Bienvenue dans votre retraite du lac Cayuga. Spectaculaire 220 pieds de façade sur le lac et conduire Ă  la porte du lac. Grand espace gazonnĂ©, plage de schiste, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains et tout le luxe dont vous avez besoin. À l'origine une maison de bateau, aprĂšs de vastes rĂ©novations / ajouts dans les annĂ©es 1990, il a Ă©tĂ© converti en cette maison Ă©tonnante. Relooking complet avec tout nouveau mobilier et dĂ©cor achevĂ© en 2018! Murs de fenĂȘtres dans la salle Ă  manger, salon et cuisine. Porche couvert, beaucoup de zone de pont et un carport. Une vue fantastique sur Cornell et South Hill. Cette maison du lac est spĂ©ciale et souhaitable pour sa position sur l'eau et conduire Ă  la porte avec une telle intimitĂ© si prĂšs de Ithaca. L'Ă©tĂ© aussi bien que possible sur le lac d'Ithaca!

Perfect spot for graduation weekend

The Lake House was a fantastic spot to stay for Cornell's graduation weekend. Close enough to campus for all the festivities while still feeling like a weekend getaway. Plenty of interior space (which came in handy given the rainy weather) but still providing amazing view of the lake. Wish we would have discovered this amazing spot before our daughter was finishing up her time at Cornell.

Lake House on Cayuga Lake

Generally very favorable; however we ran out of water morning of checkout. Setting was nice and lake was beautiful. Nicely decorated and furnished. Had a very nice time.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a long week at this beautiful property! Attending a graduation with family and looked for something mote than a hotel- so we could gather and relax. This property was definitely a winner. Well provisioned, clean, easy check in/out process made things even better. Thanks for sharing this wonderful home.

The Best Place

This is our 5th summer renting this house. It could not be better. I say that each year and then it’s better the next year. The house is amazing and the hosts are just as amazing. Already looking forward to next year

Wonderful house

We loved our long graduation weekend at the lake house. The view and setting are spectacular and the house is very comfortable, great for a group, and has a well-stocked kitchen. The only issue was that the second shower is a pull-out nozzle in a bathtub. We would (and already have) recommend this beautiful house to others.

Lake house

We rented the lake house for family members to Sam ray in Ithaca and join us in the festivities for graduation. It was perfect for our 6 guests plus us. We invite a few more friends for dinner one night and there was ample room. Kitchen worked great. Deck with lake views was lovely. The family room area was perfect for entertaining. Highly recommend.

What a Great House for a Family Vacation!

Our family of eight, including kids and grandkids, had a wonderful 4th of July week at this wonderful house overlooking Lake Cayuga. The house is spacious, very clean and well appointed, with plenty of decks overlooking the lake. The bedroom layout worked out great. Communication with the owner was seamless throughout. Plus, there is a ton of family activities to take advantage of in and around Ithaca. Our family would highly recommend this house and the Ithaca area for a memorable summer vacation.

Great Lake Cayuga Home

LOVED our stay here. Beautiful home right on the water. Well appointed and supplied, plenty of space, great location, comfortable. The owner (Alyson) was responsive and incredibly helpful with questions about the property and things to do in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! One warning - the driveway is narrow and steep. We arrived in the dark and it was challenging to navigate. But once I figured it our (in the daylight) no longer a issue.

This if the 4th summer we have stayed here and every year it is a perfect trip. We feel like this is a home west from home. The owners are the best. They always check in to make sure we are good. The house is always clean. The owners are always spending on up keep. I would highly recommend this rental, as long as it’s not during the 10 days I take 😎

Beautiful property on the water

Our family stayed at this house in Ithaca in early August. The experience could not have been better. (Even though there is only one window air conditioner in the main bedroom.) The view from almost every room was beautiful. The owners went out of their way to decorate and stock the house so that you feel like you truly are on vacation and brought your home with you. The property is 10 minutes to all the good restaurants. Waterfalls and wineries are close by as well. The home is perfect for a family with children and be sure to bring your boat if you want to fish, ski or just cruise the lake(They have a dock). Thank you to the owners for allowing us to create wonderful memories at your vacation home in Ithaca on beautiful Cayuga Lake(4.7 stars on Google, btw).

Fall Weekend In Ithaca

Lovely lakeside cottage was enjoyed by my family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids). Came back to visit Ithaca after many years post graduation. This house was a great escape and my kids enjoyed the games, kayak, fishing, and the lake. Much has changed in the area but classics like the farmers market, Buttermilk Falls, brewery, Purity Ice Cream, etc. remain the same. Quality family time at it's finest! The owner was welcoming and super easy to work with.

Peaceful Lakeside Oasis

What a spot! Literally on the water with magnificent views that included Lake Cayuga, sunrises, sailboats and Cornell in the distance. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning and watched the day begin with the sun rising from behind the horizon. Simply glorious. Alyson was an incredible host -- fabulous communication and quick to answer any question. The house was stocked with fresh fluffy towels and cozy blankets. Clean and neat. There was a slight musty hue in the air, but we quickly got used to it. Our family enjoyed every minute.

It was our 2nd summer renting this house. We didn't think it could be any better than last year, but we were wrong. It was even better. Everything works great. You can't beat the location and Alyson provides everything you need. I highly recommend this property to everyone....

Amazing , Spacious Lake house

We had a lovely time a the house. The weather wasn't the greatest but we could still hang out at the deck and enjoy the amazing views. Plenty of space for the kids to play and we appreciated the games available. Very close to Ithaca and a variety of great restaurants. Overall we had a great time and would consider renting the place again for sure.

Amazing views!

This house has the most beautiful views of Lake Cayuga from almost every room, and an unexpected bonus was that we could see the Cornell campus and downtown Ithaca skylines as well. Perfect outdoor spaces to relax - large wrap-around deck, dock, covered carport with view in case it rains, lawn area where you can play the provided cornhole & cricket, and the little private beach area for skipping rocks or wading in the water. Interior is clean and beautiful, neutral furniture - my kids enjoyed the bedrooms on the lower level; lots of board games in the house, fully appointed kitchen, and again the views from the dining room and living room are amazing. Perfect location - quick drive downtown to Wegmans or the Ithaca Commons for restaurants, easy to get to Cornell's campus and very close to Taughanock Falls and wineries.
