Condominium récemment rénové et confortable à l'étage supérieur juste à côté de la rivière Necanicum et à seulement quelques pas du centre des congrès, du centre-ville et de la plage.  Meublé avec goût avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris un lit King dans la chambre principale, avec télévision par câble et un lit Queen dans la 2e chambre.  Salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche combo hors du couloir.  Le salon dispose de sièges confortables avec un canapé-lit queen-size, une télévision par câble / lecteur DVD.  La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, coin-repas avec glissières sur balcon avec vue sur la rivière.  Accès internet gratuit.  L'unité est autorisée pour une occupation maximale de 6 personnes avec pas plus de 2 véhicules autorisés. Pas d'animaux ou de fumer autorisés.

The condo was clean and nice everything just as advertised easy to find an easy parking, which isn’t always easy in Seaside. If we go back to that area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with kids, even babies/toddlers!

This little spot was so great for our family as there are two bedrooms, a shower/bath, big living room, balcony with a view of the river, walking distance to just about everything like the beach & restaurants, and it was clean.

Nice property within walking distance of beach

Had a great time in Seaside celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Very comfortable accommodations. Especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal!

Great Seaside Trip

Great location and fun place to come and getaway from our everyday life for a little while. We enjoyed how close the condo was to everything and that we could walk everywhere. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. We would stay here again!

Great value and location

The condo was a good value. It was comfortable, located 3 blocks to the beach, shopping and food. Drawbacks were that laundry was on site but not available, also there was no toaster or toaster oven.

Perfect space for a beach vacation

We had an awesome time having this space to ourselves during my family reunion over the 4th of July. The living area is spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen is decked out with all of the cooking utensils you could ever need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good sized. Heat lamps in the bathroom. My two biggest complaints were that the light switch in the bathroom was very annoying and not easy to use, and the laundry facilities were difficult to get into. Our instructions should have had a laundry code, but we had to ask the manager for it, and even then it would'nt unlock for us.

Great Clean Two-Bedroom Upstairs Condo

My husband and I stayed here a week in September 2018 and loved the updated carpet, kitchen flooring and bathroom. Very close to downtown Seaside Oregon as well as the beach. We REALLY liked the ease to access both. All kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and appliances worked perfectly. For the few warmer days, an electric fan was available which really was a relief. The recliners in the living room were perfect to flop and relax in the evenings. TV worked fine. Bed was comfy. Plenty of hangers in the closet. The only downside was when we moved in and climbed the 15 stairs more than 10 times. Blame us for bringing way too much stuff. Our knees aren’t what they used to be. Next time, is there a downstairs condo we can rent? Otherwise, we loved the condo.

We're happy you enjoyed your stay, and yes there is a downstairs unit, with the fence around the patio, you will not have a few of the river, and the downstairs unit is pet friendly.

Nice Unit With Good Location

Nice clean unit with good location. But it is an upstairs unit with no elevator making it difficult for seniors to haul luggage upstairs. And the kitchen lighting is poor. Keep in mind that a 75 y/0 male is writing this review.

Home away from home!

We were in town for a dance competition so this location (about a 2 minute walk from the convention center) was ideal! But we were still so close to everything else and didn’t use our car once! As a self proclaimed clean freak, this place was great! Very clean and had cleaning supplies available to keep it that way during our stay! Comfortable beds, cozy living area, and fully stocked kitchen!
