Hyde Resort and Residences se trouve à seulement quelques minutes du centre commercial Aventura et de Bal Harbour. Les installations comprennent un restaurant, deux piscines à débordement avec vue sur l'océan, une terrasse et des cabines privées, un centre de remise en forme entiÚrement équipé donnant sur l'océan, un spa à service complet avec hammam et sauna.
Ce condo de pointe dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec une cafetiÚre, un grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et un congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un mixeur et plus encore ...
L'appartement a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité.

The host was extremely attentive to ALL messages before and during our stay. The site amenities were amazing and our trip could not have been better. The beachfront condo was beautiful, well appointed and and provided everything needed for a memorable vacation.My family will definitely be returning....

Condo was immaculate with incredible views! However BEWARE even for a 3 br co do that sleeps 8- you can only get 2 loungers with one umbrella at the beach. You can bring extra beach chairs (that they have in the condo) but this was not advertised

Gorgeous views!

This is our second time staying at a Lyfe Resort property, but the first time in this unit. It’s on the 17th floor and the views literally cannot be beat. I spent the bulk of the trip sitting on the balcony admiring the ocean from that high.The property management company excels in communication. 5 stars for how responsive they are.The condo could’ve been more clean. We found we had to wear shoes the entire time or else our feet would be black. The toilet in back bedroom didn’t flush well and the freezer didn’t stay cold. They were quick to send maintenance and they did do a couple things to offer a temporary fix, but still had issues. But, this wasn’t a deal breaker
.There are beach chairs and beach toys in the closet which was awesome.The patio furniture 100% needs to be replaced. It looks like it had been through multiple hurricanes and is falling apart. We could still use it, but we were surprised at how crappy it looked. Beds are very comfortable. They supply you with a day or so of supplies (dish detergent, soap, etc). Publix is right down the road to get more!The biggest issue is the elevator. This has nothing to do with this unit - it’s the building. There is only one main elevator for 41 floors. If you are fit and active, just plan to take the stairs. We got an amazing leg workout this past weekend climbing 17 flights of stairs multiple times. All in all, I would recommend this unit, but hope the management company does something to fix the issues

Gorgeous View

The management company was extremely responsive and helpful with booking and messages!! The view was beautiful with an L-shaped wrapped balcony! There was plenty of space. Everything was as described! Things could have been cleaner upon arrival, as we found several things not up to our standards, but nothing horrible. The staff at Hyde were not super friendly, but considering it is spring break, I am sure they were stressed. Hopefully, the cleanings will be better and new towels/linens will be obtained, but overall it was a very nice stay!! Laure at Zen Vacations was very responsive and kind!!

Room was nice, overall stay was disappointing

The room itself is exactly how the pictures are. View is amazing. The property itself is insane when it comes to the Rules. The beach service closes at 4:30 so make sure you have your own towels if you plan to be at the beach past that time. The pool is ridiculous. No playing ball, no drinking near the pool, no outside drinks/food in that area. You must wear the band everywhere or they will kick you out. The front desk is rude. Check in process was very long and complicated. Even if you plan to check in early, the property manager will let you know at the last minute that it's not available until 4. Elevators take forever, 17 flights of stairs is not always fun but waiting 20 minutes on an elevator isn't fun either. The valet service lost our car by giving it away to another person, then we had to wait for them to return with our car. Overall very disappointed in the stay.

Beautiful stay

The property has beautiful views and is well equipped The bedrooms are very comfortable and everything works well The only surprise is that half of the property is like an hotel so there is only one elevator for the apartments which takes a little time going up and down.. did not get to use the beach or pools

Misleading

There were huge trucks performing on the beach 9 days out of 12. I understand that this was municipality’s decision not the owner’s decision, however the owner knew or should have known and more importantly informed us prior to the cancellation date. I communicated with our host/owner to explain the situation and express our great disappointment as this was not the peace and quiet that we had paid for. The owner refused to own any of the situation. I would have been happy with a 5-10% reduction as a gesture of good faith, which was declined. The owner’s attitude of “not my problem your problem” was disappointing. Now I have decided to never rent from Vrbo again as trust has been broken.

Great property and location, lacking in amenities

Apartment was as advertised. Pictures were accurate. A beautiful unit right on the beach. Easy access to everything. Only issue was the amenities in the unit. We had to get basic stuff that should be provide at this price point (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap). The kitchen had poor quality gear and not enough (only 4 bowls for a 3 bedroom home). Bathrooms had low quality towels and we had to beg to get a few more (only one hand towel and washcloth per bathroom). This could have been 5 stars had they spent a few more $$'s on stocking the unit with more and nicer things.

Great three weeks in summer time !

We enjoyed three weeks of wonderful family time in this beautiful condo. On the 26th floor, you will be impressed by the 180 degrees view from the sea side to the rest of Hallandale Beach and Hollywood areas. The apartment, super comfortable, modern and well decorated, enjoys common areas with the hotel, including a wonderful pool, gym, SPA and bar/restaurant area. Worth mentioning super high quality of the restaurant. Valet parking works well, although in peak times makes you wait quite long. Location is super quiet and elegant. In exchange not so close to Miami Beach fancy areas (South of Collins Avenue) or Miami Downtown; approx 40mins of driving distance either through Miami Beach road or I95 highway. Laure Lederman and rest of Zen Holidays team are great. Thanks for your great assistance. Definitely we will come back!

One of the best trips

A+++ this trip was one of the the best the location of the condos was not too far from any of the places we went to very family friendly everyone was really nice only one fault tho was the elevator man it would take forever sometimes but overall great.

Stunning View, but lacking amenities!

The room and wrap around deck was perfect. The residences customer service could be more friendly. The room for trash was locked and they told me to go to 2 and throw into dumpster. There was one box we left outside trash room because it would not fit into dumpster. There were no paper towels either. The pool was nice. Food and drink very overpriced for what it was so we wound up going off property. The wraparound deck and condo itself worth it. Biggest drawback was 1 elevator for 41 floors.

Beauty and the Beach

This property is absolutely beautiful and the view of the beach makes it even more stunning. There's 4 of us and we were all very comfortable. The only thing that would have made it more perfect is if we were allowed to enjoy the beach and then shower somewhere on property, maybe the fitness center, before we fly out. However, we have no complaints about anything. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic beach location

The condo is beautiful and spacious and perfect for any family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and great for cooking. Excellent indoor and outdoor amenities. Great beach access and location. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Hotel and Building Has Some Challenges

Very nice 17th floor condo in the Hyde Hotel/Residences right on Hollywood beach. Condo was clean and well laid out. Beautiful views from every room and amazing wrap around balcony. No complaints about the unit. Hotel tries too hard to fit mold of a party hotel. 9th Floor pool and restaurant area were nice. Beach set up down the beach from the hotel was less than ideal. Rate was very reasonable so we would return.

Wonderful Guys Getaway

No complaints during our 3 night guys getaway. We arrived with the place in great condition and clean. The view of the beach and ocean from the 17th floor was spectacular. The owners/Zen Vacation Rentals were quick with responding to any questions we had. Our whole group agreed we would come back to this same property again in the future.

Great condo

The view from this condo is the highlight of this space. The wraparound deck is wonderful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and worked very well for our group with adults, children, and an infant. This review is for the condo but I do need to comment on the resort/building facilities. Of the three pools, only one was open six of the seven days we were there. On the final day, the only pool open was the wading/reflection pool. Overall, a great condo.

Can't beat the view!

Our family booked here after leaving a South Beach hotel that wasn't quite the right fit for our vacation. The place is beautiful and very clean. The location is great and the amenities are very nice.
