Beau Soleil (beau coucher de soleil) est assez spacieux pour accueillir de grands groupes mais suffisamment confortable pour avoir un souvenir mémorable en famille. Votre chien est également le bienvenu!

À quelques pas des eaux émeraude du golfe et de sa plage de sable blanc. Vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil depuis les grandes fenêtres de la baie de la chambre et admirer le coucher de soleil depuis les terrasses spacieuses et le porche doté de moustiquaires du côté du golfe.

Le salon ouvert, avec 2 coins salons séparés, la salle à manger et la cuisine est le lieu de rassemblement idéal. La cuisine entièrement équipée est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit. Il y a une table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et un grand bar de l'île pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

Il y a une chambre queen à l'étage principal avec salle de bain complète. Le troisième niveau a une chambre principale avec salle de bain complète comprenant un bain à remous et une douche surdimensionnée et une chambre king avec une salle de bain complète. Le dernier étage comprend 1 chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux avec lits superposés, une salle de bain complète et une pièce séparée avec un lit de repos.

Cathy, I'm sorry this home does have an elevator, but the beach access is not wheelchair friendly. The TV's are flat and smart so, not sure what the concern was there. This is a great home with an abundance of amenities, a short walk to the beach and plenty of sleeping capacity. We hope you will visit the Cape again soon!

Wonderful Trip!!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at the Cape. The beaches were beautiful and the house was everything we hoped for! Donna was absolutely terrific and answered every question promptly and to our satisfaction. We will definitely rent this property again! Thank you! Thank you! If you are looking to rent a beautiful property just footsteps away from the beach, this is the one to choose! Clean, well stocked and plenty of room for the whole family.

Best House on the Beach

This house was absolutely perfect for us. We had 10 adults and 2 kiddos under 5. There was MORE than enough room for all of us plus extra. The kitchen was outfitted perfectly. We needed nothing more than what was provided. We had a slight issue with the keurig coffe maker, they had one delivered the next morning. I’d recommend this place ten out of ten times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good experience. When we arrived one of the air conditioners had failed and the upper floors were extremely hot! The management immediately sent a repair man who had it fixed within an hour or so! Then the manager brought a fan to help with getting the air to cool off! The house is equipped with about everything you need! It's nice to have 2 coffee makers. It's time for the owners to replace the pots and pans, but we made them work. Overall, great place to stay!and it's as close to the ocean for not being an ocean front:)

May Girls Getaway

This home was beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items. The location was perfect and the views were fabulous. The only issue we encountered was a problem one of the MB bathroom toilets on our 2nd day. Unfortunately, no one fixed it till our last day. The maintenance person actually came on the 3rd day. However, the property manager neglected to communicate with us that we would need to be in the home. It would have been nice to have a call when the maintenance person was coming. We would have been sure to have someone there. Otherwise, our trip was great and we would rent this home again.

We do our absolute best to address all issues in a timely manner. In this case, our maintenance man was there until 7pm on your day of arrival. He did his best but did not have the equipment to fix the toilet. We called every plumber in town and could not get anyone out on a holiday weekend. The plumber visited the day after the holiday and resolved the issue. So, I’m really struggling with the context of this feedback. At times the expectations of certain guests exceed the capacity of our team. We accept the gap and hope your experience is without incident next year. It Is Well is great home with awesome toilets! (Don’t flush soap down the toilets, please!)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many good things about this property. Great location Appreciated that many necessities were stocked, like garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Games and puzzles supplied. Huge selection of DVD’s and even VHS tapes. Not sure who uses these anymore but they are there. I would recommend updating the electronics in the den. All the wires and 4 remotes are just not needed these days. Very confusing trying to figure out how to watch tv. I would also recommend the kitchen get a deep cleaning and the cookware and bakeware be replaced. The crockpot didn’t work. This is a spacious home and the elevator was a great bonus! Easy and super short walk to the beach with no steps!

Beau Soleil didn't disappoint

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to do a last minute Thanksgiving getaway to Cape San Blas and Beau Soleil didn't disappoint. The house is set up wonderfully and the kitchen is fully stocked. The vacuum in the house wasn't working but I'm sure it can be fixed quickly.On our first day we walked down the boardwalk and unfortunately the bottom stairs to the beach were missing which was 4 stairs. I called Donna and she got her crew out there and they were able to get it resolved in 2 days. That was the only negative but I understand it is completely out of their control and it was fixed quickly. This is the 3rd or 4th stay we have had with Be our Guest and we will reccomend staying with this group over anyone as they care about their guest. I highly reccomend this house as the elevator was a game changer since my wife has difficulty with stairs. We will be back.

It was spotless upon our arrival. You are literally steps away from the beautiful beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at the house. We enjoyed lots of family time on the screened-in porch, as well as the ample living space on the main floor. The balcony off the master bedroom was nice for morning coffee for the early-risers while the rest of our crew slept in. We had zero issues during our stay. We will definitely be back.
