Amarrez votre bateau dans l'arrière-cour ou profitez du café le matin! Beau quartier calme. Nous préférerions une location de 3 mois pour la saison d'hiver mais envisagerions moins. Nous sommes à 8 minutes en bateau de la voie navigable IC. Daytona 20 mi. S. & St Augustine 24 km. N. w / une belle promenade le long de l'A1A. Propriété de Salt Canal Waterfront, à proximité des plages (jungle hut - 2 mi) commerces, restaurants, attractions touristiques, Daytona Beach, Orlando et St. Augustin. Essayez les sports nautiques, la navigation de plaisance, le kayak, les canoës, le surf et la pêche. Des chartes de pêche en haute mer sont disponibles à la fois sur le St. Marinas Augustine & Port Orange. La maison est entièrement meublée avec draps, articles de cuisine et téléviseurs à écran plat et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Profitez de votre café du matin en regardant les dauphins, les lamantins ou le saut de poisson! Nous sommes également à environ 1,5 km de la plage.

I was so happy with this home for my trip to Palm Coast. The host was very helpful. She checked in with me soon after I arrived to be sure I had found the house comfortable, and that I had what I needed to get settled. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is well equipped with dishes, glasses, casserole dishes, pots, etc. I have family that I visit in Palm Coast, and this home will be my first choice when I return in the future.

Perfect canal Waterfront

We absolutely Loved this house, it was in a fantastic neighborhood, only a short distance to restaurants and Stores. The layout was great, lots of shared space for the family and plenty of seating. Huge lot so plenty of breathing room. My favorite place was sitting on the dock watching the fish, birds and even a Dolphin was within a few feet of the dock. Excellent communication and very fast replying. We will be staying here again soon. Thank You for sharing your home !

Great house and wonderful host

The property was located on the canal. We were able to fish from the property. We saw a variety of birds, fish and other wildlife. It was located a short distance from Flagler beach and pier, intercostal waterway and St. Augustine. The house was very nice. We cooked most meals and had plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. We had an issue with the internet and Kim was able to get it resolved with the provider quickly. Kim was engaged and interested in how our stay was going and quickly responded to inquiries prior to and during our stay. Great host and wonderful house!! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Perfect Place in Palm Coast

This home is symbolic with "family time!" The open floor plan with tons of seating allows for everyone to be together, and the split plan allows for those who maybe had enough of "family time" to get some separation. There is nothing you'll want for or need in the home and its location is perfect to everything from the Palm Coast beaches and intracoastal, the beautiful Washington State Oaks Park, to St. Augustine and Flagler, super close boat ramp and Publix is just around the corner. The property is on a canal corner lot, so lots of room to throw the football and fish right off the seawall. Homeowners are super kind and really should charge a little more:) See you next July!! We’ll Be Back!!

Had a great time at the canal home! The home is beautifully appointed with coastal decor for a true beach vacation feel. Fully stocked with nothing more to buy besides your food. Great views from the backyard into the canal. We barbecued several times during our stay and the lanai is super nice to hang out in. House is minutes to shopping and dining. In a quiet neighborhood. We were in the area house shopping with my parents and the selection was amazing! We fell in love with Palm Coast and would definitely return to this house for a future stay and we will! Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. Kim was a delight to work with and was very attentive and easy to reach when we had questions. We were sad to leave but we’ll be back!

Palm Coast Winter Escape

Great House, Great Location, Great Host! Kim's house was perfect - spotless - well stocked kitchen - lots of extra touches throughout the home. Loved the lanai overlooking the salt water canal. Perfect location to boat, kayak or paddleboard. Kim was a great host --provided great dining recommendations and checked on us (email) throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! 5-Stars!

Kim was an amazing host and very accomodating. The house was spotless and its in the perfect location. I would definitely rent this home again. Thanks for being such a fantastic host! Only suggestion I have is take new pictures. The pictures online does not represent the house the way it should. The house is so much nicer in person!

Our days on a salt canal

We enjoyed this rental very much. Most unfortunetly the virus bomb hit during our stay, but i will say that the weather was inrcredible, especially. We had regular 80's and higher. The A/C was perfect on the few occasions when the temps touched 90+. There is a state preserve a block away and about a 5 minute walk with benches and cycle rests. We had hoped for some boating Experiences which were available, but we Were very hampered by the virus rules. Facilities were available within the house in the form of a kayak and a floating section of dock to facilitate launching And recovery. The kitchetn was very well Stocked which came in handy due to the Restrictions prevailing on eateries. There was also a gas grill available which suited us very well. Kuddos to Kim and her crew for providing us with a delightful rental home. We thank you very much. With regards, Carol, Paul, and our dog Kutya.

Amazing property!

When we walked in we were amazed! Though the pictures on the sight are great, they do not do the house justice! The bedrooms are very spacious and the living space is as well. The lanai is great. Lots of space and seating for guests if you have them or lots of family. Having coffee there or by the canal is very relaxing. I highly recommend this property for vacationing. Spend 2 weeks if you can! Kimberly will keep in touch periodically to make sure you do not have any issues or questions.

Loved staying here!

This house was beautiful, very clean and up to date. The house has almost everything you need, including bedding, sheets, pots and pans, silverware, etc. It’s right on the water, which was great because one of our family member’s brought his boat. The owner, Kim, was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of with any questions. She even provided extra garbage bags when we ran out. :) She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even recommended a great, quiet beach nearby that we ended up going to! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with everything you could want minutes away but in a small, quiet, safe neighborhood

I stayed here for 4 nights. The owners are very helpful and nice without being invasive or bothersome. The house is very spacious with anything you would need. Beautiful home with huge refrigerator and nice comfortable furnishings. Everything we hoped for and more. Close enough to Daytona to see the sights but in a nice quiet small town with more intimate beaches and nice nature preserve within walking distance. Really look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you so much Kim for all your help in making us feel comfortable during our stay.

We discovered Palm Coast back in 2013 and just fell in love with the "old Florida feel" along with the beautiful Oak trees, private beaches and so much more. I had grown up visiting family in South Florida and never thought of the northern part. It was a hidden secret!

We take pride in our property and care for it meticulously. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and measure our standards on what we would want and expect if we were on vacation. Our home is clean, and filled with everything you need. I loved decorating this property and filled it with "a coastal/beach theme". You can see this in the pictures. Our home has great reviews on AirBNB as well. I can assure you that we strive to meet expectations and ensure that our property is clean so you will enjoy what little time you have for a vacation and won't be disappointed.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is located on a Salt water canal. You don't need a boat but If you have a boat You will take an 8 minute boat ride to the intracoastal waterway. You can put your boat in at 2 locations nearby to boat to our home in 20 minutes. (or any watercraft) Enjoy the beaches which are a quick drive away. We are located between St. Augustine and Daytona. Lots of great Restaurants in Flagler beach! So much more! Coffee on the canal in the morning in your back yard hoping to see a dolphin, manatee or any other beautiful wildlife.
