Sand Dollar Haven at Seaside Beach Club Unit 306

Beautifully updated third-floor oceanfront condo with stunning views overlooking the promenade in beautiful Seaside, Oregon. Access by elevator or stairs. Walking distance to dining, shopping, & entertainment. Just a few steps to the promenade & beach. Enjoy your favorite Pacific Ocean activities: crabbing, clamming, fishing, beach-combing, kite flying, metal detecting, bonfires, beautiful sunsets, and plenty of relaxation! Or if you just want to build a sandcastle there is plenty of sand.

The bedroom has an ultra plush king size bed and 43" smart TV. There is also an en-suite bathroom with full-size tub and shower. There is an additional full bathroom with walk-in shower and bench seat off the entryway hall. Both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion for your convenience.

The full kitchen includes an oven/range (new in November 2023), microwave, dishwasher, dinnerware (including toddler/young child plates, cups, and utensils), cookware, various utensils (such as a pizza cutter, wine bottle opener, can opener, etc), Instant Pot, a variety of spices, toaster, coffee for Keurig and drip coffee pot, popcorn and popcorn maker, and a table top s'mores maker (s'mores supplies not included.)

The living room has a queen size Murphy bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in addition to a 55" 4k HD Smart TV, DVD player and a small selection of DVDs, an electric fireplace, a small selection of games and puzzles, and an Xbox 360 with two controllers and several games. There is also a private balcony with a coffee table, two chairs, and a love seat that overlook the promenade, beach, and ocean for your relaxation!

There is a coin-operated laundry room onsite for your convenience, but you do not need to wash any of the provided linens upon checkout.

We arrived at the property this past monday and took us a minute to understand the parking situation. Once we did we were able to find the unit and it was just awesome, it felt like home literally over the past 5 days we stayed there. We would like to Thank the host for allowing us to stay there and will be back again.

Amazing! The place was perfect, has everything you need. Having two bathrooms was a major plus. Location was perfect, on the beach, walkable to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Just my son and I stayed here but this unit can accommodate a few more people. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are clean and have everything. View from the balcony is great. There are a ton of restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks super close. You can also walk to the cute shopping area or aquarium easily. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great Location in Older building

The location of this little gem of a condo was fantastic. It's nearer the older part of the prom and within walking distance to most of the downtown restaurants, shops, etc. The condo was very clean and well stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, etc. along with lots of cookware, and utensils. It's also surprisingly suited to sleep 6 with a murphy bed, fold-out couch and king bed in the main bedroom plus 2 full bathrooms. Overall a great location. Here are the downsides - the bed in the main bedroom is quite worn out, also the pillows (all of them) are completely flat and worn out, we had to sleep on 2 pillows every night to try and make the fluff of one pillow, and the mattress needs replacing desperately, we didn't sleep on the other two beds since it was just my husband and me. But the couch made a terrible noise and you kind of sink into the cracks when you sit on it so we can only assume it's worn out as well. Also, there are little things that are worn out like the table for the murphy bed wobbles dangerously (we used it as an extra table in the living room) and the faucet handle in one of the bathrooms needs replacing. Otherwise it's a fantastic location and quite spacious for a one bedroom condo. I would recommend this place, I think there are just some things that need updated to keep up with having guests.

Great spot with young kiddos!

My kids (age 3 and 6) had such an amazing time at the condo they are already asking when we can go back! Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything I needed (including hot chocolate!) The puzzles and sand toys were a big hit. It was amazing being walking distance to the beach and shops. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Don't pass this one up!

This property has all you need for a beautiful ocean view stay. The owners have gone out of their way to furnish and decorate this condo to make your stay wonderful. I highly recommend this.

Seaside Beach Club

The condo is clean, updated, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes etc. There are condiments in the fridge, plus a traditional coffee maker and a separate Keurig machine. Coffee and filters are available, but you'll need to provide your own K-cups. There are plenty of board games in the closet. The view picture used on VRBO is accurate. You can't stay closer to the beach. The Lewis and Clark turnaround is one block away as is downtown Seaside. Excellent location.

We currently live in Oak Harbor, WA and visit Seaside as often as we can. We love spending time at the beach with our 3 boys and 2 dogs, and with all the shopping and entertainment Seaside has to offer we decided it is the perfect place to buy a vacation home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We decided to buy this condo because we absolutely love the beach. The views are second to none, and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach is the best way we know of to relax. The proximity to Broadway - with the wide variety of shops, entertainment, and restaurants makes this location perfect for us. The full kitchen makes it easy to cook our own meals, or warm up left-overs from local restaurants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our favorite part about this condo is it's proximity to the beach and the wonderful 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. We never get tired of sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and smelling the fresh ocean air!
