Beach view was as sold and great. Pool view and pool very nice as well. The balcony floor was very dirty and not cleaned in some time causing your feet to be black if you walked on it. There were minor items such as closet doors broken and needing repair.

Great place for a family getaway

The view of the apartment is stunning! We had a great time, we enjoyed the heated pool and the building’s restaurant was very convenient.The amenities of the complex were great! Definitely recommend it!

The condo was located in a great part of Hallandale Beach. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach very much! The staff at the condo complex, beach, pool, restaurants and all Uber drivers were very pleasant and accommodating. A quick 15-20 minute ride from the airport. The condo had amazing views, the beds were comfortable, and the owner was very nice. Overall, our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. However, here are the things to be aware of when booking :There is one elevator and the wait times can be very long. Prepare for that when timing your departures. The condo needs a deep cleaning. It “appears” clean until you start settling in. We bought our own cleaner snd paper towels to address the most used surfaces. The bottoms of our feet were dirty when we walked barefoot. There is a closet door completely off the jam and sitting against the wall in the closet. The door knob to the hall bedroom comes off in your hand so you have to pull it shut from the door, not the knob. There were no extra linens provided to use the twin size rolling beds and the beds in the two bedrooms are only full size. The master bed is a king size though. There aren’t a lot of towels and wash cloths provided. The toilet paper and paper towels are very cheap and there was only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We bought our own. The kitchen provides basic needs and was fine for our stay. There are no additional pantry items. The bottom rack on dishwasher doesn’t roll out properly.

What A View!

Right on the beach with views for miles! If you want to be right in the middle of it all, this is the place for you! Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the family!

Cannot beat this view and space

This condo was perfect for our family. Great amount of room, the view is a 12/10, and the amount of balcony space was great. The owner was responsive to issues that came up. The only negatives was the loud music on some of the nights, but that ended at 11:00pm and you only get 2 beach chairs and they really cram you in. We’d stay again!

Stunning Apartment

We loved our week in Liz’s stunning apartment. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with amazing views. Location wise, there was not much to walk to but was great for Aventura, Bal Harbor and we went to South Beach and the Everglades too. The resort has a lovely pool area and the beach is great too. Being one floor up from the pool and the gym is a great location in the building. When very busy, this resort does struggle. Outside of the busier times, it’s a much more relaxing holiday environment. Liz was helpful and courteous - thank you for having us stay in your lovely place.

Enjoyable, comfy, fantastic views

Overall we really enjoyed our week long stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of sleeping arrangements, towels and sheets for our large group. Views of the ocean and pool were 10 out of 10. The place could have been cleaner but I know it’s hard to keep a beach condo clean. My only complaint was the elevators and valet parking could be annoying at times. Also there are fees associated with this property to keep in mind. I was charged $44 a day for resort fees and $37 a day for valet parking. There is no other option but valet parking.

Beautiful View, Nighmare Valet Parking

This apartment was beautiful with amazing views and very clean. The nightmare of this location is that you can only valet the park, which costs $40 per night. This is an addition to a resort fee of $45 per night. Let's say it would be okay, except that when we came back on a Friday and Saturday nights, we had to wait 40 plus minutes in the line. The line extended out to the main road and didn't seem to move at all for a long, long time. We were tired and just wanted to check our car into the valet to be able to go up to the apartment. Other times, we still had to sit in line just to drop our car off. Each time that we had to leave our apartment, we had to text the valet and then wait about 30 minutes for our vehicle to arrive. It truly was a nightmare with the parking situation. In addition, the toilets don't flush very well in this apartment in all three of the bathrooms. Would not book again because of the parking situation and the multiple fees, such as a resort fee that doesn't include the parking.
