Bienvenue Ă  Sunrise Village 212!

Cette location de vacances de deux chambres, une salle de bains peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes avec un canapé-lit dans le salon. L'unité est entiÚrement carrelée et entiÚrement rénovée. Fraßchement peint avec de nouveaux meubles partout. Moderne, condo sur le thÚme de la plage vous fait sentir à la maison! La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les appareils et machine à glaçons. Nouvelle marque laveuse / sécheuse aussi. Nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et 32 "dans la chambre avant - chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision (3) avec nouveaux ensembles de matelas dans les deux chambres Sortez la porte, descendez les marches et plongez vos orteils dans le sable!

Condo est proche de la ville, Ă  seulement 2. 0 miles Ă  l'ouest de l'autoroute 59, directement sur la plage.

Parking pour deux voitures directement sous ce condo au premier étage. Pas de balcon privé, mais un grand passage couvert pour s'asseoir, à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc.

Zones de pont commun / public pour la visualisation. Zone de cuisson Ă©galement (pas de grillades). UnitĂ© non-fumeur. Les vĂ©hicules surdimensionnĂ©s ne rentreront pas dans la place de stationnement. Pas de remorques, fourgonnettes, bateaux, etc. sont autorisĂ©s sur les lieux. Les fourgonnettes munies de barres de toit ou les vĂ©hicules plus hauts munis de barres de toit devront ĂȘtre retirĂ©es pour pouvoir ĂȘtre amĂ©nagĂ©es dans les espaces de stationnement.

Everything was great only thing is we only had 1 trash bag for the 4 days we were there and we filled it up pretty quick, but other than that it was awesome!

Great Beach Condo

The condo was great, excellent location, easy to get to the beach. There's a little store right across the street. The beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again but bring my own pillow.

Anniversary Trip

We had a relaxing stay. Only one room had a smart tv so we watched tv in the bedroom. Accurate listing: very clean, close access to the beach.

This was a very cute little condo. But it was not very clean. The curtain in the kitchen was covered in dust and the shower grout was grungy. Otherwise it was a nice place with a beautiful view and it was very quiet and peaceful. Good location but do need a car. The steps are narrow and pretty steep. Would not be good for older adults.

The condo was not as described on 2queen beds not a king and queen. Wifi for our unit did not work received wrong door code walls are dirty need a scrubbing or paint night staff call center was rude.

Overall the place was cute and good access to the beach. All of the vents (air intakes, air vents and bathroom vents) were all extremely dirty and/or rusty which made us a little uneasy. If there was some detail to that I think we would have felt better about our stay. Left early due to this and the weather.

Good stay

The location was wonderful steps to the beach the kids loved it. Could’ve cleaned a little bit better as we found some items left from the other family & no blankets on the bed but we found them tucked away in the closet

Parking was a challenge, with having to be wenched out of the driveway due to a large drop off ! Mattress cover on the sofa sleeper was stained with urine and smelled badly. The shower curtain was dirty! The place was small and missed represented in the pictures. The kitchen cups and dinner ware was chipped and broken. Overall not a pleasant experience! Will not use this service again!

Perfect Getaway

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach (10 steps to the sand!) and the convenience of having a restaurant and grocery store directly across the street. There were only two of us, but the unit would also work for a family of four with the two queen beds. The bathroom is small but they've made the most out of the space with a large counter and large shower.

Condo pictures were not representative of the unit. Says “updated” but had another family stay in a unit in the same complex and they agreed it was not representative of the listing/pictures/updates. Fan did not work in the front bedroom. Satellite TV did not work in the main room. Check in process was confusing. It was fine for what we paid for. A good place to put our stuff and shower.

Just what you need

The place was equipped with the main necessities, clean, close to beach. Parking spaces a little tight but doable. Close to a little convenient store and a reataurant/bar. Would stay again.

Beach condo

Overall wonderful experience. Smaller than I thought but we managed fine. First time in gulf shores now I am hooked can’t wait to go back. Yes I will definitely book here again.

beach time

Proximity to beach was excellent, not too close to high rises so beach was not as crowded, steps to unit could be daunting for some, no bathtub but used the hand-held nozzle on kids. Make sure to come equipped, brought: electric skillet, crock pot, large mixing bowl, utensils, kitchen towels, plastic utensils, paper plates and bowls, cups, ingredients for recipes, etc. We saved a lot of money eating in. Ordered pizza 1st night, took 1 1/2 hrs. Ate out the last night and had to wait an hour for a table (8 of us). Much less stressful eating in.

So, so

There was no bolt lock on front door which made it uncomfortable. The natural stone counter tops and flooring in bedrooms were nice touches. Otherwise the whole condo needs a new paint job and kitchen cabinets were installed upside down. The beds were uncomfortable, and they failed to provide adequate comforters (they were old and dirty looking). The shower tile wasn’t installed properly, it looks like it’s going to be a molding nightmare within the next year. The living room furniture was old and dirty, and the living room rug was absolutely disgusting. The legs on the coffee table were worn out, any time you would put anything on it, it would fall over. The location and general outside aesthetic was very nice! I was happy to have a smaller condo unit, and the walk to the beach was extremely easy. The parking was easy and convenient. I would consider staying again it if we’re truly updated. I would love to see the other units in this complex!

Not our favorite condo by any means.

The condo was at a great location for the beach. There's not a lot of sea shells at the shore so it's easy access to the water. The main problems we had with the place was the parking and the bathroom. The bathroom is TINY and it doesn't have a bathtub, just a shower. It's a nice shower, but not fun dealing with a 2 year old. The parking is very tight for even 1 car, and you have to be careful pulling up all the way in some spots because the pavement drops off and there's several inches of sand. We got our vehicle stuck, but luckily was able to get it out with the help of another guest. We don't plan on staying here again.

Property was nice, clean, everything you could need. Be aware of the checkin after hours fee. Would not hesitate to go back!
