Condo de luxe au rez-de-chaussée avec trois chambres, avec un aménagement intérieur chic et moderne et des appareils haut de gamme. La terrasse spacieuse comprend une piscine privée et un accÚs direct à la plage, à quelques pas de la porte. 3 chambres et un salon spacieux ainsi que des salles à manger intérieure et extérieure. Loved Los Veneros

We would highly recommend the unit we stayed in at Los Veneros. The accessibility from the unit to the pool & hot tub was ideal. The unit is very well cared for and daily cleaning was perfect. There is a small lunch place on the beach and the food & staff are amazing. We definitely will be back sooner rather than later!!

Fabulous Secret Location

I don’t like to leave reviews at locations we love because we like to keep it a secret! However, this is too good to keep and the owners/hosts are so helpful. First, you can beat the location if you seek quiet and private. The W hotel is next door and welcomes guests at Los Veneros at their bar and restaurants, so if you need a get away for dinner or a drink, this is a good option. Excellent host, very helpful. The house cleaner is very good and comes daily. There is plenty of room for everyone with clean facilities and a well equipped kitchen. I wish the private pool was heated (maybe this is an extra). However, the community pool and hot tub are conveniently located just behind the unit. Don’t worry about pool noise, it is quiet. The beach is perfect and ideal for swimming. Get yourself a massage on the beach from the local vendors. They are fantastic and less than half the cost of the W. We rent homes all over Mexico and this is one of the best.

Perfect place to get away with friends! Seemed like we had the whole beach to ourselves and the condo was beautiful with amazing views.

It the place is nice but when you check out they charge you for all the things you let them know was wrong
 I will never stay in a place like this
 if you move a cup they will charge you!!! Trust me I have stayed in many places but this was ridiculous!!!

Stunning Property!

We have stayed at this property three times now, and have booked with this management group twice. Our contact was responsive and extremely helpful; she ordered and delivered groceries, arranged cars and chefs. Our housekeeper did a great job and was responsive to our needs as well. The unit felt like it was ON the water, with a private pool and steps from the pool and beach. This is a slightly smaller unit at LV properties than the others but still offered plenty of room inside and out for the six of us to have a fabulous time! Would reserve again!

Family Get Away

Los Veneros was an excellent vacation rental! The location is beautiful, private and secure. The beach and pools are serene and quiet, a perfect place to just relax. The home is very clean and well maintained. We loved the daily maid service. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful to all our requests and needs. There is a very small market, perfect for picking up small items or drinks but not ideal for buying full meals, so stop by the megamart on the way in. There is a gym which we were unaware of incase you want to work off some margaritas. The W next door is a friendly diversion for a walk-up dinner or drinks at the bar. This is great because you are fairly isolated at Los Veneros and you either need to cook at your unit or drive to one of the local towns (10-15 mins) for dining.

Beautiful, spacious condo. Very private with direct access to beachside pool and La playa.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with very little solicitors. The W resort next door was convenient for their nice restaurants. Our concierge, Angelica, was very helpful scheduling transportation and tours for us. Thank you.

Fell in love

I have taken many vacations and been around the world more than once. This place, Los Veneros and Punta Mita, is special. The accommodations were first-rate. The weather perfecto! The people in the region are proud and love living there. They welcome you like family. I left yesterday and can't wait to go back.

Beautiful home and property!

We stayed for 5 days, the house was perfect. Quick access to the resort pool and the beach. The house was a good size for our 4 adults and 5 kids. Angelica was amazing, she responded to our questions immediately and helped us with all bookings - taxis, excursions, etc. Martha was wonderful, she cleaned around us and was super helpful - both went above and beyond what we expected.

Perfect for all ages!

What a perfect stay! The condo was very spacious and comfortable and literally steps from the uncrowned beach. The waves were great for the kids in our extended group. Ages from 12-19. We rented surfboards abs boogie boards for the week which was well worth it! Angelica, our concierge, was easy to reach snx very helpful. We’d highly recommend spending a day Wyeth Ally Cat tours! Allycatsailing.com Overall one of our best vacations ever!

Pacifico 106 Los Veneros

Our family (3 adult age children) just returned from our third visit to Los Veneros. Our first stay in a non-penthouse unit as we stayed on the beach in Pacifico 106. Without a doubt our favorite LV property. The units location and comfort are OUTSTANDING. Our four day visit was extremely relaxing made by our private pool and private steps to the larger LV pool, bar and food service; and then steps to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. What makes the experience above and beyond is Angelica; the property concierge. Every detail was executed flawlessly, prior to our arrival, during our stay and at departure. Los Veneros is a very special place. Be prepared to relax and depressurize. The W Hotel next door has outstanding restaurants when you want a change from your own private dining. The W staff is very nice!! In addition, the staff at Los Veneros is outstanding; you will fee welcomed and secure!! You must go into Punta de Mita and dine at Mina. You will not be disappointed. Already planning our next visit!!

Fantastic

Everything we ordered/planned was ready when we arrived and had the best holiday ever. Location and property were exactly as described and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. My only recommendation to the owner would be to add reading lamps by the beds, otherwise no complaints at all!

Great unit with wnderful terrace and pool. Special views close to the ocean. The cook Macrina is a chef and an artist. Served the food plated like the finest restaurant. Lu the maid is so sweet and attentive The two of them made our stay. The concierge Angelique was very helpful. No shampoo or tissues and bath towels need to be replaced. The back BR needs a black out shade on the window. Otherwise, it was perfect. Hope to return.
