Au-dessus du golfe Maison de vacances

Entourée par la forêt, la maison est située sur le sol et possède de grandes fenêtres qui lui donnent une vue spectaculaire sur le couvert forestier et le golfe de Nicoya. De grandes chambres et des lits queen-size offrent un grand confort. La maison est assez grande pour une famille mais aussi parfaite pour une escapade romantique en couple. Situé à proximité de la ville mais extrêmement privé, il est idéal comme base pour profiter de toutes les attractions de Monteverdes et constitue en soi une attraction qui permet de se reposer après une journée complète d'activités.

Comme mentionné, la maison est située sur une grande propriété, il y a d'autres maisons de location sur la propriété mais à distance de crier pour fournir à chacun la vie privée. Juste en haut de la rue, il y a plusieurs restaurants, quelques petits supermarchés, des galeries d'art et des magasins de souvenirs. Dans la région, il y a plusieurs attractions telles que des réserves privées, un jardin de papillons, des visites de nuit et autres.

L'espace

La maison est située sur une propriété de 27 acres que les clients peuvent explorer à leur guise, leur offrant la possibilité de voir beaucoup de la flore et de la faune locales sans avoir à réserver une visite ou à conduire ailleurs.

Beautiful home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen was well supplied with needed cooking items to make our meals, mostly used for breakfast. Daniella provided excellent tips for markets and restaurants. The location was great for getting to our tours at Curi Cancha and Monteverde Preserve. Loved the deck for enjoying our coffee in the morning while viewing the gulf.

Host was welcoming and even left a sweet welcome note with some homemade banana bread. Host was communicative about the home and location. We had some difficulty finding the home, but that was due to it being dark by the time we arrived. It was pretty windy outside, so it was a bit chilly in the home (no heating system) during our stay. The host did give us a small space heater she had, which did help heat up one of the bedrooms.

Daniela was great and responded quickly to our texts. The house is a lot more beautiful than in the pictures Unfortunately it was super windy and cold one night and there are no heaters so we froze and couldn’t get a good sleep but it was better thr other night. The cupboards are awkwardly high in the kitchen and the beds are hard and the bathroom could definitely use a counter top to hold toiletries and some hooks to hang things. All the rooms could use hooks. It’s a great location and was perfect for 4 people. We saw birds, coatis and agoutis on the property.

Location is hidden and it’s difficult to find at first however, the area is beautiful, away from the noises. Plenty of space, rooms are very nice, located near to several attractions, downtown area is a few minutes drive. Though there was wall fixed small fans, the rooms need a ceiling fan for better air flow. Overall it’s a great place to Experience.

Wonderful! Highly recommended - amazing view from the porch, and we saw toucans, bellbirds, capuchin monkey, agouti, coati, heard howler monkeys and manakins-- all while enjoying coffee of the porch. Feels like you're in the middle of the cloud forest but a quick drive or lovely walk to Santa Elena or Monteverde. We enjoyed the trails and the optional al fresco breakfast. Daniela is the best host. Highly recommended!

Great View

This house worked well for our family of adults. It’s close enough to town but it feels like a tree house in the woods. Great view of the Gulf of Nicoya. Communication with the host was always quick and easy.

Truly one of our favorite homes we’ve stayed in. Even the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is beautifully crafted, comfortable, works well, and is thoughtful. Amazing property and kids loved the park. Close to everything. I made a mistake in booking on headcount but Danielle helped me remedy it in a thoughtful and considerate way. We saw so many animals off the deck, incredible views, peace and quiet. We would not hesitate to rent this place again in the region- it’s amazing!!!
