By far the best stocked place we have ever stayed in. Cups, pots, pans, kitchen supplies were all there.Really clean and very comfortable.The pool is perfect size to cool off after the beach. The condo is EXTREMELY CLOSE to the beach, downtown Bradenton and easy to locate and park your car. Community Washer/Dryer available for condo residents was very nice. Check in/check out and communicating was super easy using the app via text.

Loved the location and short walk to the beach and bridge street! Place was clean , beautifully decorated,with everything you need! Loved the little pool to cool off as well. Would definitely recommend to family or others looking to experience the island! Thank you.

It was a perfect little place for what we needed. Quick walk to the beach & surrounding locations & pier on the bay. The pool was perfect at the end of the day to cool down. Will recommend to others if they travel to the area... (One thing I'd add to your site is that you have an iron available)

The pool was beautiful but the lights didn’t work so I didn’t use it much. The unit itself was absolutely perfect for me! Very comfortable space with thoughtful touches throughout! I brought several things from home for my trip but didn’t need any of them! I was less than a minute walk from my favorite restaurant and could see the sunrise from my window! Can not wait to book this specific unit again!

Property was clean and close to bridge street. Plenty of amenities: chairs, beach towels, fans, chargers. Fully stocked kitchen. The pool was clean and warm, cold used more towels for a weeks stay. Although this place was very nice and clean, I can’t give it a high rating bc The apartment was falsely advertised! It was/is advertised as having a dishwasher which was a big selling point for us, but when we arrived there was none. Talked to DAVE the property manager and he proceeds to tell us there was never a dishwasher and it shouldn’t have been in the specs yet never once apologized or offered compensation or any resolution. Instead we were blown off as if it wasn’t their fault it was falsely advertised then was quick to get off the phone with us. This left us a bit bitter & that’s too bad bc we would hand otherwise given a good rating. Buyer beware! They natives say Vacasa is one of the worst companies to work with. Rent with them at your own risk

Excellent location

excellent location was close to the beach very cozy and well equipped everything was clean, the only bad thing was the communication with the managers of the property at the moment any concerns , I had a question regarding the parking I tried to communicate with them when I finally succeeded they were in call me back and never did they should improve this, otherwise regarding the property I give them a 10/10 rate

A little slice of paradise

We truely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was decorated so nice and the furniture was comfortable. We also enjoyed having the pool. It was nice to be able to have the option if it was a showery kind of day. It did take us a little bit of getting used to the elock, but once we figured that out, it was nice not to have to worry about a key. The price was very reasonable as well. We hope to stay again. Great location. Unit needs updating, especially the furniture. A few repairs need to be done. Leaky faucet, exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall we had a great time. If the furniture had been better we would have enjoyed our stay more. Unit is really meant to be used for short term rentals, not 3 months.

Great Location

The property is in a great location. It is one block from Bridge Street which contains shopping, ice cream, and restaurants. There is also a pier with a restaurant on Bridge Street. There is a Dolphin Tour that leaves from the pier and it is very convenient. The property is located about two blocks from the ocean. The check in process is very easy as a code is provided for accessing the door lock to the unit. The pool is very nice and overall the property has a very Key West vibe. We had several issues during our stay as follows: the bathroom was not clean specifically the shower/tub and floors. Both contained hair and had to be cleaned several times just to be acceptable for showering/bathing. There was also hair on the kitchen table. The couch in the den also shows signs of wear. The floors in the unit needed to be swept or vacuumed. We stayed for one week and there were only two wash clothes provided for bathing. Therefore, if you are staying for more than two days you will either have to reuse them or wash them in the washer/dryer located downstairs in the storage room. The internet went out on the 2nd day of our stay and we contacted Vacasa and it was fixed that same day. It was a pleasant stay and very quiet, however, due to the cleanliness we can only rate this property with 3 stars.

Great Location

This apartment is in a great location within walking distance to beach, library, restaurants etc. The furnishings are a bit worn and the pool was not heated until our last night. The bed is comfortable and this unit has a very private feeling as it opens onto the back pool patio area. The kitchen could be better stocked, we had to improvise a bit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The unit was nice and clean and brightly decorated. We loved the location, walkable to Bridge street through a unique, vintage trailer community. Short walk to the beautiful beach. We arrived very late and Could have used more direction on how to access the property through the pool gate. Overall, it was a great stay. Love AMI!

Great Place!

We loved our little home away from home for two weeks for our wedding. Our family stayed in the other three units at Bay View so we had everyone together. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. We would have loved to have had two beach chairs like the other units but we made it work. We will definitely be back!

Get away with my hubby

We enjoyed a week on Anna Marie Island. Quaint small island with old Fl feel. Beautiful sunrise on the bay steps from.our cottage and gorgeous sunset anywhere on the beaches. Will be back soon!

Location location location!

Loved the area! Loved the condo. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The pool was perfect on the Hot hot August days. Only complaint was the bed was really uncomfortable ( for our taste) it had a plastic mattered pad ick!!! and I thought the door on the outside needed a window covering.
