Due to the layout of this building the lift does NOT enable access to Apartment 10 . Stairs have to be used. If using the parking space your entrance door will be at the rear of the property. Rear entrance, spread over 3 sections (15 steps, 14 steps, 9 steps). If entering through the front entrance off Goodramgate the stairs are spread over 3 sections (16 steps, 14 steps, 9 steps).

Please note that this apartment enjoys a vibrant neighbourhood with a lively bar nearby, so you may experience some expected background noise



Getting Around:

Hop on hop off bus tours regularly drive around York if you fancy a leisurely tour of what the City has to offer. Uber and taxis are freely available for those who venture further afield. The train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away.
