Excellent location, right in the heart of the city, short walk to the beach. The place is spacious and clean. Our host was very responsive in helping book excursions and providing recommendations.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Pacific Park 606. This beautiful 3 BDR penthouse, located in the heart of Tamarindo, comes nicely decorated and fully equipped. Large common spaces and amazing views of the ocean, you will enjoy being within walking distance to everything. No need ot rent a car unless you want to explore the area around. The building has free underground parking. Security on the site and a shared pool are included too.

We absolutely loved our time. The perfect location for a family, 2 very busy 18 year old boys who loved to surf, eat and walk around town. We will certainly be back.. we miss Costa Rica alraedy!

The Pura Vida Penthouse was most definitely the best accommodations I have stayed at. The sunset views were beyond my expectations. We booked this stay based on the view pictures and they did not do it justice. The location is close to anything you may want or need. I would stay here again in a heart beat. We enjoyed our stay at Pacific Park. The view from the property was incredible, our favorite part of the property. Great location, short walk to the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was there for us. Property manager was incredible, easy to communicate with and our private chef was the BEST! Highly recommend!

Thank you for the 5-star review. Pacific Park is a great building with the perfect location being in the heart of Tamarindo, close to the beach and the shops and restaurants. Due to the location right in town, the unit is exposed to street noise, especially during the night so if you are looking for a place away form the street activity, you may want to rent a property a little away. Steph, it was a pleasure to host you and we already look forward to having you back!

Family Vacation

Great communication with management group. They were on the spot with any issues or questions. The management group did a great job overall on helping us book excursions during our stay. The tours that they booked us on were all very good.The condo itself has a nice view of the bay around Tamarindo.

Friends Reunion

Overall gorgeous place, the location was also amazing, but also comes with the proximity of late night club noise. We had no small children with us and we here to party so it was fine for us, but we wouldn't recommend it to a family looking to go to bed early.

Still in awe of this property and the spectacular sunsets!

As soon as we walked in the condo we were blown away by the views and how spacious and beautiful the space is. We were even more amazed by the sunset that evening, definitely don’t want to miss those! The pictures don’t lie, if anything it’s even nicer. Lots of space to relax as a family and enjoy the views, very nice bathrooms and love the master closet. Walk to beach is only 2-3 minutes and there are many restaurants, shops and grocery stores conveniently close by. The property managers were very responsive and helpful in booking excursions as well. Hoping to have the chance to stay here again, we were so happy with our stay!

Thank you for the lovely review, Jamie. It was great to host you. Pacific Park is perfect if you want to be close to town and the beach as you are in the heart of Tamarindo. The unit is on the top floor with a fantastic view of the ocean. Bright and nicely furnished, it is very comfortable to stay there. The property comes fully equipped. There is an elevator in the building and an underground parking if you rent a car and need to park. We have a concierge team to help with tours and more during your stay. It is always a pleasure to assist our guests with whatever they need! Pura vida!

Lovely place, accurate pictures - but noisy

The property is as in the pictures. Lovely views. Good location to get around by foot, close to beach, supermarket, restaurants, and literally right next door to a bar/club! On the back side is a hotel that plays music almost 24/7. Close by is the beach parking lot where a lot of tail gate parties happen, also playing loud music all day. I’m not sure how the residents can handle the music playing almost all the time. The first two days it went from lunch time until 4am! It lightened up the following days until 1-2am. You can also hear cars driving by. This would be perfect place if there wasn’t so much noise. RPM service was great, the tour guide we had / Ronny was awesome! Make sure you request him as a driver for whatever you do! He’s honest! We had a few others (not through RPM) that translated prices for us incorrectly because he thought we didn’t know Spanish!

We love the views and the convenient location of the unit in the heart of town! It is great to be just a short walk from everything and to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The unit is close to some great restaurants and bars but thanks to the new restrictions in place the noise stops at midnight. Taking that into account, this is definitely a unit for someone that enjoys Tamrindo's active nightlife! We have great properties with a more calm and restful setting that we will love to offer you a discount in for your next stay!
