us up at the garage. They actually helped carry our luggage to our apartment.! They showed us a wonderful restaurant and all the things we needed to know about our short stay in Venice. The apartment was very well equipped and in a great location would give it a 10 star if available. Would definitely use again when in Venice amazingpeople great apartment.

My granddaughters and I have been staying in VRBO’s in Europe for the last five summers. Elisabetta is far and away the best host we have had. She arranged for a water taxi from the airport and met us at the canal to escort us to the property. The property was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the location as it is slightly away from the high tourist areas. It is a short walk from a water bus stop. We had one of our best meals ever at Antico Capon Trattoria. When we told them we were staying at Ca Vittoria they took us to a reserved table and seated us even though we did not have a reservation. If you stay here you must get pastries from Major Coffee Shop at least one morning. They are wonderful. Could not recommend this house and location highly enough.

Our host greeted us at the train station when we arrived to walk us to tho apartment and even helped with our luggage! We enjoyed our stay in the quiet, conveniently located apartment. There was a piazza around the corner with a market and many restaurant options. The 3Euro pizza slice was delicious, the best pizza we had in Italy. The host and her family reached out to see if we needed anything which was very kind and appreciated. We loved having a washer and dryer and even used the clothes line to hang our clothes out to dry. I highly recommend!

What an amazing place to stay. Great location too! The communication was perfect with so much help with reservations and water taxi just a few steps to the apartment and no steps or bridges to have to navigate with our luggage. This is a very great place, very clean and accurrate, i would totally recommend this place and revisit again. Elizabbetta the host and her son are wonderfull, they even wait for us at the water taxi station and helped us carry our luggage, explain everything in detail, kept communicating through our stay to ensure we were ok. I would definitely recommend 100% this place and would love to have every host from Elizabetta learn how to treat clients - wonderful place and wonderful host!!! Best place in Venezia!!!

We loved our stay here! The host Elizabeth was awesome right from the beginning when she met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. The apartment was huge and very accommodating for all six of us. We could tell the apartment had been upgraded/ updated with new bathrooms and kitchen. It had great style in Italian charm!! Our group of six friends has been traveling around ITALY and all agreed this was our favorite place to stay!! Venice was beautiful and amazing but the apartment was definitely a cherry on top.

Wonderful hosts!

The hosts went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They had prompt, friendly and informative correspondences leading up to the visit. They met us where we arrived in Venice and walked us to the apartment, they sat with us and explained top area attractions and how to get to them and the place was clean and perfect for my family. I highly recommend this place and these hosts!
