Great apartment in a great location

The apartment itself was amazing. Plenty of room with an unbelievable view and wrap around outdoor patio. As others noted, the main issue is the elevator (yes, 1 elevator) getting to the apartment. If you visit at a peak time like we did, you can spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. The check-in process was also a bit chaotic since they didn’t have my reservation in the system which created confusion. Others had a similar experience. However, the apartment itself more than made up for the small challenges.

Ft Lauderdale beach

The property is exactly as represented in the photos. Communication with owners was good and the unit was spotless and very well provisioned. There was a minor issue with the freezer and maintenance was up here within 30 minutes repairing it.

Extremely frustrating. Won’t stay with VRBO again. Too much good accurate competition out there. Yo

The facility that we stayed in was supposed to have a working washer and dryer, but it did not work. When we contacted the host, we were told that a repairman would come in and fix it. The repair man came put some nonsensical part in it and the washer and dryer still didn’t work. Then we complained again to the host and he told us that it would be fixed on Thursday of a particular week. That’s kind of coincidental because we left on Wednesday. If you’re going to say that you have certain pieces of equipment in the facility have it there or have the owner replace it Because of this, I would never reschedule with VRBO in that area. Great space for our group of friends looking to do some work in an inspiring location. Apartment was as described. View was amazing. Restaurants on site were convienient and there were great options close by. Would recommend.

This is a very well-equipped, very comfortable rental with the most breathtaking views of the ocean from every room! The beach was so much fun, the heated pool was fantastic, and the fitness center was great. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were excellent, and the place was incredibly clean. We loved every minute of our stay!

Beautiful condo

Actual condo is better than the listing. We enjoyed the balcony each night and during the day you can see schools of fish and even a few sting rays from the 33rd floor. The condo was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, blender, and coffee maker. The host is very responsive. 5 stars for sure!!

Pleasant Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised on how much better the condo was when we actually saw it. The view from the room was amazing and the place itself was nore than satisfactory. Our hosts were very attentive and provided great communication. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy short drive from airport and also to Miami. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Premium location without a premium experience

The actual bones of the condo are nice, the location is good and the condo is as advertised. However the property does not offer the bare essentials you would expect for a premium Vrbo listing. The AC did not work upon check in and no effort was made to immediately fix it. Also the front desk was not helpful nor was the property manager on providing an experience that would consistent with the premium price listing.

This place was amazing!

Beautiful views! Everything was as pictured. The communication w/ Zen Vacation Rentals was way above par! I always had a response with in minutes. We had one small issue with the wall oven and Zen had some one up with in 15 minutes. I would totally come back and stay here!

Great room

We had a great time at Hyde with our family! Our host was amazing and was very receptive. The room was clean and exactly as described with an amazing view! The property itself had some flaws- the location is a little far away from restaurants or other options for meals outside of the restaurant bar, and the elevators
we’ll just be prepared to wait (also probably the busiest time of the year so it’s expected) Again the room and host were amazing- and the property overall is 4/5 stars just a few downfalls to the property itself. Great trip would definitely go back!

Fabulous Modern Retreat

Beautiful views. Awesome Furniture and Open Layout. Management extremely helpful. Great Beach. Can walk to stores. But Prepare to wait for check in and elevators.

Absolutely amazing condo! Even better than the pictures! Every bedroom had an ocean view. The condo is on the 33rd floor so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as much as we had hoped due to the wind. Overall, we did not want to leave and hope to return!!

Views were amazing

Place was amazing with breath taking views. Check in was a disaster but when we finally got it, it was great. Only one elevator, which took forever at certain times of the day. Service at pool bar was terrible but the views and location were great
