The condo was beautiful inside and outside and we especially enjoyed the beach views from the huge balcony .The host was very quick to reply and so helpful and supplied us with all information we could have needed and so much more . We love treasure island and this was the perfect location to walk to surrounding bars and restaurants.Perfect new year relaxation.Thank you .

This was a beautiful Condo! The sunsets were the best!! The beach view was incredible! We loved sitting on the deck with a full view. The inside of the condo was spacious and had everything we could need! The Shake Shack had just reopened! We also enjoyed the Middle Grounds Grill, Doc Fords’s Rum Bar and Grill, Sloppy Joe’s and the Candy Kitchen!

Beautiful gulf front view with incredible sunsets. The unit was a good fit. The only complaint I’d mention is the noise from the above unit all hours of the night. Otherwise, great place and I would return.

Spacious accommodations in great location

We love this condo. We like to do most of our own cooking and the kitchen is well-equipped. Unlike most condos that are long and narrow, this place feels like home with its 2 sliding glass windows on the ocean front, with both living and dining room ocean front. Nice quiet neighborhood feel to this hidden gem.

Another Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at four different places along this stretch of Treasure Island and this is our favorite. Location is excellent for beach walking and walking to restaurants. We love the concrete boardwalk that runs for a mile between the backs of the gulf front resorts and the water. The condo itself feels like home with sliding glass doors to the balcony off the dining area and living room with gulf views. The modern kitchen is well-equipped. Be aware that this first floor unit is up a flight of stairs as parking is under the condo units.

The Beach House

We had a great time staying there. Within a mile of several restaurants and activities. Good beach access and very close to the beach boardwalk. Unfortunately the pool was not heated. Would definitely stay again

Love this place!

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and it continues to be a wonderful place to stay and right on the beach. It is close to many restaurants and things to do. We will come back again.

Beautiful condo and gorgeous view

We were thoroughly impressed with this condo. Also, very impressed with the communication with our host. Everything was very clean and put together and very spacious. The only thing I think we were lacking was a pizza cutter lol. The master bedroom bed was very firm, but I’m sure a lot of people have no issue with that. I eventually got used to it. Our neighbors were so polite. The swimming pool was not the cleanest, but I myself used the net and cleaned some debris out and it was just fine. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

This ocean front property is truly a hidden gem on our favorite gulf location on Treasure Island. We love the mile long concrete boardwalk that runs between the Treasure Island hotels and the gulf for our daily walks. Very walkable location for walking to restaurants, Walgreens and even to Publix is doable. Though an older property, the interior is all updated and the kitchen is well equipped. Best part is the size and ocean frontage. It is about 1200 sq feet. It feels like home with both the large living room and dining room fronting the gulf. Both these spaces have sliding glass doors to the balcony and a great view. Admittedly the view is less ideal because this is the 1st condo level (NOT ground level - parking is on ground). Since it is an older unit without elevators, we preferred this level for hauling in suitcases. There is a small pool - warning, unheated. The nice thing for me about the pool was that in gets deeper than most, so I could do a good deep water workout. Check-in and access to the condo was super easy and the management company very responsive. Oh, one more unusual feature is parking for at least 2 cars in your assigned place.

Location, location, location!

Fantastic condo with an even better view! Location is great and we loved getting up in the morning and going for a walk down the beach on the boardwalk. Property manager is easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo. It had everything to make our stay wonderful! Very quiet condos, & the beach wasn't crowded. Pirate's Paradise

It’s a great place to practice being a pirate, sun, sand, surf, just add rum. My family and I could not have picked a better spot for our first Florida vacation. We will be back very soon.

Nothing is quite the same as walking out onto the back balcony, with a glass of your favorite beverage, listening to the waves crash onto the shore and watching the pelicans and dolphins play. This charming vacation getaway is steps from the Gulf of Mexico, with unobstructed views of turquoise blue waves crashing into the sugar-sand beach. The tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico are so soothing to watch as the sunlight forms a golden road into the sea at the end of each day as the sun melts below the horizon. This amazing location is directly on the beach. It is called "Sand Dunes" because only a few sand dunes separate you and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Spectacular views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico await you from your living room and the deck just outside. Many of our guests comment that the view is much better in person than in the pictures! Weather you like long walks on the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, shelling, building sandcastles, birdwatching (or peoplewatching!) this rental has it all! Note that there is no elevator in this building/community. There is one flight of stairs leading from the parking level under the building to the 1st level.
