Charmant condo Romantica Zone-océan et vue sur la montagne à quelques minutes de la plage!

Récemment rénové en décembre 2017 et décoré dans un style Hacienda mis à jour, ce 2 lits, 2 salles de bain casita, respire le charme mexicain avec sa cuisine / terrasse extérieure et ses vues magnifiques sur la baie de Banderas et le cÎté luxuriant de la montagne Amapas. Situé à quelques pùtés de maisons de la célÚbre plage de Los Muertos ainsi que des fabuleux restaurants / bars d'Olas Altos. Ce bijou a une cuisine joliment aménagée avec de nouveaux appareils et ustensiles de cuisine, une chambre King et une chambre Queen avec toute la literie et les draps neufs, et des salles de bains entiÚrement rénovées. Le complexe intime de 14 unités offre une piscine privée pour les résidents, un service de ménage deux fois par semaine pour les locations à la semaine et un service de conciergerie par le biais de notre équipe de gestion immobiliÚre. Internet gratuit, téléviseurs intelligents et eau en bouteille gratuite. Un service de femme de chambre quotidien et des transferts aéroport sont disponibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Il y a environ 8 petites marches pour accéder au condo et le complexe n'a pas d'ascenseur.

Il y a un funiculaire à proximité qui fonctionne tous les jours jusqu'à 23 heures en option pour les escaliers qui mÚnent à Olas Altos.

Ce joyau caché (avec sa charmante terrasse couverte), est neseled juste au-dessus d'Olas Altos, et à quelques pas de toutes les vastes commodités de PV. C'est l'endroit idéal pour commencer votre journée avec votre café du matin ou terminer la soirée avec votre verre de vin préféré ... détendez-vous et admirez les images et les sons de la zone romantique et de la vieille ville de Vallarta.

Pros:The condo is a charming gem and is conveniently close to the “Little Tram” which was a game changer at the end of a long day. The sunset view from the patio was lovely. Overall it was clean, comfortable and decorated with touches of authentic Mexico throughout. Potted plants and flowers created a feeling of tropical seclusion plus a colorful tree mural in the corner offered a tiny “resident” gecko a rather discrete hiding place on the patio. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows.The primary bedroom had built in storage as well as a stacked washer & dryer which was nice to have. Both of the bathrooms had colorful tiled walk in showers and plenty of fresh towels. The other bedroom had less storage options but we discovered a couple of small closets in the shared living space to hang some of the clothes which was not ideal but sufficient. Cons:We were shocked to discover that the slider in the primary bedroom to the covered patio did NOT lock (later to find out that the Property Manager was aware in advance but did nothing to address it prior to our arrival).The air conditioner in the primary bedroom had such a significant leak that large puddles of water formed on the tiled floor below - how one of us didn’t slip and fall is a miracle! It’s disappointing that these significant security & safety issues were not addressed prior to our stay, especially since we booked so far in advance!

Perfect in every way


Location was exactly as we had hoped as it is close to the funicular and made ease of going down hill so much easier for my husband. The apartment itself, besides being beautiful, had everything needed and other than a few groceries we were set. We have been going to PV for many, many years. We definitely want to come back to this place!

Lovely Condo

My family of 4 adults spent 8 nights in this cozy condo. The condo is as advertised; well appointed, clean, and close to everything in the Zona Romantica. Mike (co-owner) was a prompt and caring communicator. The beds are awesome, AC works great, love the outdoor kitchen, and the swimming pool was a welcome cool-off place after exploring PV in the summer heat. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Condo!!

Great find in the Romantic Zone! Centrally located, clean, comfortable, newly renovated, short 5 minutes walk to the beach! I’ve been visiting PV for over a decade, this condo truly is a gem! Mike was an attentive and great host! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to PV for the past 30 plus years and stayed in numerous places. This is one of the best places I’ve rented since coming. If there was an issue, Mike was immediately on top of things. Highly recommended, will be returning. Thanks for everything Mike.

A week in paradise

I loved this condo, it was perfect for our needs. Very quiet except for a chicken or two crowing which is part of the charm. The pool was great and never more than a couple people in it at anytime. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Enjoyable stay

This was a very comfortable place to stay in the Romantic Zone. The kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. There is some noise but it's quieter than other places we've stayed in the Romantic Zone and closing the doors at night shuts 95% of it out. We'll definitely be back.

Location with everything you need

I've been to PVR before. This place was close to everything but just off the main streets so it was quiet at night.The hosts were were very helpful. Angel did food shoppimg for us and my friend required specific foods(gluten free etc.) and he delivered. I would definitively stay here again.

This is a must place to stay

Feels like home.

First of all, Mike is great when booking this property as always responds quickly and most helpful. The property is exactly what you see in the photos. We felt like it was home the couple weeks we stayed. It’s a beautiful property and if you want peace and quiet, this is the property. Getting a chair around the pool is never an issue, as it’s just quiet all the time. The unit was amazing with the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths,plenty of towels and linens. When we are on holidays we eat in a lot and the kitchen worked very well and best part is your dining room is outside. We all agreed we loved the property and would stay once again.Thank you Mike for sharing this paradise with us.

Great location & amenities!

Our stay was incredible! We spent a week here and we really didn’t wanna leave. First of all, we took advantage of the airport pickup with a grocery store stop that is offered by the property management company. That made our first day really hassle free! Our driver took us to Costco and Walmart which are about 20-30 minutes outside the romantic zone so it was a big time saver doing that on the way. Highly recommend! The place is just a short 5 minutes or less of a walk to the beach and our unit had an amazing ocean view from the outdoor kitchen & patio. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a blender for making margaritas while watching the sunset! The pool gets sun from mid morning until early evening and has plenty of space with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. There is also a large closet by the pool entrance full of floaties that one of the other tenants showed us! It was great having a washer and dryer to use, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, and the AC works fast so we could cool off almost instantly after a long day at the beach, and be comfortable at night. Both of the big TVs have Netflix and the wifi works great too. This place really has it all! Plus a very responsive host who checked in upon arrival & departure and was very generous with answering all our questions!

Thanksgiving weekend 2022

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in in the several times I’ve visited PV. The beds are comfortable, the a/c worked great, and the views made for a great breakfast each morning. The pool in the complex was also a really nice alternative to the beach. Highly recommend for the old romantic zone.

Great Traditional Style Condo

There were 3 of us who are somewhat veterans of staying in PV. We all enjoyed our stay in Mike's condo which was centrally located near everything, especially Jorge's Hideaway restaurant just down the back stairs. Mike was very accommodating when we had to delay our departure due to a snow storm at home. We'd definately return as we all felt very comfortable here. Thank you, Brian

Charming Mexican Modern

What can I say!! We felt at home the moment we walked through the doors. This property is charming and homey. We LOVED drinking our morning coffee in the outdoor kitchen/dining room. The pictures are exact. There were no surprises. We were fortunate enough to watch the whales play from the pool area. The owner was always very prompt in replying to all emails. This place was a wonderful find to say the least.
