Loved staying here, the check-in took a little while because there was a lot of people, but overall it was a great stay. There was an issue with the toilet but they were able to send someone out to fix it and gave us extra towels no problem

Very clean and comfortable. The location was great. There was tons to do on site and it was very close to other things in Orlando. A lot of things for kids to do as well.

Excellent Place to Stay

Excellent place to stay. We are local to Orlando and decided to stay here for the weekend. We love the room and the location. The room was amazing, and the amenities of the place are awesome. A lot of things to do inside the property. We will come back and bring the kids we us for the next time.

Great location

Property was as described. The pools were great, some difficulties with room and cleanliness but overall great property with all amenities on location. Food was ok but having a small grocery was key to saving for snacks. We just ubered from airport and stayed on location except for a fun dinner out just a mile away. Super easy to get too!

Great Experience

Everything was great! Staff, location, room and check in process were excellent. You have a lot of activities daily and so many things to do it’s definitely a fun resort! The only thing was I reserved a room with a jacuzzi inside but when I did the check in they told me they were very busy and there was no longer rooms with jacuzzi available, I was confused because I had already reserved one and pay for it so I didn’t know why there was no more; they gave me a room with an extra bedroom which I really didn’t need but it was fine. Overall I would definitely go back!😃

We had a good time!

We enjoyed ourselves. The room was spacey and mostly clean. It had a full kitchen and included washer/dryer. Check-in was hectic as there was a very long line! I probably waited 20min but it went smoothly. This is a very large resort with many buildings and therefore many people!! Thankfully there are many pools. The kids enjoyed the waterpark but it is probably best for 12 and under. We had a large group staying there and all had a good time.

Property Owner Was Horrible

I booked the property... Made my 2 payments... Sent 2 messages within the 3 day prior timeline on check in and got no response until the day of check in. He gave me a reservation number that was for another guest who took my reservation!!! The owner gave me an alternative location 20 minutes away and not on the bus route for the convention I booked for. Never asked. Never called. Caused me heartache and headache. I reported him to VRBO and while the phone agent there was helpful she never could connect me to the supervisor. I AM THE GUEST. I MADE THE BOOKING. This guy screwed me over and sure gave me a refund but was L A M E... stay away from this guy and any of his properties. Have a nice day...

RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

The pictures you see are not the room you will get! We walked in to a room that had a extremely moldy, musty smell. Very old furniture that has taken a beating. The bathroom shower had black mold all around it. It was horrible. Called the phone # associated with this rental and they were going to get us moved to another room. Waited 30 minutes and called again and they said couldn't do anything and gave us another # to try. We called and called until we received a text that they would call us back. Guess what they never did. Called the original # and they were no longer answering the phone. We emailed, called and texted. They ignored us. Funny how they were great communicators before we walked into the room. After 3 hours of trying to remedy the situation we walked down to the resort desk and got an awesome person who did everything she could to help us. We showed her the pictures of the room. She eventually was able to get us moved. Unfortunately we spent 3-4 hours of our short weekend dealing with this and missed our dinner reservations. And STILL have not heard from VRBO. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON OR MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT

Amazing property, very clean inside and out, landscaping is amazing, pools are clean, trash cans are emptied regularly, no trash or debris laying around, the room was spotless, the tub and shower and bathroom was very clean, towels and bed linens were spotless, checking in and security was very friendly, plenty of security on site, lots of lifeguards at the pools. Balcony is screened in to keep bugs out, nice outdoor furniture all over the property. Great location to International Dr. amd all the tourist attractions.

This room is played out strangely. There is a hot tub between the bed and the sink with no wall to separate it. While this might be fine for a couple it was weird for my daughter and I. The place was clean but needs a redecorating.
