«Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en tant que premiers invités dans votre condo!
Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement !!--- Nous pourrions marcher jusqu'à la plage, un
à quelques pas de plusieurs établissements de restauration, d'un fabuleux quartier de la marina avec toutes les commodités telles que des restaurants et des magasins, et une accessibilité rapide aux autoroutes pour tous les sites touristiques (Disneyland, etc.) !!! Le complexe de copropriétés est calme, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser la piscine, mais elle est là, à une minute de la porte, pour les enfants et les adultes. En raison de l'emplacement, nous avons prolongé notre séjour et, par conséquent, rencontré beaucoup de voisins qui sont devenus des amis avec lesquels nous resterons en contact --- un bonus! «Nous avons séjourné dans ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Dana Point ... Quelle agréable surprise et à quel point il est merveilleux et mis à jour. Très central à Dana Point et Pacific Coast Highway # 1 et I 5, qui peuvent vous emmener n'importe où sur la côte. La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient très utilisés la plupart du temps par nous aussi, et tout le monde était très sympathique. Au condo, il est entièrement équipé avec toutes les nécessités de «HOME». Mon mari a continué à commenter, peut-être que nous devrions simplement emménager en permanence, car il est tout équipé. Propre n'est pas le mot, mais très propre l'est sûrement! Encore une fois, nous reviendrons et profiter de ce condo. This apartment is perfect. It is walking distance to the beach via a river walk. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for a long stay. The wifi works great if you work from home. The location is perfect distance between San Clemente and Laguna Beach, quick drive. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. We were never too cold/hot- central heating if it is cold, and fans if hot. The showers had good water pressure and never got cold. Dee is very responsive if you have any questions. There were beach chairs and towels which were great for the beach. Parking was easy and the spot is close to the apartment. The patio gets great sun and wifi so it was nice to work outside. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic location to Dana Point amenities

The condo is in a gated community with nice swimming and hot tub; great walking/bike lane to Doheny State Park and Beach; we also had free access to the tennis and basketball courts next door at the community park; close to grocery store and many restaurants. The budget condo itself could do with some furniture/linen upgrades and general maintenance but is priced accordingly. Two assigned parking lots onsite. Washer/dryer in condo. Great communication with Owner. Unfortunately the nearby train with its horns can be heard late at night and early morning, as well garbage trucks and landscapers are bright and early. But overall, great stay and would recommend to other budget-conscious travellers wanting value for money.

The train tracks are far from the condo but occasional they may make more noice. I really never paid attention to this as this is the first time a guest. mention it. (Garbage track and train) Glad you and family got back home safely.

Cozy and close to the beach

This condo has everything needed for a stay by the ocean. Near hiking trail, surfing beach, restaurants and freeway close. Very well appointed, with all the touches for a vacation.

Budget Condo in Great Location

Sunny condo 1/2 mile to the beach and near the harbor. It felt spacious for its size and has a some nice features—washer/dryer, nice TVs, plenty of towels and beach items, pool. The host was responsive. But, the condo felt neglected, with old mismatched furniture, sagging mattress, torn screens, and an odd collection of kitchenware. It is a budget grade condo in a good location.

Winter at Doheny

This location is awesome. Walk to the beach and harbor. Watching the surfers and whales was a daily treat. Close to San Diego and LA. , so day trips were easy to coordinate. Very comfortable and safe feeling the entire time I was here.

Close to everything.

Great location

WA State travelers enjoyed getaway

Your condo was the perfect get-away for my husband and myself for the month of February. We used the walking path to the beach nearly everyday ... a great way to avoid traffic and get some exercise. The condo had everything we needed. The enclosed porch allowed us to get some private sun rays, or enjoy a beverage in the shade. The location was ideal for visiting various attractions in Orange County and San Diego, as well as many interesting coastal towns. Costco, grocery stores and restaurants were only a few minutes drive (or walk, if so inclined). We would definitely recommend it to others.

AN UNBEATABLE DEAL

The property is cozy and its location is definitely distinctive. It got all we need for a relaxing and worrisome free vacation. Fully equipped with all you need to feel like at home. Owners are very helpful and saved no efforts in making our stay a memorable one. The area is one of the nicest in Southern California, lots of restaurants, shops and wonderful breezy weather . Dana point harbor and Doheny beach are within walking distance. We all loved this property and plan to revisit .

Cockroach Infestation Not Worth Savings

The property is a nice enough property, but in our stay here is was infested with cockroaches. It had to be fumigated while we were there - and even that did not get rid of the infestation. We contacted the owners who did not satisfactorily resolve the issue. The price is a touch cheaper than other condo's in Dana Point, but not worth it. I would not recommend this property unless you want some extra protein crawling over all your meals and your kids!

We never had any problem in the past with any type of insects and had many guests staying even longer time in the condo. We responded inmmediately and had the condo treated. We provided a reduction in price for the inconvenience and were available at all time for any questions or problems. The guest seemed satisfied and we did not hear until before departing. We were surprise of this review. We provide great service to our guest by being available and taking care of any questions or concerns they have inmmediately. We have a great cleaning team that keeps the property in a superior standard than some comparables vacation rentals in the area. We take pride of our vacation condo and we are here for you, our guests. **update: This guest wanted to rent my condo for the summer 2014. Wow ... Very interesting....
