Bienvenue à OCEAN VISTA TOWERS # 101, NOUVEAU CONDO DE LUXE REZ-DE-CHAUSSÉ !! NOUVEAU 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain de notre famille, condo en bord de mer à South Padre Island, Texas.

Nous sommes également propriétaire du condo # 103 (liste 1541977), vous pouvez voir nos EXCELLENTS AVIS!

Notre CONDO est TOUT NOUVEAU REMODELED (DECEMBRE 2018) tlle, douches, salles de bains, cuisine, appareils électroménagers, meubles, décoration, accessoires, lits, TOUT NOUVEAU!

Notre copropriété est située au rez-de-chaussée devant la piscine et à quelques pas de la plage. Profitez de la vue panoramique depuis la chambre principale et le salon. Détendez-vous dans le patio le soir et profitez du bruit de l'océan et de la tranquillité procurés par un condominium de luxe très exclusif, situé à 3 miles au nord du pont sur le front de mer. Vous pouvez marcher seulement 1 pâté de maisons au supermarché Blue Marlin.

C'est une communauté fermée avec grand parking intérieur, et nous avons un parking couvert, avec un gestionnaire sur place.

Notre condo est une excellente option. Dans la chambre principale, nous avons un lit king size, dans la deuxième chambre, nous avons 2 lits queen, et dans la 3ème chambre, nous avons 2 lits complets. En outre, il dispose de comptoirs QUARTZ et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Nous avons un téléviseur SMART 75 "dans le salon (avec câble). Dans la chambre principale, une télévision SMART 43 "(sans câble), dans la 2ème chambre, nous avons une télévision SMART 43" (sans câble) et dans la 3ème chambre, une télévision SMART 43 "(sans câble). Toutes les télévisions avec NETFLIX GRATUITEMENT ......

Une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur du condo. La table peut accueillir 8 personnes à la table et au bar de la cuisine, nous avons également 4 places.

Apportez votre ordinateur portable, nous avons un service Internet WI-FI, sans frais supplémentaires.

Le séjour minimum requis à long terme en hiver est de 2 mois

Are place was amazing! Newly remodeled and the inside was roomy and had everything we could want. Great location to everything,lots of things with in walking distance. Had to contact our host and she got right back to us. All 6 of us will definitely be returning.

I love the location of this place. Very convenient to parking, beach, and pool! Everything was very well kept and clean! Beds were a little hard but other than that zero complaints!! We would visit here again!!

2 family get away

We had 5 kids between 2 and 14 and the property worked perfectly for us. First floor was so handy with getting to the pool and beach or just going out to walk. Places to eat were not far at all and we felt we could walk to a lot of places.

This property is even better in person than the listing photos display, inside and outside. The space was very clean with an ideal layout. The ease of access to the pool and parking cannot get any better, especially with the amount of things we brought for all our young children. The kitchen was better stocked than our home with every essential and non-essential that you could need, including top of the line pots and pans for cooking. Even our children commented on how nice the place was and that it was their favorite room at Ocean Vista. Ana's response time was rapid and she was a great host. We will absolutely be requesting a return stay in this space.

This condo could not have been more perfect for our group of 7 adults. The grocery store was two blocks away and the bars and restaurants were within walking distance. The beach and pool were steps from the backyard. We could not be happier with our stay!

This is the best condo i stayed.. luxury.. NEW, BEAUTIFUL, highly recomended, in ground floor, with garage included, LOVE IT! Great furniture and decor, the kitchen is AWESOME, too.. the BIG TV of 75” is perfect to see a movie with your family.. i will stay again here!

Weather was bad, but stay was lovely

The place was very nice (second time we have booked there). The beach weather was not good but we still had a great time because the outdoor table is under a ledge so rain didn’t affect us. We had a wonderful time sitting out there and didn’t have to worry about the rain! Will definitely book again!

Condo much nicer in person than website pictures — we were all very impressed and pleased!! Great location, easy access to the pool and beach!! Extremely well - equipped kitchen!! Great for Families!

This is our second stay & we will most likely go back! We love the ground floor and the easy access to the pool. The condo has everything you need. The only issue was that the electricity was out for a couple of hours one day (there wasn’t a storm) and the water was off twice. Also, we were given the wrong gate code to the complex & could not get in when we arrived.

Modern Condo

Condo is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy access from the parking lot. Other reviewers have commented on the beds being hard and we would have to agree with them. Great access to the pool and beach. Privacy shades would be nice in the living room just so people couldn’t see in at night if they walk by, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Overall, it was a great stay.

Have stayed in this unit a couple years ago and liked it. Well equipped and clean. Handy to parking. Now the really bad part. Pretty significant infestation of roaches. A note on the counter stated the exterminator had been there, so we swept up the dead ones. However we were killing roaches all 10 days there.onesproceeder to
