The House
Tucked away at the end of a peaceful lane in the village of Cherington, this bright and spacious Cotswold home is designed for shared stays, bringing people together while still offering plenty of room to breathe.
Surrounded by fields and mature trees, it feels wonderfully private and rural, yet well placed for exploring the Cotswolds and South Warwickshire.
The property combines a welcoming main house with a charming self-contained annex above the former stables, creating generous, flexible accommodation for larger groups and multi-generational families.
Living & Social Spaces
The main house offers several inviting spaces to relax and gather.
A cosy sitting room with an inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove is perfect for evenings by the fire, while the bright morning room, with French doors opening onto the garden, is ideal for slow starts to the day. A dedicated dining area provides space for shared meals, celebrations and long, relaxed suppers together.
In the annex, a spacious living room filled with natural light offers additional seating and a comfortable place to unwind, making it easy for groups to spread out while still feeling connected.
Kitchen & Practical Spaces
The country-style kitchen in the main house is well equipped for group stays, whether youâre cooking for a crowd or enjoying a quiet breakfast.
It includes a Quooker boiling water tap, double oven, utility room and a Sage professional coffee machine with fresh beans for barista-style coffee at home. The annex also has a kitchenette, ideal for light meals, early mornings or added independence.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Across the main house and annex, there are six bedrooms arranged to suit families and groups.
The main house features a beautiful principal bedroom with a luxurious en suite bathroom, including a deep bath and large shower. Two further bedrooms, one double and one bunk room, are served by a family bathroom.
The annex includes three additional bedrooms and a bathroom, offering comfortable accommodation that feels fully part of the home rather than separate.
Outdoor Space
Outdoor living is a real highlight.
A sunny courtyard acts as a natural hub between the house and gardens, with seating and a barbecue for easy outdoor dining. Beyond this, nearly half an acre of gardens provides lawns, fruit trees and vines, creating a peaceful backdrop for children to play, adults to relax and everyone to enjoy time outside together. A trampoline adds extra fun for younger guests, and private parking is available on site.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including both the main house and the self-contained annex, as well as the courtyard and all gardens.
The home is fully private and accessed via self check-in, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you. A small number of storage areas remain locked, but there is ample space throughout the house and annex for personal belongings.
The cottage is set up for relaxed, independent stays, with self check-in so you can arrive at a time that suits you.
While we wonât be on site, weâre always available if needed. Guests have access to a 24-hour concierge service throughout their stay, whether itâs help with the property, local recommendations, or arranging experiences and services in the area.
Weâre just a message or phone call away!
