Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center Le 5ème étage est situé au 5ème étage d'un studio en front de mer pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Ce condo offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan, un lit king size, une causeuse.

Les chambres sont à quelques pas de l'ascenseur. Nous avons 37 pouces téléviseurs à écran plat, câble (avec HD) lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo, table avec 2 chaises. Nous avons tout ici pour rendre votre voyage parfait! Le linge de maison fourni comprend draps, serviettes, torchons de cuisine, casseroles, poêles, assiettes, verrerie, couverts, ustensiles, tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour la cuisine. Les cuisines de DBR sont toutes exactement les mêmes: grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson à 2 feux, évier ... les comptoirs sont en Corian ... Nous avons plusieurs studios en bord de mer à cet endroit, certains avec lits King et lits, d'autres avec 2 Queen des lits. En vedette dans cette annonce est notre condo 5ème étage - mais s'il vous plaît voir nos autres annonces ou poser des questions sur les autres que nous avons disponibles. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine ...

Excellent location on the beach

We enjoyed our beach/ ocean stay in this room. It is perfect to watch the waves come in & easy accessibility to walk on the beach. Our room was very adequate & comfortable. The pools were nice & enjoyed our pool time. The bathroom floor in our unit could have been more clean when we arrived, but overall our unit was great. We enjoyed several restaurants along Atlantic Avenue. We would stay here again without hesitation!

On the Beach!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Small but clean as expected. FANTASTIC views of ocean! The Pools and deck are not open, (advertisement notified us in advance) we were there for Beach anyway, Staff were very nice. We enjoyed being walking distance to resturants, shopping. Daytona Beach Resort

Beautiful location. All amenities to this resort were closed but we were charged as though all amenities were open and available to use. There was no onsite parking, pool, restaurant, lounge or tiki bar as advertised. Entry ways/ access to rooms were closed due to repairs and storm damage. Some staff were short, rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this property until all repairs are completed and the resort is up and running in full.

We clearly identify that pools and all amenities are closed on our advertisements. Our 2023 rates were lowered 25% from the 2022 rates due to the amenity closure. This guest stayed during Bike Week and special events do have the higher rates. We didn't hear from this guest during her stay, we only heard from her when she returned home and wanted a substantial refund. I believe this review is retaliatory because we did not give her a substantial refund as she requested.

Family vacation

Overall I was pleased with my stay at Renata’s place. Everything was clean, little kitchen area was nice, Renata was also available if I needed to contact her with any questions. My only complaint is that the bed is kind of out dated. Definitely could use a new mattress or a mattress topper. The pools were unfortunately closed and damaged from the hurricane a while ago, but that obviously is not the owners fault. I was aware this was a possibility before going. Otherwise, the view of the ocean is beautiful. Thanks for having us Renata!

Pictures and description not accurate

The room was super clean. The mattress need to be updated. The resort was a total disaster. The listing was updated 3 days after I booked which was misleading since the property damage has been there a lot longer. The elevators in our building were not working and the stairs were blocked off between level 2 and 1 making it a fire hazard. The outdoor pools and tiki bar are a disaster, The indoor pools and hot tubs were closed. I attempted to contact via phone number given and I provided unit number but was given response no idea who i was. Most likely thought I wanted money but I did not ask for money back.(since that seems to be their response to everyone's message).

Room was fine could not get enough towels and washcloths for 2 people at the beach where you take 2 showers per day. Just not enough!!! Then was told that there would be a 50 dollar fee to bring more or I had to wash them on vacation. Not going happen. Plus parking sucks!! You would come in after dark and could not get parking which was in a lot to the side of the condo. Parking deck has been closed for I know 2 years. All pools was closed with no water at all. Like the resort has done nothing since hurricane last Nov 22. Plus the homeless was everywhere on the property going and coming from beach and camping in the parking lots. The smell of marijuana was everywhere including the elevators etc. I have stayed at this beach resort for the last 3 years just not this condo! But the over all place has went so far down that I will never stay at this facility ever again.

Sorry - you were unhappy. We did leave 6 sets of towels for 2 people for the stay. There is a coin operated washer dryer on site. We dont operate as a hotel and change out towels daily.

Spectacular view

The studio was kind of small, but large enough for me and my husband. It was a little outdated but great for the price. The views were awesome. It was the best place on the beach to watch the sunrise. I would definitely stay there again.

Good Location

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Great location and within walking distance for food and restaurants. Average rooms, but we don’t spend but time in them when we visit.

Nice location right on the beach. It is small but it worked for what we needed it for. Outdoor pools were nice. Indoor pools and hot tub were closed due to covid restrictions. Property owners were very responsive with any questions.

Excellent unit and condo complex

The unit is great with 3 large pools, right on the beach and our room had thd perfect view. The staff at the complex are so helpful, the condo owner is quick to respond and fix things. The cost is great too! We've stayed in the exact condo before and we will go back again!!! Loved it!

Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot. Parking may be up to 2 blocks away.
• Beach access from the north access road.
