OCEANFRONT - Charmant condominium au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, avec accĂšs facile Ă  la plage et vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an! (Comprend un espace de stationnement couvert) Le patio donne sur la cĂ©lĂšbre Promenade et Ă  quelques pas du sentier de la plage, ce condominium est parfait pour une escapade Ă  la plage. Les restaurants et les magasins se trouvent Ă  deux rues au nord et, bien sĂ»r, de la plage. juste des pas tout droit. La chambre a un lit King, la TV par cĂąble / DVD et la salle de bain principale avec un combo baignoire / douche. La deuxiĂšme salle de bain est commune Ă  la salle. Le salon a un lit Queen Murphy et un divan-lit Queen, TV / magnĂ©toscope. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et comprend un lave-vaisselle. Mobilier d'extĂ©rieur pour votre plaisir sur la terrasse pour regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sur place disponible pour les clients. Parking pour 2 vĂ©hicules. À distance de marche de presque n'importe oĂč en ville. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. NOTE: CECI EST UNE PROPRIÉTÉ NON-FUMEUR. Our favorite part was the location. Right out the door to the beach and just a short walk to the aquarium. The couches are incredibly comfortabke and induced more than one unexpected nap.

Great stay, close to everything! Murphy bed in living room was a surprise as I didn’t see it in the pictures but the kids loved it!

Nice place, great location

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It us an older building, but had updates inside the condo. Having second full bathroom was cery convenient. Murphy bed was not very comfortable would be the only negative. Location was great, host was great. They didnt have anyone checking in after us so graciously let us have late check out. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back to this unit. The condo could use some updates. A new mattress and bedding would be nice.

I was very pleased with the property. A little outdated but that is ok. It was clean, has an ocean view, cost was reasonable, and 2 bathrooms. Perfect.

Location!

Great location! We parked our cars for the weekend - didn’t need them since we could walk to everything. Only negative is that there are not enough curtain panels in the living room to block out the sun from waking up those sleeping on the murphy bed and pull out couch.

Oceanfront Getaway

We were wanting a condo fronting on the Seaside promenade and were extremely pleased with this unit, which was steps away from the beach and just a few blocks from the downtown restaurants and stores. The condo had recently received new flooring, paint and artwork, which was especially enjoyable. The bed was comfortable as were the couches. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking The unit is dated but well maintained, clean and is being upgraded. Great value for the money and we would definitely come back!

Seaside beach vacation

Awesome visit. When hot water heater wasn’t working I received a very quick response on solutions which fixed the issue right away! Very responsive and great overall location to beach and activities. House is a bit outdated and the shades in the bedroom are falling apart. Would be great with addition of some curtains in the bedroom and a fan or two to circulate the air.

Seaside Condo

Our room got switched last minute which was fine but the following morning I walked in paint when I left the place. There was no warning that they would be painting the whole area in front of our door blocking us in. The room was nice, right by the beach, easy walk to town.

If I were staying at this location for a true "vacation" I would be more disappointed. It doesn't need much but it does need some sprucing up. Little things matter especially when they are easy to fix items.

Ocean front

Need some updating, needs new comfortable sofa and love seat and rocking chair. We really couldn't see the ocean over the rolling grass dunes. It was nice to be so close to boardwalk. We have stayed in another unit higher up and it was much better view. We enjoyed our trip but my mother is 86 and sitting to view ocean was what we wanted. Price to high for what was received.

Construction issues

It is an older property which is not a bad thing. The view was very nice right out onto the ocean. Couple of items to update is a better mattress and fix the toilet innards in the main bath. The chain was rusted, and the toilet kept running when flushed. Our main issue was the unit above us was under construction and two days of flooring being ripped out, sanded, hammering and sawing was not fun at all. Just wish the property management would have alerted us to this and this would have enabled us to find a different unit in the building.

Location is excellent, however, the property itself is old and dated. There were ants all over the kitchen counter. The interior can use updates and a small investment would go a long way! A new dining room table doesn't cost that much! Also, some basic pantry staples would be nice - salt and pepper for example!

Good location, well equipped, very worn out furniture, coffee pot needs replacing, the internet did not work the last night. Good rental management firm they are organized. It is large, with better value than a hotel. Full view of the ocean. Would rent again.

Perfect Getaway

My family and I were looking for a nice weekend getaway. And that is exactly what we got!! This rental was quaint and felt like home. It is not fancy or brand new, but it was well taken care of and welcoming. Exactly what we needed and the location was perfect!! Thank you!!

The location is excellent with fabulous views. The condition of the unit was disappointing. It needs an update. There was no lock on the slider, with a broken chair on the patio. Tape was on the kitchen window, but wind came through. The unit seemed clean. We would not have booked the unit had we known the condition.
