PROVIDENCE est un paradis de vacances situé sur un domaine luxuriant de deux acres sur l'ßle tropicale de CAPTIVA en Floride. Situé sur Wulfert Channel, une courte promenade le long d'un sentier de sable dans le golfe du Mexique, Providence offre des possibilités illimitées pour profiter du soleil, du sable et de l'eau!

PROVIDENCE est une maison de luxe récemment construite de 4 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bain. Des sols carrelés chaleureux, des comptoirs de cuisine en quartz, une cuisine élégante, de nouveaux meubles et des baies vitrées contribuent à créer un look Beach Chic chaleureux et invitant.

PROVIDENCE est une maison multifonctionnelle pouvant accueillir 8 personnes ou plus. Elle accueille les familles en quĂȘte de temps passĂ© ensemble, les couples en quĂȘte de rĂ©pit, les pĂȘcheurs, les golfeurs, les personnes en quĂȘte de dĂ©tente, le soleil, les eaux tropicales se souvenir.

PROVIDENCE fournit un espace de vie qui combine utilité et utopie.

La FAMILY ROOM est un endroit confortable et paisible pour lire, visiter, dormir ou tout simplement s’asseoir et admirer la vue magnifique sur la beautĂ© naturelle de la propriĂ©tĂ© insulaire ou sur la piscine et le bain Ă  remous privĂ©s ci-dessous.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, un grand placard et une grande salle de bain avec une baignoire, une double vasque et une douche. La chambre est a un lit queen ainsi qu'un balcon privé donnant sur la propriété et une salle de bain privée. La chambre Ouest a la possibilité de proposer deux lits jumeaux ou un lit King size sur demande, ainsi qu'une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. La quatriÚme chambre a un lit Queen avec une salle de bains.

PROVIDENCE House a un grand LANAIS CRIBLÉ. L'un des niveaux de vie principaux reliĂ©s Ă  la cuisine, la salle familiale et la chambre principale. MeublĂ©e avec une table Ă  manger et un coin salon, cette vĂ©randa donne sur la piscine privĂ©e et le bain Ă  remous ci-dessous ainsi que sur le terrain luxuriant. La LANAI infĂ©rieure est juste en dessous et s'ouvre sur la terrasse et la piscine.

Nous avons 6 vélos et 3 kayaks pour votre usage. Nous fournissons également des chaises de plage ainsi que des chaises pour vous prélasser autour de la piscine chauffée et du bain à remous.

The host and hostess were amazing. Very prompt with answering our questions. The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Pool was heated which was great for the grandkids. Nice beach chairs and chair cart for the beach! A truely wonderful stay.

We had a great time. The shelling on Bowman’s beach was fantastic. The pool and the hot tub were appreciated by all. The local restaurants are all excellent. The house was roomy and comfortable. A great vacation spot!

Beautiful house with a fantastic host. There were a few days of beach re-nourishment, which was interesting to experience first-hand. The shelling was limited compared to last time, but it made for a nice, powdery beach, so equally nice. The pool and hot tub were fantastic!!

We enjoyed a great family vacation week!! Very clean, comfortable, property. Perfect pool and gulf swimming and wonderful sunsets! Ate at several Captiva restaurants -Sunset Seafood Cafe -was terrific! Just bring bug spray!

Our second stay was just as wonderful!

As returning guests to Captiva Providence, we knew what to expect, and our week in paradise was just as magical as last year! With beach access directly across the street, we spent nearly every day at the beach, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The property is beautifully maintained, shows no damage from the recent hurricanes, and Michael was always available if we needed anything (we did not). We are grateful to have found this gem and look forward to returning next year.

Loved his beach home

We had ages 3 to 71. Everyone loved the home and pool. The pool was gloriously warm. It was easy to enjoy it everyday, despite cooler temps. The home was well provisioned and beds comfy. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had.

Fantastic beach home!

We absolutely loved Providence on Captiva. We have been coming to Sanibel/Captiva for 25+ years and first time staying in a private beach home. It was very spacious, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals plus grill outside. Pool and outside were relaxing and refreshing after our daily snorkeling/shell hunt at the beach (<5min walk).

Great stay for our group!

This house was gorgeous and freshly appointed. Michael was in touch well in advance and helped facilitate delivery of medical equipment for my father. He gave a great suggestion on how we could see the fireworks for the 4th too! Easy walk to the private beach. Enjoyed the roominess of the house and everyone having their own room/bathrooms!

Fantastic Week!

Captiva Providence is a wonderful house with a great location. Our party of six had plenty of room and really enjoyed the well-maintained property and pool. Michael and Mary were very welcoming and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Overall, our week in Captiva was a relaxing, memorable vacation and we can't wait to stay again at Captiva Providence.

A Week in Paradise!

Priceless FL vacation

There are so many things to love about Providence: (a) The location near Blind Pass, (b) the pristine beach with easy access down a path with a handy cart and plenty of beach gear, (c) the immaculate heated pool and hot tub, (d) the stocked kitchen. But this we could tell from the reviews and listing. Once there, what we loved most were the high ceilings/doorways, spacious rooms and hallways, retractable glass doors leading to a balcony with a beautiful western view and eagles nests on either side, comfy furniture, super solid master bed, enormous master shower, sounds of birds throughout the day, detailed landscaping, interior entry to the upstairs...and most welcoming owners! We didn't expect any of these things and appreciated them greatly. We are fortunate to have been able to stay at this unparalleled property...If you have the opportunity, you must go!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Captiva Providence with our 2 young daughters. The house is beautiful and very large, with more space than we needed. We did not use the lower level at all (which includes king bedroom and rec room) although that space would have been great for a larger group. The primary suite and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms on the main living level make up an ideal floorplan for families with young kids. We spent nearly every day at the beach, which is a short walk across the street (very easy even for our 4 year old). The house is ideally situated across from a portion of the beach that is fairly removed from any public beach access point, so it often felt like we had the beach to ourselves even during our busy spring break week in late March. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cart for transporting those items to the beach were all of excellent quality and in excellent condition. Michael and Mary were so kind and welcoming to our family and I felt comfortable knowing that if any issues came up, they'd be nearby to address them -- although we had no issues! In short, the week was a dream, and we plan on staying at Captiva Providence again next year!

Wonderful Family House

We enjoyed a very nice week at Captiva Providence! The house was perfect for our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 teenagers). Extremely clean and updated with a terrific basement den. The beach across the street has a very private feel to it. We were there during spring break and there were only ever a handful of other folks on our stretch of the beach. Michael was great with communication and everything logistically was a breeze!; Highly recommend!

Captiva getaway

Fabulous space. Clean and not cluttered. Great pool and hot tub. We enjoyed kayaking and biking. Even caught some fish from the dock. Great access to low traffic beach. Amazing memories.

A week in Providence!

We just returned home after spending a week in Providence on Captiva! Our family, including our daughter, her husband and two little boys, spent Christmas week there. Michael decorated a Christmas tree for us as well as filled the property with festive lights, making it feel like home! He was an amazing host, always making sure we were comfortable. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We lived mostly on the beautiful screened porch and the outdoor pool area. The property is ideally located between the Gulf and the bay. It’s an easy short walk to the beach for the sunsets. We spent a lot of time fishing off the back dock. It truly is a wildlife paradise, with eagles nests on both sides, dolphin swimming by the dock and flocks of pelican resting on the sandbar! We had the most wonderful week and appreciate everything Michael did to make our stay a memorable one! We highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise!

A perfect week!

We were not sure what to expect because of Hurricane Ian's impact on Sanibel & Captiva, but the Providence was no different than in our previous stays! Perfect accommodations, easily large enough for the 6 adults in our group. The owners live very nearby and are truly welcoming hosts who are responsive to any needs you may have. The pool, the short walk to the ocean and the bay make for an ideal situation! While some of the local restaurants were not yet re-opened, we found that our stay was not impacted in any major way. We unanimously agreed - we need to return as soon as possible!

Great House, Great Location

The house is even better in person. Tons of room, big spaces and the pool is great. It was just my husband and I for our anniversary week looking for a peaceful time. Captiva/Sanibel is great for a seashelling or birding enthusiast. Tons of seashells at Turners Beach and Blind Pass Beach. Tons of different birds at the house and the beach and so close up. A bald eagle nest is literally next door and we were treated to the call of the chuck-wills-widow every night. Hosts are extremely accommodating and kind. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for your next Captiva visit.

We have owned Providence since 2004. We visited Providence when we could and rented it out to families when we couldn't. We moved to live here full time in 2016 and constructed a new 4BR/4BA home on our 2 acre estate that was completed in 2019. We now offer this brand new home for rent to families and friends looking for a comfortable and well appointed place to relax and enjoy all that Captiva Island has to offer.

We think Providence is an exceptional home, with the finest construction products and beautifully and comfortably furnished. We rented vacation homes on Captiva for over a decade and know what is important to offer visitors.
Providence is in perfect shape and impeccably maintained. We have no rugs for sand to hide in and moisture to be trapped.
Our location provides privacy as well as access to a quiet beach and access to the channel on the other side of the property via a dock for guest use.
