This ocean view 3 Bedroom plus a loft style bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has the best location in Tamarindo. Great views of the ocean, pristine garden area and 10,000 SF Free form pool. Spacious balcony, with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill for your personal use. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.



The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1800 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and private bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a spacious upstairs loft area with a king size bed and private bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Spacious living and dining area which features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and ocean views. Large flat screen TV in family room, cable TV, high speed WiFi, phone and A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious. Inside washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and features all cooking utensils and supplies. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24 hour security, and secure parking. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo/soaps, are all included. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Resort Access: To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older is required to wear a bracelet. A few days prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, as well as the full name and a passport photo of each guest. This information allows the team to coordinate the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo on the day of arrival.



Guest Access:

You have access to all of the condo except owners closet.
