Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer est parfait pour les couples à la recherche d'une escapade romane ou simplement pour se détendre et se détendre. Il offre une vue magnifique sur la plage et l'océan depuis le balcon privé ou dans le salon.

L'unité est décorée de façon professionnelle dans d'élégants meubles Tommy Bahama avec de beaux planchers de bois franc en bambou et un foyer au gaz. Il y a une cuisine à service complet avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

La chambre confortable comprend un lit queen size Vera Wang et une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bains joliment carrelée comprend des pommes de douche spa, un porte-serviettes chauffant, une vanité et un miroir surdimensionnés.

Couple's oasis in crowded ocean city

Quiet, cozy, clean place for two in which everything works. Best location just beyond bustle and located directly on the boardwalk, next to beach with shaded porch from which to watch morning bicyclists, mid day bathers and evening strollers with ocean views.

Excellent home

Sid’s place is truly amazing. Not only is it pristine and clean inside but the location and views are worth the booking alone. The unit was very comfortable and extremely quiet. I was able to rent a bike for the week and there’s even a bike rack to chain it up to. I will definitely be staying at this unit in the future.

A wonderful VRBO vacation!

2nd time at Cape House condos; 1st time beachfront and it was spectacular. The view was awesome and the unit appropriate for 2 adults. Hoping to rent again next year!

Wonderful!

Loved this property! I have been coming to OC for over 40 years and this is my favorite location I have stayed. The porch overlooking the ocean and boardwalk was fantastic for coffee, lunch, wine or just enjoying the view. Close to everything, I never moved my car. Everything was clean and well maintained. Syd was great! Would stay again if only 2 of us come again. Thank you!

Relaxing At The Shore

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location. Oversized deck right off the boardwalk, overlooking the beach and ocean. We spent most of our vacation walking on the boardwalk, going to the beach and sitting on the deck! #Rest#Relaxation

Relaxation!

Property is perfect for a couple. The deck is awesome and the ocean view is top notch. Not worrying about parking or the beach tags is a huge plus. Close to the activity as it is a stones throw away. This is a great place to stay, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property and location

This is the second time we've stayed here in less than a year. It is in such a convenient location, the ocean views from the balcony are spectacular, the underground parking is great, and the condo has everything you need. The only negative aspect is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

The condo was beautiful, with an unobstructed oceanfront view from the spacious balcony. It was very clean and well maintained. We were very pleased with the owner's communication and responsiveness before and during our stay. It was a perfect location and we would definitely recommend it. The only downside was being able to hear the footsteps from the condo above us. Otherwise it was a perfect week.

Heaven on Earth

For us, this was a perfect setting . We liked to just sit and people watch the folks going to and fro on the boardwalk. But our focus was on the incredible view of the ocean. We were mesmerized at times by the beauty of the waves. We also took advantage of cruising the boardwalk and dining out. Fantastic week , weather wise and lodging wise. Sid is a great host and dependable communicator. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful condo and great location!

If you like walking to the beach or walking on the boardwalk, this place is for you. You feet are in the sand or on the boardwalk in 60 seconds after leaving the condo! It is a first rate condo with all top notch amenites! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view in a great location

My husband and I spent four lovely days in this beautiful condo with spectacular ocean views in a quiet location on the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a great private deck and convenient free parking under the building. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Great Weekend Get Away for Two

Cozy location right on the beach, sunrise optional. Small kitchenette for cooking or patio table overlooking the ocean when you order-in for two. Walkable to Asbury Street shopping and all the boardwalk attractions.

We were happy to find this little place for two right on the boardwalk! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and loved it. Our only wish was that the weather had been better so we could have spent more time on the outside patio.

This was our second stay at Sid’s beautiful condo- clean, quiet, comfortable, and lovely, as before! The view is spectacular- the balcony is absolutely gigantic and amazing. We love the outdoor furniture so much we want to buy the same stuff! We’ll definitely be back again ASAP- thanks, Sid! Fantastic as usual!

Comfort & Location

The building and condo are very clean and well maintained. Excellent location on the Boardwalk, a short walk to the amusements, restaurants and easy access to the beach. We found the condo to be well stocked with dinner and cookware, comfortable seating, a generous sized shower and large balcony with ample chairs and table. Communications with the owner were outstanding - quick responses and detailed instructions for access and use of the condo and amenities.
