We stayed for almost 4 months and were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. Our hosts were quick to take care of a couple of little things.

I stayed here while working out of town. Great place to relax after my work day. Had a view of the river just like the listing said.

This ia a very nice place to stay. It quite and convenient to everything. The view of the river is awesome and very peaceful after a long day.

Michigan snowbirds

The townhouse was nice, beds were great and home was well stocked. Hosts were very responsive. The complex had over 300 units but it was quiet and people were friendly.

Had a wonderful stay, the location is peaceful and quiet. Getting to it was tricky at first since the GPS on my phone recognized the road with the gate closed. You need to enter through the central point which is one turn before the turn that the GPS tells you to turn in. AND apparently we found a shortcut on the second to last day!! Beautiful home! They do provide towels and there is a washer and dryer, real dishes, paper plates are in the closet in kitchen (or at least when i went), there's 2 full bath and a half bath so it's convenient! Loved my stay and i'll probably come back again next time i'm in town :)

Peaceful place

I took 3 months here to get away from the winter up north. Definitely worth it. I was able to observe several Bald Eagles feed on the fish in the bay while I was simply sitting there on the back porch! Great stay. Also a great centralized location accessible to everything Jacksonville has to offer. Quite a treat.

Peaceful and convenient

I was in town for a month and needed quick downtown access as well as a peaceful place to call home. This property was perfect. 20 minutes to beach , everything you might need was already there. I will only mention that it is a 2 story unit. For me it was no problem, but I didn't realize that till I checked in. The unit was very quiet and a private waterview. The property itself was very walkable and neighbors very nice.

COVID Sanctuary

This was a great place to stay during such unprecedented times. I was lucky to partner with such gracious hosts as I needed a safe space while I worked in the city. Nice place, great view and pleasant environment.

Comfortable place to stay with a peaceful, beautiful view of the water and a pier

Trying to blow my hair dry in that place was frustrating. Since there are no electrical outlets in the upstairs bathrooms, I think there should be -- if it's to code to do so -- extension cords with surge protector power strips attached to the bathroom wall.

Nice

The property was clean and decorated nicely. The view out of the back sliding door was beautiful. If you stay here stop by the store and get some toilet paper and an extension cord. We had only a small amount of toilet paper and ran out and there was no replacement rolls. There are no outlets in any of the bathrooms so if you want to dry or curl your hair in front of the mirror you will need an extension cord. The description says it will sleep 5 (we had 4, 3 adults and 1 child) but be aware there is only one bed, this bed is a queen and VERY firm. We ended up buying a foam pad to put on the bed and used a comforter under us as well. There is a fold out couch which they call a click clack, it makes into a twin size "bed" and an air mattress. We didn't see a way to blow up the air mattress though. Our youngest son stayed on the click clack and our oldest son stayed on the couch (not a fold out couch) in the living room. The area was quiet and we always had a parking spot right in front of our door. There is a complete kitchen including dishes and a coffee maker.

Excellent place!

Could not ask for a better place for the price! It was easy to get to anywhere in Jacksonville from here, and it was a very peaceful and quiet part of town. The small back patio overlooking the creek was a great little place to hang out.

Wonderfully decorated with lots of character.

Booked this property last minute and had a wonderful experience. The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. They kept in touch and even gave opinions on things to see and places to eat. The property itself is in a very safe are and very close to night life and the football stadium.

Great Location

The condo has a wonderful view, the campus is a quiet, family oriented place, and the location is great for getting anywhere in the downtown, or San Marco, area, as well as Beaches. Shopping was close by; Publix, service station, drug store. The decor is beautiful, with a high end feel, including the dishes, pots and pans, towels, and sheets. The bed was firm, which we like, but not everyone would. However, there were comforters that would add some softness, if necessary. I give 4 stars, since I think Erin has a great start on a fantastic HomeAway, with just a few tweeks. I would stay again, and hope to do so one day soon!
