Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms on a unique riverside plot situated at the end of a private drive. The house is situated directly onto the river across from the Stratford-upon-Avon Local Nature Reserve. Outside entertainment area with heaters and BBQ. If you're lucky you may spot some wildlife, otters, deer, swans, birds and mink, all of which have been seen from the property.
The space
A new build property with 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuites on a unique secluded riverside plot situated at the end of a private drive leading from the exclusive Tiddington Road. The house is situated directly onto the river across from the Stratford-upon-Avon Local Nature Reserve.
There are many impressive features including underfloor heating with a specialised underfloor cooling system. Bluetooth ceiling speakers ground and first floor. Outside entertainment area with covered seating and sun trap located seating. Private jetty with fishing rights which can also be used to launch canoes and paddle boards should you wish to bring them with you. There is also a downstairs en suit availilbe .
A Master bedroom with bath and ensuite equipped with twin beds plus 2 trundle beds. 3 other bedrooms all with private ensuite facilities and double beds one is a small double.
Off the entrance hall you will find a fabulous open plan kitchen and dining area, and a large cosy lounge equipped with feature electric fire and Huge 85â TV. Starlink WIFI suitable for streaming and movies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, air frier, kettle plus hot water kettle/tap and all the crockery and utensils you would need for a convenient stay.
Sliding patio doors from the lounge and Dining rooms access the river view terrace.
Fully equipped with all you need to self-cater in private but also close enough to town to walk in and enjoy the local theatres, restaurants, bars and cafes if you choose to. Great location to explore Cotswolds, Warwick and Leamington and other surrounding areas.
Guest access
The entire house and garden are yours to enjoy. Feel free to leave your cars and enjoy the local walks or indeed stroll into Stratford. Cycling is popular in the area and there are plenty of golf courses and tennis courts nearby.
There is space for multiple cars at the property. There is also an electric car charger that you can plug your own cable into.
Please note this Riverbank location is only partially fenced from the River Avon, therefore children and non-swimmers should stay away from the water unsupervised.

The house is managed by a local company who are available for any help or advice before or during your stay.
Please note the house is built on 3 stories and the main living areas can only be accessed via stairs. There is no accommodation on the ground floor.
