Bienvenue aux changements d'attitudes sur Folly Beach! Cette propriété de 3 chambres / 1 salle de bain est parfaite pour la retraite de plage familiale ou une courte escapade d'un week-end. La maison a un porche spacieux avec moustiquaire pour les options de vie en plein air. La propriété est située au rez-de-chaussée d'un duplex permettant un accès facile sans escalier. Les propriétaires n'ont vraiment épargné aucune dépense pour faire de ce chalet Folly classique une destination de location fantastique. Le plan d'étage ouvert comprend une télévision à écran plat, une cuisine et un coin repas. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec tous les nouveaux appareils, les comptoirs en granit et tous les gadgets de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin. Les chambres ont toutes une nouvelle literie et des draps haut de gamme. Deux des chambres comprennent un lit queen tandis que la troisième chambre est parfaite pour les enfants avec une configuration de lits superposés. La salle de bain commune vient d'être rénovée et dispose d'une grande douche à l'italienne en carrelage.

La maison est à seulement quelques pas de la plage et de la rue Centre où vous pourrez découvrir tous les magasins locaux de Folly Beach, les restaurants, la musique live, le 2ème plus long quai de pêche de la côte est, et plus encore!

Changes In Attitudes dispose du Wi-Fi et d'une télévision à écran plat dans les chambres avec câble. Le gril à gaz est fourni pour les options de grillades. Pas de lave-vaisselle ou laveuse / sécheuse dans la propriété. La maison est strictement non-fumeur et n'accepte pas les animaux. Veuillez nous contacter pour toute question. Perfect beach house

The house was better than expected. It was bigger and nicer than I expected from the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. I would certainly return and stay again.

Needed to be cleaned better

The location was good close to the beach but the cleaning needs to be improved. Took a shower when I got there got out of shower to walk to living room and bottom of my feet was black that fast. Cob webs everywhere

The property was ok until the sewer backed up

The location was great and initially we were very excited. They were having sewer issues which we were not told about initially. Once it rained the yard, our stuff , us covered in unpleasantness --- not such a great experience , especially since the pump wasn't working and they knew of the potential problem. Property management found us another place to stay, which was great. Much farther away from the beach and the fun of Folly -- not compensated for anything. I understand things can go wrong but ......

Great Location, Good for 3 or less People, not luxurious, no amenities.

This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road in front of the house also has a lot of construction going on and it is a very busy street with constant car and foot traffic so not really a peaceful place to relax. The porch is pretty dirty and the furniture is not comfortable. I know it's difficult to keep it clean with all the sand blowing, but the walls have dirty marks all over them and the place looks like it needs a good hose down. Would not recommend for people over 6 feet, my husband and 2 sons had to watch their heads so as not to hit the fans, the ceilings are pretty low. For our family with 3 large teenagers this house was too small. It was all about the location which was really great. Easy walk to the shopping area and to the beach. I would call it adequate, but I wouldn't recommend staying here with more than 3 adults or teenagers.

Family vacation

I enjoyed this vacation with my daughter and grandchildren. The house was very nice and clean. The ocean was within walking distance and we enjoyed walking downtown.

Not enough linens and washcloths

There was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels per person. If you’re there a week, this is no good. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. Dishes were dusty on the shelf and trash under the couch from previous guests.

Mother daughter weekend

This property was great! It was clean, our only complaint was we walked in to a “water bug” on our bed. Understood this is a bit out of the control of the management company! Otherwise our stay was perfect.
