Superbe Condo d'un lit sur une longue clé de bateau
Profitez des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle du côté du golfe. Un quai du côté de la baie vous permet d'accoster un bateau ou un poisson. Des barbecues à gaz sont disponibles au bord de la piscine et de la plage. Il y a un club house avec une salle de jeux et une petite bibliothèque qui peut également être utilisée pour une grande réunion de famille. Une buanderie est disponible sur place sans frais supplémentaires. Cette petite station est un lieu de vacances idéal. Un petit centre commercial avec des restaurants et un salon de crème glacée se trouve à distance de marche du condo. Unité 11 est 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain. Le salon salle à manger a un canapé-lit. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Un échange de serviettes a lieu à la piscine le mercredi. Longboat Key a d'excellents restaurants et à l'extrémité sud de la clé est St. Armand's Circle, avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques de première classe. Un supermarché Publix se trouve à environ 3 miles du condo.
