OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with walk-out beach access and expansive ocean views! With a patio that overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. The bistro set on the patio makes it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the sunset.
Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Electric Fireplace and Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes breakfast bar with 3 stools. Dining area includes dining table with 4 chairs.
Hall bath has a walk in shower. The Master bedroom has a comfy King bed with a small tv and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Super Cute Beach Condo and Great for Families with kids, or just a quiet getaway for 2.
MUST BE 25 TO RENT - NO PETS - NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY INCLUDING BALCONY, PATIO, PARKING LOT OR GARAGE, ELEVATOR OR ANY COMMON AREAS.

This was such a perfect stay for my two kids and myself. Literally steps from the beach, incredible view, walking distance from everything. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. It was bigger than it appeared in the photos and we had plenty of space even with using the Murphy bed and the sofa bed in the living room. Definitely will be back!

This location was perfect! We were close to the beach and within easy walking distance to the hub of Seaside activities and shops. The only downside was the sound insulation between the units. I brought earplugs, which were a reasonable solution.

We loved this property!! Cozy and next to everything we needed! The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The ocean view was great and so close to walk down to the beach! Will stay again!

Great place to stay with nice view and good amenities. The only issue was the tv . Never did master the operation or find out how to get closed caption .Maybe somebody with more tech expertise could have mastered it.

Long weekend

Property is a little dated, but clean, well equipped and maintain and just a great place to stay. Kids loved the yard, so close to beach, easy walk to restaurants and shops. We loved it!

LOCATION!! LOCATION!!

The property was incredible! It was immaculately clean, best view of the ocean, and super comfortable (except for the sofa couch) The beach was right out the front door and the restaurants were right down the walkway. It could not have been better :)

Perfect Spot

The condo is well equipped. Sheets and towels are beautiful bright white. You can watch the ocean from the porch orwalk to Main Street in a few minutes.

Great location, good amenities

I stayed with my family, including 2 kids. The condo had a great location so we could walk to everything- the beach, restaurants, the arcade, aquarium, etc. It was clean, had a ton of cooking pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen (which was great for eating in), and a good amount of space for the kids to play when we were indoors. Great view of the ocean too!

Perfect in Every Way

Everything was perfect. Excellent location. Great view of the ocean. Close to all the shops. Communication with the property manager was excellent. This was our second time in the property. Will be back for a third.
